This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Paterson, NJ, Offset Wheels And Tires scores 94/100. Reviews highlight standout pricing (often the best or matched), helpful staff (Josh called out), quick shipping, and even same-day wheel repair. Customer service is mostly responsive, though one buyer faced an undisclosed backorder and a slow callback. Inventory breadth, yard/store organization, and ease of finding parts aren’t clear from the feedback. Wait times trend short, with occasional delays. Overall sentiment is highly positive, with minor consistency issues around communication.
