I’ve purchased two batteries from this location within the past 5 years. The first was too small voltage of my car. I called support and opened a case and never heard anything. They refused to give me another battery for the one they messed up (not enough voltage for my car) and made me pay full price. Fine, I pay over $250 for a gel battery in 2022. It is now 2025 and my battery needs to be replaced again. Not even bothering with this store for the now third replacement but take your business elsewhere.
So disappointed and disgusted… I just went in to show them the brake light and turn signal I purchased from them and asked kindly if someone could come out and check what I need because I was clearly sold the wrong bulbs, and with an attitude, was told very rudely “I’m not coming out there in the pouring rain! If u want to pull right up to the door I’ll come out when I’m done with my orders” completely uninterested in helping me! I counted on someone helping me because I really don’t know much about cars but was helped in no such way! I got in my car and left! I will NEVER go back! I guess it’s Auto zone from now on!
I needed new windsheild wipers for my Jetta and asked a salesperson to find me a pair. Bought the ones the employee recommended. Once I got home my BF couldnt put them on my car becaise they were the wrong adapter? You had ONE job LOL. Returned them but didnt get new ones yet. Will buy there again, the staff is friendly and helpful, even if I got the wrong wipers. I should have just had them install the wipers for me and if there was an issue we would have known right then.
I used to like this store, but it has become somewhat of a disorganized mess. At times, parts shown online to be in stock at this store are actually not. For uncommon parts, I would suggest calling the store to verify that they actually have the part you are looking for at the store before wasting a trip there.
Jim took an extra couple minutes to help me make sure I got the right alternator. Little things like that make a big difference and produce a lot of value. 5 stars well earned
Such a great store!!! Athena and Jim went out of their way to help me find the part I needed for my 71 Roadrunner. Unfortunately that meant going to a competitor, but I will be shopping with them again!
Went to pick up my merchandise. They had it ready. Really nice and quick. I forgot to ask for receipt so I went back in and asked. The sales person gave me the receipt with no problem.

Good Auto parts store for finding parts in the heat of the moment. My oil drain 6 point plug bolt stripped, using a 13mm 12 point socket. Found a replacement drain bolt in 6 point 16mm head, and a 6 point 16mm socket 100 miles from home.
We never have a problem at the Bennington advanced Auto but we were going to Troy so we stopped at the one on second Ave. After we called to see if they had the parts we needed. They said that they had them in stock and when we got there they only had half of the parts they said they had in stock. We had to make a second trip to Bennington. Bennington advanced Auto gets 5stars every time. Second Ave advanced Auto sucks.
With the exception of delay due to thinking my online order was out of stock, and the finding out I paid for the last one in stock, got a good deal using coupon and promo code.
A very good place to go for your Automotive needs the sales people are very very courteous they're very helpful they can write out to your vehicle if you need them to to help you in some cases to know if you needed windshield wiper blades put on or anything in that nature they test your battery for your alternator for you those are free service the sales people are highly knowledgeable if you ask a question they're very likely to solve your problem it definitely is it worth to see place
I really am impressed usually. They go out of their way to get your parts. The lady yesterday was beyond busy but was still personable and a pleasure to work with. I love ordering on line and picking up my order, always a great deal.

Always issues here ..from yeah we got it on the phone and when you get there SORRY it's not in inventory or the long wait lines.

As usual they had just what I needed. Rarely do I have a bad experience, the employees usually are knowedge able and are very willing to help you find what you need, even if you don't quite know what it is.
