I’m very grateful to LAZARUS REC.My car Toyota RAV4 19 was flooded & hybrid battery was damaged.I could not find any solution any were,I got frustrated. Eventually with the sincere cooperation of Willie & Marco my car was fixed.

They don’t give refunds even if they don’t have the items that you paid to order
Bought 3 items from them all were bad I asked for exchange they told me wait
I came after 10 days and ask for the good parts or the money back
Received nothing from them
They even threatened me if I make a complaint
BEWARE! CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS! I SPEND $650 ON A ENGINE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE "80K" MILES ON IT AND RECIEVED ONE WITH 180K! THEY LIED TO ME FROM THE START AND I SHOULDVE REALIZED THAT FROM THE BEGINING THAT THEY ARE LIARS! ENGINE WAS INSTALLED AND IT WAS WORSE THAN MY BROKEN ENGINE. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOINGTO REPLACE THE ENGINE FOR ME AND 3 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVE NO REPLACEMENT. THE WORKERS AND OWNER IS A RACIST, CALLED ME NAMES AND MADE THREATS!!!!!!
THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE THE ENGINE AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE THE OLD ENGINE BACK. DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS HAD TO INTERVENE TO HELP ME RESOLVE THE ISSUES.

Worse place to deal with been waitinf for a part deilivery over 2 months they will have you on the run around and you canit get your money back stay away from this place learn this the hard way.
Absolutely rude and disrespectful owner and workers. Refused to compromise a penny on a used part and started yelling and pushing me. Do yourself a favor and get your parts from Roosevelt auto parts across the street.
