This was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. We drove 5 hours to pick up parts, only to find that they were not even ready when we arrived.
On top of that, the condition of the parts was far worse than what was described. Even more concerning, the parts appeared to have come off a completely different vehicle than what we were told.
This caused a significant waste of time and resources on our end. At a minimum, we expect honesty, accuracy, and basic preparation—none of which were met here. We would not recommend doing business with this dismantler unless major improvements are made in their communication and quality control.
They don’t answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and never pick up. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. I need parts that they have listed but the won’t answer.
Don’t ever come here. This place is joke and operate under reckless conditions and they have no customer service skills and the small short guy tells you what you want to hear and then he lets people cut in front of you and he makes you wait even longer. No consideration. Doesn’t even care just from his expression. I already reported this place for working in unsafe manner. Stay away from this place.
