Honestly one of the best towing companies out there!! So awesome and quick! I wish I could give them ten stars for how phenomenal they were. Came out in less than 20 minutes on the highway and got us towed in less than five minutes.

Rubin C picked up my vehicle today and brought it to a transmission shop. When he dropped it off, the owner asked him to put the car somewhere. He continued to just drop it off, blocking the bays, and leaving.
I called AAA for a tire repair, and Generation X sent Antonio. He was prompt, and was very helpful and informative when explaining things to me, and did a great job. I will highly recommend Antonio from Generation X Towing
They came and helped me out today through AAA. No one wants to deal with their vehicle breaking down but they came quickly and the driver was extremely nice and patient. My truck was stuck in park but he was able to troubleshoot the issue and got it into neutral so it could be put on the tow truck. I am grateful they were sent to help me.
Amazing service from start to finish. First company to pick up call late at night and when scheduled the towing they were there in 10 minutes. The driver manually moved my car to get it on the flat bed. Very smooth transaction for a very stressful time. Thanks again Generation X Towing.
I have never left a review in any social format but it’s midnight and I’m sitting in a hotel room alone with a sick child while my husband gets rejected to tow our car by Generation X. They used safety reasons as a concern bc I am not there. The AAA request was under my name but my husband and I are under the same AAA account for 15 years now. My husband had my license, AAA card along with all of his information. There was zero professionalism, thoroughness, or empathy from Generation X. So if your looking for reliability and a company who stands by ethical practices go elsewhere.
Very fast response to tow my pick up when I broke down on Rt.80 in Rockaway.From time of Break down to pick up,less than 45 minutes & from time I called till drop off at my mechanis's shop,1 1/2 Hrs.EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Never like to be in a situation where you need a tow truck... Today, we had a van stuck in the mud at Great Falls National Park. I searched for someone local and Generation X Towing came up. They answered the phone very quickly and were very helpful. They pulled us out in about 30 minutes. The pricing was very good and the gentleman who took care of the phone call as well as the service was very friendly. Highly recommend you contact them if you have a need.
On June 18th my car alternator gave way, it was roughly 11:30pm when I made the call to AAA ; the call was picked up by this unprofessional towing genertaion X - with the worse driver on Earth (Damian) .
He showed up 1hr 45min later with no contact from him during my excessive waiting period. (1:15am) arrival. upon arrival he told me "he can not take me now because he has other local runs to do and that my drop off destination is a HR away and is far " once he is done then he can take me". What a dumb schmuck he is.
He said he will be back in 10min or so because his local pick up is only 2miles away and it was a 9mile tow. Guess what ? The dumb idiot Damian never came back and cancelled my call. This is not only unprofessional, unethical but worse off - a lack of a backbone and not even a man . A Coward move.
AAA finally sent out a more qualified towing company called (5 star towing) . I waited until 2:30am to finally have a classy professional driver and company to drive me bring me
1hr away back home.
Never use Generation X - they are a disgrace to AAA Services and to AAA members. I hope they loose their contract with AAA and this punk damian looses his Job.
This is a bad Towing company, the driver left my husband and daughter on the highway
But before that he told my husband that there wasn't room for two people only one person could come with the truck, so my choses was leave my little girl with a stranger or leave her on the highway.. really really nice driver
Rude very very rude . I will NEVER use them again. The driver stole from my car while it was being towed. He spoke down to me when i asked for a flatbed instead of a wrecker. I am sorry but you do not know MY car.
After two other towing companies could not get my light pickup truck out of a cramped downtown garage, Generation X came to the rescue. Justin was patient and kind and all kinds of amazing with physics and geometry! To make matters extra complicated, in addition to a clearance of only 7'4" in a sardine-packed garage, I was parked right up against the wall and my steering column was frozen so he had to use a lift and wheel dollies and pullies and the winch. He did things with his truck that made my head spin, and in 15 min, my car was in his truck and we were pulling away

Absolutely terrible. They were sent by AAA. Almost pierced my tired as he tried to get car on flatbed. I had to put the car in neutral for him. Than argued with me for where I wanted my car put when we got to mechanics. No manners and terrible service.
