This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent reviews, Roberto and Sons Towing in Paterson, NJ scores 96/100 with a clear positive trend. Customers praise fast response, short wait times, professional, friendly drivers who go beyond simple tows, and fair pricing. Communication is noted as clear and calming, and several mentions cite help on-site that avoided extra repair costs. Complaints are scarce; a couple of 4-star notes lack specifics. Data is thin on inventory variety, yard organization, or parts-finding, so those remain uncertain; feedback centers on towing/roadside help.
I reside in Pennsylvania and drove over two hours to New Jersey to visit some family. Ten minutes away from my destination, my tire practically exploded. I called Roberto & Sons Towing and the gentleman who came to my aid went above and beyond. I had a donut spare tire that I couldn't put on. After he helped put on my spare, he literally guided me to a spot that would replace my tires (everything online stated that all tire-service businesses were closed on the weekends). While all of this was going on, he treated me like family, gave me advice, and I was able to make it back home that very same day. If you're in a situation that requires towing services, use Roberto & Sons Towing!
Roberto was a class act and a life saver for me, my girlfriend and puppy. Stuck with a dead car and a storm coming, Roberto came out to get us in a moment's notice. Turns out my car was dead due to a loose terminal. Roberto picked up on that, tightened the terminal back up, gave us tips on cleaning the terminal and saved us a costly trip to the mechanic. Thank you so much for your kindness, your help, and your knowledge.
Fast, reliable, low pricing...This service was amazing. Our car died out on the highway and he was there in less than 20 minutes. He got us back home quick and easy. Very nice, very polite...Will recommend to EVERYONE. Saved our lives
I recently called Roberto and Sons Towing for help while stranded on a local highway. I was extremely grateful for his quick arrival. He was able to put my girlfriend at ease as she felt overwhelmed by what had transpired. Roberto was helpful, professional and quickly took me to my mechanic. Thanks so much!
