Our shipment didn't arrive with everything needed to install. And the tools we need for replacing the product was ridiculously priced! (Renting the tool is the same as the tool itself!) Good grief!

Buying car parts was fast but you have to have the correct information on what part you are ordering. Some parts have to be special ordered.

I was able get the part I need all other retails were sayn 5 to 7 days to get what I needed.

Prices are very good. Navajo own very happy.

Called the store, got a brake caliper for my 2005 GMC Sierra Part No N5280, paid 70.00 plus for it. It didnt fit, was told they can't take it back. No return no refund. Threw my 70.00 part in their trash can where it belongs. Car quest has my business never comikg back. Because I am a woman who works on my truck doesn't mean I don't know what I'm working with. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Every time I stop here for parts they never have so I don’t even bother coming back here, I just go to Gallup

I do like the store.. they have what I need and if not.. I can order it and they usually can get it within a week or less.. thank you Yazzie auto part store.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great and convenient, don't have to travel into Gallup, and when a part needs to be ordered they deliver the next day. Also received a Navajo Bible for free!! Shop Navajo Own YAY!!!

Their are two types of stores Independent and National, they wouldn't exchange two batteries for a 2010 Dodge Dually. Located near WINDOW ROCK, not Gallup. Typo*

Got what I needed but to order parts is crazy the freight cost is triple what I was about to order. Drove onto auto zone part arrived in 2 days for free shipping.

Place is a joke. Thought I could do business locally but turns out the people working the counter are rude and aren't knowledgeable on what parts you need when you tell them the exact year make and model of your vehicle. I would do business out of town. Instead of dealing with these jokers.

I called to return an online purchase a couple weeks ago. Im still getting emails stating my order is ready for pick up. I don't need that item however I'd like to get my refund loaded back into my account.

Just go in there knowing exactly what you're looking for. E.g. Oil & oil filter for a 2011 V-6 Ford Mustang 3.7 L.
