I do not recommend this company they promised a 48-72 hrs delivery NYC TO MIAMI we didn’t had no blizzard and they keep blaming the weather and traffic my car was picked up from NYC since last Friday 12/12 and was promised to be delivered on 12/16 today is 12/19 and the driver doesn’t pick up the phone and the offices don’t have anyone on call I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY ANOTHER REVIEW IS COMING SOONONCE MY CAR IS DELIVERED BUT DO NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ZELLE MONEY TO ANYONE. I will be taking this company to court if anything happens to my car and I will fight to my last.
I wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews here because I had a bad experience myself. PROS: broker is helpful and is pleasant to talk to CONS: A LOT 1. The trucking service always move the date of pick up and says that they will "pick up tomorrow" 2. Not on time, they said they'll pick up at 8am-9am, HOWEVER THEY PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AROUND 3:30pm 3. WORST THING IS, THEY LOST MY CAR KEY FOB AND REPROGRAMMED MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, NOW I NEED TO PAY FOR THE COSTLY REPAIR 4. IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR, IT IS HARD TO REACH THEM FOR REIMBURSEMENT SO DON'T PAY THRU ZELLE OR CASH
I will not trust transporting car companies anymore.

I worked with BookEZ to ship my Tesla from Seattle to LA. The whole process is easy and transparent - you pay what you are told for, no hidden fee, not a single dime more. I paid $1,000 in total to ship my X - $200 upfront as deposit and $800 after the car was delivered. Then, they told me almost immediately that a truck is en route and that truck is from a “preferred vendor” - “ I5 Transport LLC. The truck driver is very friendly, and my car was here in LA on Wednesday noon. It was shipped on the same Monday! That’s fast! My X arrived safe and sound. Just like the name of the company - Book Easy!

I had hired other brokers for a full month and had no luck getting my inherited vehicle from my father who passed away recently. Jeffrey was amazing. Super happy with their service. I was not convinced at the beginning but once I shopped around I found Book EZ to be the most trustworthy company around. All the other guys were giving me crazy pricing and super long delivery times. Book EZ not only was able to book me a last minute spot on a truck headed to FL they also accommodated my crazy schedule when the new car has arrived from the factory and needed transport to NY. The original delivery date was October 7th, changed multiple times on us, but car came early and Book EZ found a new carrier and re-booked with him for me, car is in NY already and I cannot be happier. Only company to use! 10/10 for customer service as well, Jeff from Book EZ made this whole process super easy.

BookEZ really removed all the hassle of shipping the car from NJ to CA during a pandemic. I initially contacted other auto shippers and could see the difference in superior service that BookEZ offered. I was given a very good quote and received the car in about 6 days. The driver called me ahead of pick-up and drop off to give sufficient notice and did a detailed walkthrough. I received emails with the bill of lading with all the photos of the car before and after the shipping. Great service and very professional! I would highly recommend it!

This company was absolutely amazing to deal with. I had my 2006 GTO with 18,000 miles on it shipped from Arizona to Indiana. I flew down to Arizona to look at my car. My auto transport was there the first day. BookEZ stayed in touch with me and the driver to make sure everyone was on the same page for scheduling. If you think that you're going to have your car picked up on a specific day down to the hour then this is the wrong company for you. You at least have to give a 4 to 5-day window. It's just the way it is. I was in a very isolated location with not much transport but BookEZ and the driver still took care of me. My car arrived on time with no problems whatsoever. This is by far the best enclosed transport company you can go with when it come to price or budget. Try beating $1,200 for 1,700 miles. Most if not all want $1,500 and up. BookEZ will find you a good deal even with their cut of money. I highly recommend.
