I sent them an .eps, .pdf, .svg, .different, and a .png file of the same image that I needed a laser cut for. I had to chase them down to ask if they got my emails and never got a quote after I insisted that I needed same day service. Bro seemed pissed that he actually had to do his job when I said "yeah I already sent all that, check your email." For anything last minute, don't trust your eggs in this basket.

I put in my order on Wednesday and asked for the in-hand date to be Friday and paid for the delivery. It arrived Saturday morning at 1AM. I had to call multiple times to get order updates.

This is the best company to work with in NYC. They made our booklets the same day (we called in at 5pm) and even got me a free delivery (got it delivered at 10pm). Excellent service, turnaround time, and a pleasure to work with! I needed marketing materials and an entire tradeshow display to be printed quickly for the wedding expo, so I had reached out to rush copier to see how fast they could complete my project and they did it within hours! Such a good experience, we needed some last minute printed boards and retractable banners at the javits center convention center, called at 6pm the night before and had what I needed delivered to me by 8am, in my hands!!!
