If I could give 0 stars I would. I inquired about a front bumper cover and it's condition. I was told it was very "clean" and that "it just came in". I drove over an hour to get there today. When I arrived, the bumper cover was anything but clean. The guy behind the counter told me it was outside & it had cracks. When I inspected it outside, it had several cracks in the middle areas, a dent on the lower portion, 3 holes drilled near the tabs & large scuffs. Far from the A0 condition code advertised and absolutely not even insurance quality. Lying & wasting others' time is NOT how you do business. Between gas and traffic, I lost money & gained nothing. This is a common theme amongst junkyards. They'll have you drive hours to get there & the part is either not available, or it's completely different than previously indicated. They think everyone doesn't have a life or doesn't have things to do, or that you can just waste your time & money and it's okay.
So many problems to deal with them. They don’t help for anything. After sell the parts they don’t care it fit or not. They accept only cash. They don’t care about the customer’s problem.
Best shop around for used parts and cars. Feels great to support this family business - they’re straightforward about what you’re getting, and they make sure to explain what the price is giving you. After all they are used parts so I appreciate the transparency and options to be able to choose what best fits my needs.
Lots of people come here and say it’s a scam, but I will tell you this: since Jose has joined this company you can really tell how much this placed around how well in operates now. I got into a car accident and Jose was the only person who could get the parts I needed. Give this place a chance!
This place is ridiculous I asked for a part to be ready for pick up since yesterday ! I get here at 8:38 a.m and Spanish man told me they are closed until 9?! I literally came all the way out here for absolutely no reason such a waste of time! FIX YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION ONLINE IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN AT 9! Do better …
Went in to get a part for my car and Jose was great. He helped me get the right part and he gave me a fair price. As a women I was skeptical but Jose and the rest of the crew were amazing and even explained exactly what I needed and why I needed it. My mechanic later told me it was a fair price and the part was a perfect fit. Will definitely be coming back!
the guy who runs the office did not give out the proper information to my mechanic. They didn't have the part they said they had. I asked him if he could tell me if anyone on that same strip of shops had it. he then proceeded to look it up showed me exactly what I needed and then told me he wouldn't tell me because he didn't make any money off of the deal.I was not buying anything from him regardless because he didn't have what I wanted but I just found it very off-putting. It is not as if he was selling what I needed but I wanted to buy it from somebody else. He clearly did not have what I needed and then refused to help me because it did not benefit him.I understand that might be normal to some but he should not have looked it up in the computer and showed it to me if he was just going to dangle it in my face.
THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT FRAUDULENT, AND CASHED MY CHECK WITHOUT EVER SENDING THE ME THE ENGINE. WHEN I CALL I'M TOLD THAT THE MAN I STARTED TALKING TO DOESN'T WORK THERE ANY LONGER, THE BOSS IS NEVER THERE, AND THE ONE TIME I WAS TALKING TO THE OWNER HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER CAME BACK AND NOW MY CALLS ARE SCREENED. I HAVE HAD TO START A FRAUD CASE WITH THEM. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE
They had a transmission for my truck told me it’s was 100% tested and runs strong brought it back home and professionally installed and when the trans Oil pan was taken down to find chunks of metal In it. trans they gave me is blown they completely lied now refusing to answer the phone horrible business would not recommend
I have been in the auto repair business for 20 years now, and this is the first time I have been ripped off so blatantly when dealing with a junkyard. I purchased an engine from them that was advertised in good condition and running. I brought it to my shop and opened the drain plug. A gallon of water came out. I tried to turn the crank by hand, and it was seized. Further investigation revealed that the engine was out of time, and all of the exhaust valves were bent. I returned the motor to them the same day. That was 3 months ago. In the mean time, I returned on numerous occasions asking for a replacement of refund. The first replacement, after 3 weeks, was a completely different engine. The second replacement, after another 4 weeks, WAS THE SAME ENGINE THEY GAVE ORIGINALLY(I marked the first engine as i had a bad vibe). To date, constant lies, and unfulfilled promises. I am out $1000, and now have to go to court. Now I know why this industry has a bad name. Stay away.
Purchased an Volvo s40s40 eng from them and they demanded cash. It turned out to be a bad engine. Three months now they won't return my money or provide me with another .engine.
We ordered a transmission from them. They cashed the check, delayed our Fedex pickup by a week, and then shipped us a transmission for the wrong vehicle! The lies that come out of this place are beyond anyone's imagination. Avoid at all costs.
BUYER BEWARE. I fell for their scam. Send a check, they’ll send me the fender. Simple as that. Since they list the parts on (Car-Part.). I figured they were reputable. WRONG. Johnny received the check..it was cashed, then nothing. Call after call, excuse after excuse. Doesn’t make sense(?)..that they would scam for parts they need to sell. But, here I am a month later without my fender or $ back. Will contact; BBB, (Car-Part.), every site I can find, till my $130.00 is returned.
Horrible experience they claimed to have part i needed when i got there claimed to be busy need a few hours to get it from the back i payed for it came back 4 days in a row excuse after excuse would not recommend pay in advance
