Thanks to Abraham (might’ve not spelt his name correctly) I now have my interior dome lights changed. He had to take out the whole overhead light housing to do so because I have a Pontiac Vibe 2009 and ofc it can’t be easy. He showed me how to do it so I know for next time and overall seemed like a great guy and super friendly. Thank you for being awesome and taking time out of your day to help me Abraham 😁

I stopped into this AutoZone today looking for a simple hose clamp. I walked in, said hello, and asked the employee where the hose clamps were. He just looked at me and completely ignored me. No acknowledgement, no help—nothing.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience here. Every time I come in, it feels like no one wants to help. I only needed one small part, and instead I was treated like I was an inconvenience.
I’m honestly better off going to O’Reilly’s five minutes down the road. They greet me when I walk in, they’re happy to help, and they’ll even walk me to the part I’m looking for. I’m not sure why I even bothered coming to this location today. Very disappointing.
I brought my 2009 Kia Van in to test the van's battery life bc i was having issues. Mike was very helpful in using a portable battery check to test my van's battery - relayed the information. It was quick and easy! A very helpful free check.
Recently I was in there about four times in one week and all four times I had to buy something different and every time I had a problem they were there to help fix it and give me a hand putting windshield wipers on changing headlights and etcetera very convenient hours for 7:30 in the morning till evening very clean and professional
I had an issue concerning a set of wiper blades that I had purchased two days prior. The counterman and the manager were both eager to help with this problem. Ten minutes later I was walking out the door with a different manufacturer's wiper blades in my hand as well as the difference in the price between the two sets. It was readily apparent that these guys knew what they were talking about as after I got home, I installed the "replacement's". The install went perfectly, and with absolutely no issues. I'll add that I spent no more than one minute installing both blades! Kudos to each of these guys for saving me both time and $$... and for knowing what they sell!
Customer service is terrible. Don’t expect any help when finding parts. Have your parts numbers ready or you’ll be stuck looking in your phone while they just sit there. Don’t waste your time like I did and just go to O’Reillys.
Shopped here numerous times and the staff does not come out from behind the cou ter to assist in anything, the just yell and point... mainly shop here on the weekends. Alittle customer service would be greatly appreciated

I had a great experience at AutoZone. An awesome employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He helped me with pricing to replace two hinge bars for the back hatch of my Chevrolet Equinox. Prices are good .

Both of the people working Were rude and dismissive. They didn't seem like they wanted to help me and when I had to exchange the merchandise because pieces were missing, it was as though I was inconveniencing them and they didn't want to wait on me. I normally shop at autozone but I will never shop at the Baldwinsville store again.
Ordered a transmission line and fittings. They required payment by phone to order in and then didn't email a reciept. When I had to take it back as they ordered the bottom line and not the top, they gave me a hard time about returning it without a receipt.
Great prices on parts. Would give 5 stars but some of their employees really don't know much about vehicles. If you ask for advice they just look at you loke they're lost.
Coming from an automotive background, as well as many years of experience in the field, I've never walked out of this location thinking to myself, "yeah, this was a great experience." The staff rarely understands what I would think is fairly simple requests. RV plug adapter, group 24 marine battery (guy who waited on me in store knew, the previous phone call was a joke) lateral link, swearing while changing a battery for another customer (remember, they had a tough time figuring out what I just said. They are the ones changing your battery) I actually felt like I burdened the dude for a return and a separate purchase for a battery after the head roll. I did not have a core, and will eat the charge instead of going back. What more can we talk about?

Better if you know exactly what you need employees are not the most knowledgeable more of keyboard warriors although very friendly and always willing to lend a hand 👌
The guyz here are incredible and extremely knowledgeable as well. They know me by name (Don't know if that is a good thing) and they are always giving me alternative ways to think about a problem.
I like autozone,always amazed at what they have in stock on the shelf.I feel most of the parts hold up well,and I have shopped there quite often .Also you get rewards,who doesn't like a little extra icing on the cake,kind of nice to go in and buy something,and be told you have a $20 dollar reward and the item is only $30,it makes you feel good to pick it up for $10
