They check your car or etc. battery for free and also let you use their auto scaner it like a computer for cars van trucks etc..all for free that's great and a lot of parking and the workers are very friendly and helpful.

Worst Autozone I’ve gone to the employees have no idea what they are doing I gave them part numbers and tell me to go look myself in the isles but the pieces were in back where the brakes are I just left cause there is no point in wasting your energy I went to the Autozone in Lodi much better experience avoid this store at all costs.

The service they provide is crazy !!! Stop going here they wont even cancel my order o keep calling putting me on hold like it takes 2 min to cancel!!! This is crazy!! Im still calling then they just oick up stright to hold i called 7 times trying to speak to someone

The parking lot has become AutoZone's customer's #1 auto mechanic shop! Oil antifreeze and god knows what else has spilled all throughout the parking lot ......I'll leave the disgusting treatment of the employees for another review on another day.....

I called Auto Zone location 18th ave Paterson to confirm they have a part in stock, They answer and say please hold, I stay on hold for 16mins and finally hang up and call back and this time no one even says anything I’m placed on hold again, So I hang up and call back 30mins later and the same guy picks up and before I can utter a word, He again says Auto Zone please hold!! Not sure if they’re under staffed, Or simply being lazy but Atleast have to common courtesy to allow the caller/ customer to speak a word, It’s very unprofessional and rude! this was a male and it took place on 10/10/24, at 5pm, I dnt wish on any1 to lose there job, especially in this day and age but who ever that employee is should absolutely without a doubt be answering calls, Or maybe take a course on how to carry yourself while representing your company name.. btw I’m 42yrs old and This is the 1st review I’ve ever took the time out to make, Literally my 1st ever so that should explain my frustration..

That Wellington has poor customer service, doesn't know how to work and has slow drivers. Whenever we order small items, they don't send them. I won't buy any more, that's why I buy at Union Ave.

Very poor customer service the individual that was at the store today Jose Henrq because he claimed he did not speak English refused to assist me taking others who speak Spanish from behind me until I identified myself and my profession I got some help from a female who was in the back All I need was 1 bulb for a Toyota corolla he could not understand that. But I heard someone else speaking to him in English but looks Hispanic and he assisted him. That's very poor and bad for this store I know great people work at.

The mfs here are USELESS . Computers are always acting up. They hire people and can’t properly train them, the manager throws a little tantrum when the new hires ask for help. Like BRRRUUUHHH

I was the 1st customer here this a.m. I needed my battery checked out. Anna manager/supervisor Said she has no one to help until 10am so come back then. I said there are 2 of you here right now. She started to say how the both of them cannot go outside then ALL of a sudden had a change of heart & told the teenager to go out & check it. I did need a battery -as the machine read. I bought the same battery & kiddos to ANNA …. I really appreciate it so much, we must help each other out ladies !!!!

Store suppose to close at 10pm as per their online hours. But it’s 9:30 all doors closed manager extremely rude and unprofessional. Auto-zone need to do better job training their employees when it’s come to customer service

I'm a rewards member with over 50 vehicles on my account. I'm at AutoZone 2 times a week and I can assure you this is the WORST LOCATION. I called five times to do a inventory check before I drove 45 minutes away to go there. I was put on hold for a total of over a half hour. Same woman kept putting me on hold. Get to the location there's two people stocking inventory and there's atleast four people in the back that are obnoxiously loud laughing. I stood in line for almost five minutes before somebody finally came out to help me. Luckily they ACTUALLY HAD THE PART. The girl that helped me almost seemed bothers that I was there. Very arrogant. I never used this location because of the distance but they were the closest one that "had it in stock". Never trust the app either. It says they have the part in stock and if they do it's a rare occasion.. NEVER spending money here again

It was perfect. I had multiple batteries that i believed were either bad or dead and the young lady Ms camille was Very helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish she assisted me checking the batteries life, charging them to see if the could hold a charge, teaching me on how to identify which battery my car takes and how many amps. At the end my 2 batteries were dead and i had to buy a new one which she happily helped me located and purchase. Never have i felt so welcome at a business that it made me WANT to give them my money. She made my horrible day great and made a repeat customer out of me. Autozone is now my go to place. Thanks.

Walked to this store to get a battery jumper box and they were all sold out. According to their website it was supposed to be in stock. Their assistant told me the only location that had the jumper box available was in fairlawn. This AutoZone's inventory is poorly managed. I wasted an hour of my time when I could have gone to a different store. If you're planning to buy anything from this store call first and make sure they have it.

Had a bad review 3 years back but im updating it..i had to get a turn signal relay sold out in other stores. I called like 20 mins before they closed ,a gentleman answered and pulled the part for me. I was expecting a bad visit but had a smooth transaction he was nice one the phone and with me and other customers.i hadn't been there in 3 years...original review i try my best to avoid this AutoZone I appreciate that they have Spanish speaking people but I already know I might have an issue every time I go to this store. I went in there today for a loan a tool when I returned the tool i was given cash instead of having the money returned to the card the amount returned was $10 incorrect. I had to wait for the manager to count the cash register. Total 3 times I went just to borrow a tool. I will stick to the Getty ave autozone.

I love going to get my car fixed here especially when all I've gotta do is buy the parts and I have the guy Zack outside put on any and all parts I bought. He's a true gentleman very respectful and knows what he's doing. Too bad Auto Zone won't offer the Man a job. Update March 2021: I just visited the location in Paterson on east 18th st after I was on hold for 5 min and got hung up on. I called a 2nd time and the service rep left me on hold? After 10 min I jumped in my car headed to the location and as I arrived someone answered my call. I said i just pulled up because I've been on hold for 20 min. After another 5 min waite C.S asked me what i wanted, basically i wanted to rent there U joint puller. She wasn't familiar with the part and asked for a car as reference. I stated a U joint puller is a universal tool? Well After she took my phone and showed the item to a coworker possibly a manager in the back parts area. Well another 15 past and I said I give up. I was the 1st person on the parts line before everyone else walked in. There were 3 persons at the registers and the manager in parts and i stood next to the security guard. I give up on this location, i will keep my Autozone visits centered around the Clifton location. There has always been a waiting period but at most locations but honestly there is no professionalism here. I worked C.S in Downtown Paterson at a known Mens clothing store. We never hung up on a customer because it was busy nor did we keep them waiting for 25 min this isn't acceptable in any location or establishment. Reviewed: 1 yr ago 2020 Definitely not a bad place. It is clean and everything seems to be in its place but come time to check out or return an item you will be waiting at least 15 min or longer depending on who is working and how many people are in line. Women at this location seem to get treated a little better then most men i mean its mostly a latin community so its not uncommon. Once your being helped the guys do try to helpout as best as they can. I prefer the Clifton location is better in some ways but depending on customers there will always a waiting game.

AutoZone is always a great auto store to go to for all your vehicle needs. The employees there are always helpful and eager to assist customers with automotive parts and advice. The prices at AutoZone are very competitive even if customers are not buying in bulk. My family and I always go to AutoZone if they don't have the part in stock they will place an order for it, how's that for having it your way!

Horrible customer service. First i tried to get a check light engine checkup at another autozone but they claim it "broke" so i had to drive to this one and wait in this long line just to ask for the checkup . Then this middle aged women gave me an attitude and said nope it's too dark(7pm) we only have 2 people working bye. I just want a check up !

Had a bad experience in this store the first time, spoke to regional manager a couple months ago and now I tried to give this another shot and go there I have to tell you that I will never step foot in this store again!! Today 8/27/17 I just came from this store and I had to do this to let people know how unprofessional this place is running ..i go to the register to purchase something and the register had a sign saying closed but there was a employee standing there and look at me and nodded his head hi but didn't help me so at this point I go the the line witch is the line to pick up or ask for parts, so I'm standing in line and it's taking awhile to purchase this so I look back and I was chocked to see the same guy that nodded his head at the register taking people at the register .....I could not believe this and now thought maybe because I complained the first time that's why they were taking that's time to take care of me but that's ok ! I just know that I will never step foot in this store again....$$$$ your loss.

Did not have enough personnel to assist me in finding the item that I needed. Good customer service is essential in any business. When customers recomend a particular business to other people, it could the best type of marketing for that business.

very bad experience coming to this location, all the employees were kinda just talking to each other the line got to 5 people long and when someone finally came up, they took the customer behind me first, not sure why either. Ended up not getting the item i needed and walked out, after making it clear i was first in line. store set up was nice though
