Great Towing Service from Salina Springs AZ to Gallup. Driver (Navajo gentlemen) was very considerate and professional. He talked us through everything he was doing, especially during the drive. No one else was able to tow our 34 ft RV. Thank you guys.
My semi truck threw the driveshaft at 11 pm and these guys came out to get me off the side of the road. Preston is a great tow truck operator! He has a great attitude and got it towed in no time at all. It's nice to see good people that care about the customer and putting in the effort to take the stress off the situation! The guy who helped us towing our truck from Gallup to Albuquerque was very kind and helpful. I hope no one has to go through this kind of situation but unfortunate things happen quite often. If get stuck in any situation like us Top Gun Tow are best in the area with best price .
Coming home to Fort Defiance after a long road trip, these guys provided a tow to a local mechanic after realizing there was an issue just before Gallup. I had my camper in tow and they were able to tow both together, late at night without issue. Fast forward a few days, these guys were also willing to get my camper out of the mechanic’s lot due to my truck being held hostage by the mechanic (RG Truck). Top Gun Tow is quick to answer the phone and can tow whatever ya got!
Broke down in Gallup NM yesterday and dreaded calling breakdown and the long wait. But to my surprise our driver Preston arrived in a timely and professional manner. Even had the truck hooked and lifted relatively quick. He also organized the wires and lines to where they weren’t flapping and scratching up the side of our rig. Preston knew his stuff as well as the roads. He drove with complete professionalism and alertness when we had gotten cut off by a pickup truck pulling out at the last second with no warning. He was an easy going guy who knew his job and done very well. I definitely recommend asking for Preston if he is in the area and you are needing a tow. 10/10 stars
Got stranded. Topgun Is the towing company to call when in trouble . I called five others and Topgun and their reliable staff came to the aid. I strongly recommend Topgun and its staff for any vehicle towing in this area. They are an example of craftsmanship and hard work to the contemporaries, junior and senior. I give them five stars. Unfortunately, had a very upsetting experience with Top Gun Towing. They towed our car out of our parking lot and dumped it off at Rico Auto Body Shop for no reason. Meanwhile waited hours for police to report our car stolen. I missed half a day of work worried sick about our stolen car, called the insurance and worried of what to do next. I called the company to file a complaint about the driver, Carlos, and never received a call back from the manager. 🤯😤😡
Superb and quick service, very responsive. I got a flat tire outside of Gallup on Sunday afternoon, and didn't know where I was (no mile marker around). I shared the limited info I knew and he sent a crew to help me within 45 minutes (which is what he initially promised over the phone, when I asked about ETA of response time). He is a man of his word and will take great care of you. I highly recommend this company.
Our driver, Carlos, was very professional and did an excellent job in helping us as we broke down on highway heading back to Texas. I hit a pot hole and cracked my rim on my Cadillac. He came within the hour and helped with knowing the tire shops in Gallup and waited with us until we could find a place to get rim ordered. Definitely recommend this towing service and Carlos as the driver. Made us feel like family.
Carlos went above and beyond to help me out and get me towed to a repair facility. He even picked me up at the hotel and dropped me off at the facility the next morning. Great customer service!
Excellent experience. Motorhome broke down on I 40 30 miles west of Gallup. Driver Edward kept in touch with us throughout. He worked 4+ hours to get Motorhome hooked up and towed. Pretty tricky since this coach has low clearance but he took caution not to scrap or damage anything. Hope to never need towing again but would definitely use Top Gun again

After a bad experience dealing with my insurance's roadside assistance for a flat tire on the interstate outside Gallup, Carlos was dispatched to tow us and was there within the hour, he was able to load my SUV and carry my family in his extended cab flatbed tow truck. He hauled us right into town and gave us plenty of advice on where to get our tire replaced. He was a big help and our savior tonight, I definitely recommend Top Gun for all your towing needs
They are very sweet. We had an accident and they were able to tow our truck. They were open on weekend. I needed to pickup my trailer earlier because it was loaded and we needed to make delivery. They helped my driver on the weekend. Loved my experience
Got stuck in some dirt they came within maybe an hour of me calling got me out easily and I was back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend

Guys are awesome I broke down in Holbrook AZ and they guys offered me a very good deal to to get me to gallop NM, after doing some more digging around my semi I realized that my motor blew and I didn’t need them to tow me me anymore after they already arrived and they didn’t charge me for canceling very awesome people
Ive been waiting for them for 6 hours ,no clear ETA’s,and guy called me right now saying that it might be will take 2 more hours to get here. I canceled it.
I called Top Gun Tow for help with a load that shifted in one of our trucks. They came out in a very reasonable amount of time and helped get things situated. About an hour later, the load shifted again (not their fault), so they came out again adjusted the load again. Price was extremely reasonable and their drivers were very professional.
