I’m usually not a fan of dealerships or body shops but man these guys get a A+++++++++ what a seamless experience. Even with having my truck for over a month I couldn’t be more blown away but the service and communication. Paul and his team were unbelievable and wish they were all like these guys and gals!

All went well, service advisor was great, he listened when I asked questions and made sure that those issues were addressed. Was able to use coupon for oil change as well as using my points (from Chevy card) to pay for it.

We brought in our 2024 Colorado to Maguire Chevrolet for a tire replacement and oil change, and the experience was top-notch. We were treated with kindness, consideration, and respect every step of the way. The pricing was fair, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience buying a used non-chevy off their lot. There was no pressure to buy added services. The price was very competitive and since I was going to handle everything myself at my own out-of-state DMV, I got the paperwork package I needed from them. And my salesperson Nick, and office Title Clerk Sarah were pretty amazing. Recommend this place and I would do business with this dealership again.

Drove 3 hours to purchase a truck (hard to find spec). Purchasing process was painful. Since purchasing the truck it has spent more time in the shop than in my possession. Lied about work that had been done prior to sale. Emails to dealership fall on deaf ears. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

cant put 0 stars but i would if it was available. I have never had such a bad experience buying a vehicle in my life. They sell you a 2024 POS and expect you to bow to their feet because they offer a 30 day exchange policy, if your not 100 percent happy with it. Well that is great and all , they are the only dealer that provides this that im aware of but i also know they are the only dealer i have ever HAD to return a vehicle to. There was so much damage and instead of trying to help me fix it they ignored me over and over till I mentioned the 30 day option. Im now on day 25 and finally getting a trade, but heres the kicker, I only have to take a 6k roll over from the old vehicle for the new one (mind you these two vehicles were exact same price) because they only cover the original cost of the first vehicle, i have to eat taxes and fees. My payment went up nearly 30 dollars for the next 6 yrs. I would never ever go to this place again. They are great to you till there is an issue, but was told you have to expect things when your buying a used vehicle. Im not buying a 5k car out of the swap sheet im buying a 2024 cadillac with less than 25k miles. DO BETTER Maguire.

Just over a month ago my fiancé & I purchased 2 vehicles from Maguire of Bville. At 1st the experience was great, the salesman-terrific. Unfortunately the truck my fiancé purchased has had 5 check engine lights on in less than 30 days! This is absolutely ridiculous, we have reached out to the GM Tom & the Sales Manager Bill & neither 1 is willing to do what is right by the customer. They make you sign paperwork stating that all they owe you is "great service"....what a joke! They say their customers become part of the "Maguire Family" ...this is how you treat family?! If this was their own vehicle & their livelihood do you think they'd even think twice? So disgusted & beyond frustrated at this point!

This place is to avoid at all costs. I arrived for my appointment, to find that I was not on the schedule. I live 40 miles from the dealership, so that was super convenient. They would not fit me in for a check engine light. I returned several days later unfortunately, left the vehicle, was able to be shuttled halfway home from Baldwinsville in a snowstorm- and was left to figure out what to do from there. The second time I was there for service, at least the appointment existed, but looking back now I definitely wish it hadn't. Code left for Auxiliary coolant pump. Pay $200 diagnostic fee, drive vehicle 40 miles home. (I was told to use this store rather than the Maguire I bought the vehicle at, because this is a Chevy dealer.) I was told they will call to schedule another appointment when they find out about warranty. Round 3: Calls to tell me work would not be covered under extended warranty, "part not covered." I call Portfolio, the warranty company to find out why. She says it's because this would be covered under Powertrain, as I am at 41,000 miles. Call Maguire back to tell Tyler. He disagrees, saying that I have too many miles for Powertrain, tells me he thought my mileage was 66,000. I have no idea where he got that number from, as he had my paperwork stating 41,000 miles, generated by his system. He will call them and get back to me. Maguire Tyler calls me back, says no.. this won't be covered under Powertrain. Portfolio WILL cover this now- something about a General Motors Policy, as this is actually an emissions code. (How did we not know this before??) 🥴 I am unfortunately "scheduled" to get this part fixed, once it comes in from Philadelphia. (I'm "hoping" I actually made it on Maguire's schedule and I don't drive there for nothing again.) Wait a few more weeks to find out. In summary, I would avoid this dealership at all costs, maybe even avoid buying a Chevy. This has been weeks of misery and this service has been atrocious. No loaner vehicle, no ride home, scheduling issues, mis-information, poor customer service and warranty-related problems due to poor communication. I would NOT go here if there is any other service place within 4,000 miles of you.

Update: all finished, Tom, the General Manager really seems to care about his customers! Tom is a decent guy. I am waiting on results as I have over $10k into them. I brought my SUV into Mcguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville. I have an ongoing issue but the GM Tom is on the case, he called back and is working on the issue Paul the body shop manager told me he would goto bat for me to make sure the 5-star rating was supported by the parts he used. Additionally, Paul promised a loaner car ar the end of September, which I relied on when I left my car with them. The loaner car WAS PART OF THE CONTRACT. Additionally they are using used parts on my car! They are also attempting to get paid twice, I received a call from Paul attempting to get paid twice on the door repair. To be fair, I called the GM (name redacted) for help and await his response.

Mike Bennett was awesome to deal with! Had a great time picking up my new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado High Country. Mike explained everything to me about all the features on the truck. I knew most of it as I traded in a 2021 High Country. Mike was very thorough with all the features that was different from the truck I traded in. All I had to do is sign all the forms which he had all prepared for me. Great job Mike!!!

I would like to give a great shout out to Nick Alton! I stopped at maguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville. When I entered the showroom floor, he was the first one I saw, he had a big smile on his face and asked what he could do to help me long story short. I told him exactly what I wanted. He spent five hours with me to get me exactly what I wanted especially in price range. He was kind went out of his way and exhausted all his options to make me happy.! By the end of the day, I left there very thankful and happy! I will recommend him to anybody. I know that is looking for a vehicle. Great job, Nick! And thank you once again.

They did a great job fixing a dent/scratch on my passenger side door, however, the very next day I got my car back it’s battery died. They took no responsibility and refused to take a look free of charge after insurance paid them over 3k to fix the damage. They charge 3% interest when paying with card as well. My gas tank was half empty when I picked it up. I dropped it off with a full tank. Confused about that. My battery dying the next day is too much of a coincidence. Not sure if they left a light on or what. Took it to a shop actually recommended to me for the fix as my trust is gone. Glisson’s Auto did a great job fitting me in same day and will be going to them for the remainder of my time in the area. Highly recommend Glisson’s. Not coming back here ever.

Brought my car in 3 months ago because it was squeaking when driving, was told they could not find the issue and was car was in perfect driving condition. Was told not to worry about it, charged $200. Brought it in for inspection last week, failed inspection was told back breaks were completely shot. Was told 1500. We told them the car was inspected 3 months ago and there’s no way it could go from completely fine to shot in that time, told them we were going to take it to another mechanic, charged $200. The other mechanic ( another big Chevy dealership) and was told I did not need everything migure told me and charged me $700 to fix the break.less then half minutes total. Horrible experience will not be taking car back. Managers were rude and not understanding. Should be liable for the faulty inspection done 3 months ago.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Our son bought a car there, nothing but problems. Then he went to have it serviced and they charged $200 to tell him he needed brakes. INSANE! No discussion about a cost to check the brakes. Never had a dealership be so rude either.

I was very happy with my recent experience buying a car from Maguire. I had to make a quick move since my previous car had mechanical issues. My salesperson, Nate Harris helped me find a great used car that covered all my needs - reliability, good winter vehicle, low mileage and relatively low price. He worked with the team to locate the car from one of their other stores and it arrived in a few days. The delivery process went very smoothly. I had only an hour to spare during my work day. Nate was able to fit the delivery in last minute and we got the whole process done quickly. I love my GTI and love the lower payment too!

I bought a 2024 trax from Maguire, it was used advertised it as 6200 miles on it. the car actually had 8400 miles and was absolutely filthy and covered in dog hair on the headliner which i never noticed untill i was on my way home with it. couldnt get them to update the recalls, or get a loaner while they fixed and cleaned the car. once they got my check it seems like i was screwed, I had to stop trying to get service and recalls done and went somewhere else who was more than happy to take care of my car. would never recommend buying or dealing with mcguire chevy !!

Too often, single women shopping for automobiles are taken advantage of or spoken down to, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what I experienced at this dealership. I want to strongly caution other women against trusting this place with their business. My experience with sales representative Nate Harris was deeply disappointing. From the beginning, his approach came across as dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, he even said, "I came in on my day off to do this deal," which sounded more like a complaint than a commitment to good service. Throughout the process, Nate displayed an arrogant, condescending attitude that made it clear he wasn’t genuinely interested in helping or answering questions. At no point did I feel like a valued customer — instead, I felt talked down to and disregarded. Had there been professionalism and basic respect from the start, this could have easily been a completed sale. Instead, the lack of customer focus and poor communication turned me away. Women especially should be aware of how they may be treated here. I cannot recommend this dealership under any circumstances.

My experience with Nick Alton at Maguire Chevrolet has been nothing but excellent! He went to great lengths to get me the exact vehicle I wanted, in the color and at the price I wanted. On top of all that, he fought and got me more money for my trade than I ever expected! I will, from now on, purchase all my future vehicles from Nick Alton at Maguires.

I took my car in for an oil change. I get the car back with oil stains on the floor mat and door. This is not the 1st or even 2nd time this has happened. It’s happened probably 3-4 times. Yes I have called multiple times complaining about it. They did once detail the inside of my car. I was very grateful but it’s also inconvenient to have to be without my car another day, get rides to and from the dealer to drop it off over something that could easily be avoided. I take it here because it’s easy, quick, they do good work, I bought my car from this dealership but I am so sick of having to scrub oil out of my floor mats, off my door and steering wheel. Why not put paper down on the floor like most auto shops?
