I reside in Pennsylvania and drove over two hours to New Jersey to visit some family. Ten minutes away from my destination, my tire practically exploded. I called Roberto & Sons Towing and the gentleman who came to my aid went above and beyond. I had a donut spare tire that I couldn't put on. After he helped put on my spare, he literally guided me to a spot that would replace my tires (everything online stated that all tire-service businesses were closed on the weekends). While all of this was going on, he treated me like family, gave me advice, and I was able to make it back home that very same day. Roberto was a class act and a life saver for me, my girlfriend and puppy. Stuck with a dead car and a storm coming, Roberto came out to get us in a moment's notice. Turns out my car was dead due to a loose terminal. Roberto picked up on that, tightened the terminal back up, gave us tips on cleaning the terminal and saved us a costly trip to the mechanic.
