This company is a scam. Read all the bad reviews on their main shop in TX. You'll start to see a couple of patterns. From what I have read, they hound you for an excellent review as soon as product is delivered. If you bought an used engine or transmission you simply cannot make a solid decision if it was working or not on looks alone. For people who had an issue, I read the company copy and paste the same tired line over and over. "We cannot find your records by your name..." Wow. That's a lot of incompetency if they lose THAT many people's order records. But I know it's not true. Finally, there are bad reviews that state in order to get their refund back they were forced to write a good review. These are all red flags. I am sure a lot of the good reviews are also fake profiles especially since these account only have one review to their name. Some of them wrote good reviews on this location AND the TX location. Not BBB accredited, B- on their site currently. Buyer Beware. Try LKQ instead.
