Unprofessional, didn't feel valued as every single customer should wether big or small sale. Only had half what I needed and a bit rude about not having a lug nut extractor socket/tool, no alternative or advice just " don't have anything that big" (22mm lug nuts).

NAPA was the best store I went to get some auto parts so far. When I was there I met Daniel or Dan I should say. He was telling me about what parts I need for under my dashboard for my Fleetwood Cadillac and when I need to come back. He was a very helpful person to see. Came right out no giving attitudes, no heavy handy measures.I will come back if I have ANY problems to see him.Good work man! Keep it up!

Best auto parts store hands down! I went to buy a new ignition coil and Shawn helped me from beginning to end! I had no idea what I was doing, he just stepped right in & helped. No questions asked! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!

Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting no employees in sight. Just went down the street to advanced auto parts. Where there’s employees that help.

The folks at this location were very helpful and although I didn't find the part I wanted, it wasn't due to a lack of effort on their part. They were more than accommodating. Would not hesitate at all to recommend this location.

I musta been waited on by chumley . Waited a solid 10 minutes while he walked around store looking for something to cut a foot of gas line hose . Out the door I went

Not happy at all with my purchase experience They sell me the a wrong part I put it in my car after 2 days I got to tow my car to repair shop to get the right part in which costs me a lot of money I went back to the store couple times no body want to be responsible After couple attempts I was able to see the store manager he said I can’t do nothing all he did he gave me a phone number for district manager ,that phone number was wrong I can’t get hold of nobody Really not satisfied

They always have the parts I need. And if not they order them and they have them ready quickly! The staff knows their stuff and are friendly to work with.

good parts but the peaple working seem to be vary lazy dont come here to get spark plugs thay order the woung ones every time

The service is always great if they dont have what you need there they always do what they can to get it from another location for you or where ever they can awesome crew working there always friendly and extremely helpful

I had a great experience when I went here almost a year ago.(at that time , I was not writing reviews). There was a familiar face from a competitive store I used to go to frequently and this woman would go beyond to help me with whatever task I would think I could do on my own. She was the supervisor at her old place of work. I think her name is Jeanine or something with a J. Sorry my name memory is off. Anyway she us awesome. She helped me when I had problems with my car and helped figure out how to open a certain part etc. She always helps me find a way. While shopping there, I was not pushed to buy any other products except the one I needed. They were very kind, everyone in the whole store. I appreciate that kind of customer service. That is something you don't forget.

They have what you need and staff know what your asking about. The only draw back is their prices double or triple prices on a lot of stuff but if you need it in a pinch they will have it.

When i order parts in advance i expect them to be there not to be told that they didn't order them and that i can come back when they call and now have been waiting 3 hours for their call and still waiting

Place is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Lots of hard to find parts in stock.

Great staff. Honest, hard workers. Always give me a good item at a great cost. Returned a item, had no issues doing so. They got parts that others don't and for less, some cost more but r of better quality. U get what u pay for.

Always seem to have what I need. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful in a jam not afraid to make suggestions to make life easier

Favorite parts store and cheaper than other automotive stores. Just understand sometimes people have bad days. Great store.
