Absolutely Outstanding Service – Above & Beyond! Dennis is truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet. My dad’s trailer broke down on the interstate on Christmas Day, and with everything closed, we didn’t know what we were going to do. Dennis came to the rescue and went above and beyond in every possible way. He actually took the tires off his own trailer just so he could tow my dad and his trailer safely to a hotel. On Christmas, no less. He even offered to bring my dad Christmas dinner and met him for breakfast the next morning. Because it wasn’t safe for my dad to continue driving the trailer such a long distance, Dennis even hauled it all the way to Georgia for a very reasonable price. We will never forget what Dennis did for us during such a stressful and emotional moment. He didn’t just tow a trailer he showed compassion, generosity, and true Christmas spirit. Oh my Goodness I couldn't have found a better tow man than Dennis!!! All other tow services in gallup were rude and no help. I called him at my wits end trying to get my vehicle back to New Mexico after breaking down the night before in Arizona. He was very delightful and concerned about my situation. He was on the road within 15mins of calling him to get my vehicle. Price was very reasonable compared to all other tow companies I called. Upon receiving my vehicle back home in New Mexico he gave me a very educated opinion on what was wrong with my car. He even offered to show my husband how to change the part I needed. Dispatcher gave great advice to have my vehicle moved to a better location that was on the way to my destination instead of the original drop off, the tow truck driver was quick to pick us up and offered to drop us off at a hotel instead of finding a separate ride. Great guys to help if you get stuck in New Mexico

5 stars just doesn’t do them justice, if I could give them 100 stars I would. Had a flat tire on a cross country trip, they tried to patch the tire on the road, then when the plug still leaked they then towed the car to a tire shop that was open on a Sunday afternoon. These guys are lifesavers and got us back on the road for a 1/3 of the price of other “roadside” service companies nearby. I can’t thank them enough!!!

I couldn’t have hoped to find anyone who would have helped me as much as A Classy Autorecovery. Not only did he tow my car that had quit in the middle of nowhere to a reputable dealer for repair, he sat at the car rental to wait and make sure I got a car. Then after taking my car to the dealer, he let them know exactly what was wrong with it. As a single 75-year-old woman traveling alone, stuck on I-40 with no clue as to where to go for help, my prayers were answered. I just can’t say enough about how I appreciate that he was the one to answer when Ford Roadside Assistance called him. I recommend A Classy Autorecovery to everyone. A true class act, Dennis. I found myself in a terrible situation where all options were just no damn good. The transmission went out in my vehicle there in Gallup NM. I was en route from California to Arkansas, time was of the essence & money was running short. I was at my wits end, no doubt. In the midst of all this chaos I ended up getting paired w Dennis through a roadside assistance. He towed my car twice all the while smiling, making jokes, sustaining a truly positive attitude. His wife & he even took me out to dinner before dropping me @ my hotel. They are true salt of the earth good hearted folks. It was a pleasure to make their acquaintance. Thanks, homeboy! 🤝

Dennis is the best tow truck driver I have ever encountered. He was hired by Avis roadside assistance when my rental went into limp mode on a Navajo reservation. He arranged to come get me after my work hours, and he drove me and the busted rental 167 miles to Flagstaff. He drove very well and made the time fly with great conversation. He is knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to helping people with car problems. I am putting his number in my contacts in case I ever break down again!

A truly amazing person! My husband was traveling with a very heavy load, his alternator kept burning up. Dennis ended up having to tow my husband 3 times in total, for the final tow he towed my husband, our dog a loaded truck with a Harley all the way to our destination.. bringing him an alternator before the second tow… making sure he was in a secured spot after the first tow.. with all the negativity in the world today it was so heartwarming to know that Dennis is such a genuine person. Coming from a wife and mother of his two children whom was unable to get to my husband Dennis took a tremendous amount of stress off of both our shoulders! 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of assistance in that area. Truly a God sent.

Talk about human kindness!!!!! My older uncle and cousin experienced great and quick service from Dennis when their vehicle had mechanical problems and were stranded after a long weekend working tired as all get out. Dennis was extremely compassionate and understanding of the situation. We contacted several other tow companies, in Gallup NM all of whom quoted prices ranging from $1,400 to $2,100—even those who advertised themselves as the 'cheapest or reasonable event will work with you" Then we spoke with Dennis. He genuinely said, "I'll help you out! I get it memorial weekend and all ," and he absolutely did. He gave us an unbelievable discount considering the factors and a true demonstration of human kindness. When you need a tow service, Dennis is definitely the person you want to hire."

Dennis is the man! Was stuck on the highway and he brought me all the way into town to get my van fixed up. Can't thank him enough! Really cool guy! Fair and honest pricing aswell as very helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles and the local towns!

Truly the best towing I have ever experienced! Very fast service, the gentleman was incredibly helpful with towing a car from the Navajo Nation to Albuquerque (and knew the area extremely well). He arrived very quickly, and had the problem taken care of professionally. Great communication and customer service, along with being extremely knowledgeable on the process and contacted the car dealership highly professionally. Dennis was phenomenal. I was stranded on a remote highway & he hauled my Volvo electric vehicle almost 170 miles to the closest dealership while I road along. The service was exceptional & I genuinely felt cared about as a customer.

First I want to say that if all businesses were run like this one, there’d be a lot more happy people around. A Classy Autorecovery has the best customer service, and you can’t find better than Dennis. Not these days anyway. Great service, showed up when he said he would, and my crazy situation was taken care of faster than I thought it would! My trailer hitch bent and got stuck on the ball and was pulling the truck into the dirt. He came up with a nifty idea that worked! I have “A Classy Autorecovery” on speed dial now. Stuck in snow. Miles of traffic on i40 west bound. Dennis is 6.3 miles closest to where I am. Called him up and he promised to come get me as soon as traffic move. He had me stay warm until he could reach me through all this traffic. He’s a god send. No wonder he has so many reviews. Best customer service ever. Never got myself in such snow deep trouble before but thankfully Dennis rescued me. He was my first call and I got really lucky.

I got stranded just past Painted Desert after blowing my back tire. After some minutes on the phone with my insurance which got things mixed up, Dennis was so kind to get the tire changed and me on the road. He was so kind after the morning I had and I was so thankful for his knowledge and quick response!

Stuck my Ram 3500 dully in the mud in a remote area. Dennis the owner came out the next day and winched out my truck. Dennis has the knowledge and experience to getter done!

We blew tire I-40 btwn Gallup NM and Holbrook, AZ. Dennis responded promptly (1 hr drive) removed the tire and took to Holbrook and purchased new one for us. Returned and put it on so we could get on road. We drove the 45 mi nack and had the other 2 tires replaced as well (it was 2nd blow out in 10 days!). He was so kind, knowledgeable and it took about 4 hrs of our day. I highly recommend Dennis and this company!!
