Always love volunteering here for work and school events. The team on the first floor is quick and always helpful with pantry and food events. Huge callout to Elixandra also in the front desk - always professional, respectful and helpful
Thanksgiving Dinner! You are ushered to an available table and waited on by young eagar-to-please volunteers. There was little or no waiting. Plates piled high with hot, sliced turkey and stuffing, cranberry sauce and a choice between apple or pumpkin pie. The ambiance is pleasant with piano accompaniment and helpful, cheerful staff. One roving photographer asked to take my picture. (I had inserted bird feathers into each of the vent holes in my baseball cap, but it was Tillie's familiar toothy smile on an ancient button from "Steeplechase the Funny Place" that had caught his eye.) We stopped by the large ballroom on the mezzanine level where a pleasant young man assisted my wife in picking out a brand-new coat. We love the Salvation Army and have eaten at their near-daily meals, off-and-on, for years. The staff is wonderful and their volunteers are the best!
I've been coming to here for years about 10 years ago I had to make a complaint to the headquarters about the way they speak to customers the way they lock up different rooms the way they treat certain ethnic groups different from other people.. I'm getting tired of the people that you are hiring that have no idea what the job is supposed to be do something about this Albany in Atlantic City 650 Albany and Atlantic City
