The Manager/ IG spokesman is extremely rude and dismissive of customers. And walked a deal over $20. Of course it wasn’t the $20 dollars. Infact I would have paid the asking price of it wasn’t for his attitude. I am a loyal and lifelong collector of the businesses that I buy from. Pretty short sited. The store has excellent items for sale and I have followed them for years on IG. It’s a shame this happened. Because now out of principle I won’t buy from a great store because of a bad guy!

Yesterday my Mom and I left her Dr.Appt and happen to walk into this Christan Antique store. Inside was so amazing. My mom was thrilled to see items from her childhood day's. I took multiple pictures I was also amazed and very excited at the different items I saw. The store is extremely well organized and the prices are resonal priced. My Mom and I love going Antiqueing and we will definitely be back to purchase a item. The store is located on 52th street between 8th and 9th Ave.

Bad. This is the most dishonest store in NY. He promised and quoted an item to a client, out of a sudden he sold the item to another client who came in later. This store is just as awful as you can imagine.

I will be returning to hopefully purchase something. It's a very charming and welcoming store with such beautiful antique pieces. Have been following them on Facebook and had to see the store in person. I love pieces that are made of good, sound, quality material that has and will stand the test of time. I was eyeing a beautiful medicine cabinet that came from the Waldorf-Astoria renovation. It's pricey, but you're paying for quality. It's odd because at one point my friend and I were the only customers and within fifteen minutes here came a whole bunch of people! I'm so glad I found them on Facebook! The owners and staff were very pleasant and, of course, knowledgeable about the items. If you don't end up purchasing, it's just great to take a look at all the beautiful pieces!

Loved this shop, so many wonderful objects to look at. We bought an old typewriter and a silver dish from the Waldorf Astoria. Wish we lived nearer, there were so many beautiful items instore.

Incredible selection of salvaged lighting, mirrors, decor, and furniture. Some prices are high and others are quite fair, there is something for everyone at the NYC location.

A good friend and myself visited the Olde Good Things on 52nd Street BTW 8th and 9th Avenues and we were immediately gawked and spoken to as intruders or less than for no apparent reason other than our race however we simply ignored the disrespect and continued to try to sell and/or buy antique items. While I was browsing the shop looking at amazing antique furniture and chandeliers some younger fellow kept following me and asking me what I was looking for, I stated I was browsing and he rolled his eyes in disgust and continued following me. Meanwhile my friend who was in the front of the shop was told by the elder white man that he wouldn't look or even examine the unique antiques he possessed and to leave the shop. My buddy then yelled back to me "Kyle we have to leave they are acting very prejudgemental and intimidated for no reason whatsoever. Last but definitely not least there were about 10 Caucasian shoppers who came in after us and they were never asked anything and were permitted to look and use the many different antiques within without issue. We felt very belittled and put down and this type of attitude and behavior should never be tolerated or accepted, most definitely not from a business.

This is my go to place for everything from door knobs, antique pieces, lighting, vintage fixtures. Over the years, we have bought so many wonderful items from this dream land of the past. If I need something vintage, this is where I go to first. The staff is very helpful, the staff will work with you on what exactly you need, and offer suggestions. if I won the lottery, I would buy everything in Old good things, and then find the apartment to match it

Unbelievable store of relics from hotels like the Waldorf Astoria and others. Almost museum like, the store is worth a visit if you’re in the area! So much interesting artifacts and history!

Great architectural salvage. Being in NY they have fantastic gems from hotels and other business from a variety of eras. Some nice Art Deco and MCM pieces and a nice selection of chandeliers. We loved combing through the hardware section for knobs, hinges, face plates, etc...

I treated myself to five pieces of furniture from the West 52 Street and upper Broadway Olde Good Things stores just this year alone. They have great and unusual finds, and they also repurpose and refurbish items and architectural salvage that otherwise would be lost to the ages. If you know antiques and the cost of shipping from out of state or the countryside, you will recognize that their prices are very reasonable. Do some comparisons yourself from online items versus buying the items from these stores. I had previously discovered Olde Good Things years ago when I bought some antique glass doorknobs for my apartment renovation and I was hooked. I really enjoy antiquing in these stores. And the staff is very accommodating and friendly. A great addition to Manhattan, which has lost so many antique stores in the past 30 years.

This Store is definitely top notch when it comes to specialty items and old salvaged artifacts from the turn of the century. There are multiple locations and all of the staff are friendly and genuinely are interested in what they do professionally.
