I was looking for axle nuts for my Silverado , I had called several stores including Oreilly and all said they didnt offer them, but the manager Cherie at Oreillys was trying to figure it out and would give up. I said thank you for your time and got on the phone with the dealer 20 miles away to set 2 aside when my phone rang in . I called the # back and it was Cherie from Oreillys and she said she found them, she had 3 different sizes so I went there and sure enough she had them. That is customer service right there. She did an awesome job and was the only parts store that went above and beyond to help me, I thank you very much .

I had excellent service at O’Rielly Auto Parts in Baldwinsville today. I needed 2 key fob batteries, windshield wipers and a case of windshield washer. The staff did everything for me. They put the batteries in the fobs, installed the new wipers and got the case of washer for me. Thank you.

Adam and Jackie were absolutely amazing. I’m trying to teach myself how to take care of my car on my own, and I went to get DOT 3 fluid and they not only told me what I needed to do but 1.) Jackie came out with me and taught me some of the parts and purposes under my hood, brought out their funnel to use, and 2.) Adam offered to be a helpful standby after helping retract some of the liquid (I poured a little too much), if there’s anything I ever need to operate on my car in the future they can be a second hand for help. I’m so grateful for such sweet and helpful people. Thank you!

I ordered a part from Another location. It was sent to 2 different locations, ending up in Baldwinsville. They made it right for me.

I stopped in this morning to get car wash sponges for an upcoming event at my children's school. Cheri - the manager - helped me find them and we chatted about how they were for our school's event. Showed up at closing with a blown headlight and Sean was absolutely amazing. He stayed late and changes it for me and wasn’t the slightest bit bothered staying late to help me out. He showed outstanding customer service and was a pleasure to chat with. Sean is a rockstar! Give him a raise!!!

Very polite when I walked into the store. They checked my 'check engine' light and were able to determine the problem and the fix. Sadly, they did not have the part in stock, but checked inventory at a store near my home. I did not get the names of employees, however, it was two working Tuesday, November 3rd. Thanks guys!!

I am a in my 60’s and very little knowledge regarding cars . I was directed by my son to go to O’Reilly Auto parts to get my check engine checked out. The young man was very helpful and gave me a printout of what the problem was. I Went to my mechanic and showed him the printout and was told they have no opening , maybe tomorrow or it will be the following week before they can look at it. Went back home and when I went to start up my car it was totally dead tried jumping it with no luck. I went back to O’Reilly’s and they were so patient and gave me some direction . I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank You

Recently had a headlight bulb replaced on a cold winter day, the O’Reilly team member (Richard) replaced the bulb quickly and efficiently. I live 1 mile from an AutoZone but O’Reilly in Baldwinsville is my new go to auto store.

Cheri at the Baldwinsville, NY location was absolutely amazing!! I called for pricing on some parts, she helped me find the best, most affordable option for what I needed. When I went in to pick up the items a couple days later, she provided excellent customer service!! O'Reilly seriously needs to give her a raise!! I will be back!

The stores are always very neat and clean and organized very well. The staff is always helpful and seems to always find what you're looking for in stock without having to order. I'd stop to O'Reilly's before I would any other auto store

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They helped me pick out what wiper blades I needed and installed them for me. They also helped me figure out why my check engine light was on.

Terrific customer service. Cheri was a great help and took the time to explain my car issue with me and fixing it. Being 81 years old she could have easily made a sale instead of repair at no charge. She also took the time to show me how to change the battery in my key fob. Thanks again Cheri.

My steering wheel wouldn’t turn so I bought power steering fluid and asked if Cheyenne could put it in and look at my battery. She came right out and noticed there was a different issue. So she had her coworker Adam come out and they inspected it some more. They both went above and beyond for me to get my car back to normal. They are both live savers. Thank you so much!!

Cheyenne and the man working with her yesterday (didn't catch his name) were both super friendly and helpful. Cheyenne searched high and low to find what I was looking for, and when they couldn't find it the man even offered to call a competitor's store to see if they had it. 100% will return as long as these two are working there.

Driving along today when the dreaded check engine light came on...drove right to my local O'Reillys and was met by Wyatt. I had an idea what it was, and he helped us diagnose the code to be sure. He looked up the parts, had them in stock, showed me what I needed to get them installed myself. Got everything I needed and go the car fixed in a few minutes and back to enjoying my weekend. Wyatt and everyone at the Baldwinsville O'Reillys was super friendly and super helpful! Saved me time and money, and let me get back to enjoying my weekend! Absolutely excellent customer service!!
