Terrible return policy. If you aren’t happy with the item you purchased they charge you a 20 percent re-stocking fee. You have to pay shipping to return and they also charge you the shipping when they sent it to you. Way better off ordering something from Amazon
Bought Eibach shocks & struts...all failed within 1 year. Trying to get replaced is a NIGHTMARE! They insist the parts be returned BEFORE replacements are shipped but you don't drive without these & who has extras just laying around! Go buy from a local store...this site has lost all of our business- after many years!
Disappointing. Made the drive on a Saturday to find them closed under listed "open" hours. Only impression we could take away was place is kind of a dump looking around back. Strange that the business name is nowhere to be found. Odd vibe.
What a great find. Drove by this place for many years thinking they just serviced local dealer cars. Stopped in and to my surprise, there is an actual showroom with pick up bed caps, covers, side rails, trailer hitches, etc. I was looking at bed covers and they had many brands/types on display to view. Pricing was inline with other shops I have been in. My suggestion to the lady working thete was for the owner to put up a more formidable/informative sign to draw in more customers that may not lnow this place exists. I will definitely keep them in mind once I decide on a specific bed cover/tonneau cover.
Amazing service. Came in for broken channels on my tonneu cover. The genltemen at the counter replaced and installed them within 5 minutes of me waiting. When i asked him how much he said nothing. Thats what i call service.
