I recently had a full 2-step paint correction and 9 year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra (CSU) ceramic coating done by Landon at Upstate Imports Detailing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
From the initial inspection to pickup, Landon was transparent, professional, and extremely thorough. He walked me through areas of concern (including some bird etching and rock chips), explained the risks of sanding versus preserving clear coat, and kept me updated with photos throughout the process. The time that the job took to complete speaks to the level of care and attention to detail.
The finish looks incredible. The gloss, clarity, and depth on black paint are outstanding, and the reflections are sharp and uniform. It’s obvious the paint was corrected properly and not rushed. What impressed me most was that he didn’t overpromise. Landon approached everything conservatively and prioritized doing it the right way rather than just chasing perfection at the expense of the clear coat.

I brought my 2025 Tesla Model 3 in for a full detail, and Landon absolutely exceeded my expectations. Landon preformed a decontamination wash, clay bar and a one step correction, and applied a 9 year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra ceramic coating. The paint looks incredibly smooth and glossy. Landon’s attention to detail and quality of work really shows. Highly recommend his services to anyone who wants their vehicle looking better than new.
Researched online for someone to detail my 2011 Tundra. Have always did my best myself but getting older and doing it was becoming a difficult job for me.

Our car had been infested by mice after sitting in our driveway for a few weeks (we live in the country). I was afraid that the car was ruined, but Landon did a great job of cleaning it. In the end it was almost as nice as when we first bought it. Excellent job, and he communicated with us all through the job.

Had ceramic coating doneto my 2014 Cayman S at a local competitor ‘s shop a couple of years ago. No comparison. Landon’s work far superior. Well worth having it redone by Landon.
Upstate did a great job with my interior detail.
My only issue was I paid for the more expensive detail with carpet extraction only to get a text saying it was going to be about $70 more due to debris and salt in the carpet.
I thought that’s why I paid extra to begin with. Wasn’t a welcome surprise and for that reason prob won’t bring it bwck.
Again, car looks great but more than I expected to pay.

Highly recommend landon at upstate imports detailing for all of your needs! He did a full correction and ceramic coating on my durango for me, it looks like a completely new vehicle. The color pops like it never has before. All those little scratches you see in the sunlight are completely gone! Landons great to deal with and treats your vehicle likes its his own. Love my truck all over again. Just had the paint correction and the 5 year ceramic coating done and I am blown away at the difference. I’ve been thinking about getting this done for a while and finally went for it and only wish I did it sooner. I can’t get over how bad it really was and how much the color pops now. Pics in the driveway are after a week of driving it, crazy how good it looks still, cool watching the water bead up and roll off while driving, keeps it clean. I appreciate the care and love that Landon put into my truck. I highly encourage anyone considering this to go for it.

I sent my Jetta in and they did a phenomenal job. I had water stains in my head liner they were able to remove along with cleaning every nook and cranny on the car. I’d highly recommend bring your car here and will be a repeat customer.

Best place in town! Took my Rav 4 in to have the interior detailed. I'm a dog groomer/Trainer and I have 4 dogs of my own I haul around so LOTS of dog hair in there. Plus I basically live in it I'm so busy. Needless to say it was a disaster when it got there and when it left it was immaculate! Could never tell there was ever a dog in there!
