Terrible service. Charged $225 cash to go 1.1 miles. A 10 minute drive. Didn’t scoop up my car onto the bed, wanted me to drive it onto the tow bed. Then wouldn’t let me sit in the front cab because of “company policy.” Asked for money while I was in my car suspended in mid air like I was going to run off. Terrible experience, would not recommend this tow company.
This guy was our hero today! My sister was stranded when battery died. Could not be jumped. Yesterday another tow service completely wasted our whole day making us wait and then wasn't able to take car after 6 hoirs of promises. This guy accepted job, showed up in 30 minutes, delivered to nearby mechanic, no issues. Even. Sent photos as proof. If I could give 10 stars I would after the ordeal we had. Use them for towing in Queens. 100% reliable and reasonably priced. Thank you again!!
