More like Poor Customer Service Auto Store. Took my $270 battery back in after the acid leaked within a year and I was told there was something wrong with my truck. Obviously the smell of strong liquor was coming off the old man with his Dahmer glasses as he got up in my face and lectured me on how he didn't want to give me another warranty because "my vehicle was in bad condition and not the battery." "I'm only giving you this ONE replacement and no more after this!" He also told me the battery did not match up with the receipt, basically saying I was lying to him.
I literally had to take a step back, that's how close he was in my face. There is no Customer service in that wannabe auto parts store.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE. You'll get lectured as well as a drunk man standing up on your face telling you how wrong you are rather than helping or even being polite.
Worst manager ever, straight up disrespect his customers and is rude on the spot be aware of the manager he doesn't help you at all, only Mike is helpful

Ordered a part for vehicle was the wrong one tried to to a refund told I couldn't because I paid cash. Part was over$400. Barely talked owner into giving me store credit
