I recently had my windshield replaced and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the removal process, the technicians damaged the paint on the A-pillar area, leaving visible scratches and chips. This kind of damage should not happen with professional workmanship, and it was not properly communicated to me at the time of delivery. Now I’m left dealing with additional repair costs and loss of time because of careless handling. Please be cautious if you are considering getting service here, and make sure to inspect your vehicle carefully before accepting it back.
5 stars. They came in clutch. My back window broke on New Year’s Eve a hour before the ball dropped. I couldn’t get anyone ofcourse that night so the next day on New Year’s Day, still Sam thing but Steve’s answered and made the appt for the following day and the work was excellent. Not only were they the only ones still conducting business on New Year’s Day, not only they had the best price out of everyone I looked up a called, the work was grade A. My windows were hooked up correctly to its sensors, they left no old broken glass behind, even detached the inside of the liftgate to get all the little glass out as if I took it to the manufacturer. Only place I’m calling for glass

Amazing costumer service! Called and scheduled an appointment with his them for my 2021 Jeep wrangler and was told can be completed that same afternoon which already blew my mind. I showed up and met with Steven and can tell right away he was great hard working man, great quality work, and very convenient due to offering mobile services for those was can come to the shop. As soon as I pulled in he went right to work. He Had me in and out and by no means I saying was rushed. He was just that good at what he does made it look easy. Can’t beat the price and service! My back windshield was shattered and I traveled from Orange County NY to Paterson the most amazing sweetest worker ever. I was able to get my car fixed same day I reached out about the issue . Whoa. Just went from phone call to quote to a new installed windshield in an hour and 15 minutes - and that included the time for them to drive to my house. Would 100% use them again! Not sure why I haven’t used mobile windshield replacement before. Amazing!

I had to replace my windshield on my 2016 Hyundai elantra and what can I say the lady on the phone was so nice and calmed my fears. They got it done the very next day. And the price was great. This company is fantastic. I needed my front driver side window replaced so I called Safelite and was told to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. I think found Steven’s Mobile Auto Glass and gave them a call. The lady on the phone was fantastic and told me they could repair my window with an OEM glass that SAME day!! Needless to say, they showed up as promised, replaced my glass and now they gained a life long customer! The work was very quick and clean! Great company to do business with!

Had a chip that turned into a crack almost the size of the entire windshield. I called around many places for offers and everyone I called wanted a ridiculous amount to replace it. Steven mobile auto glass is the absolute best. The service was amazing. They came to my home within a hour and fixed my car window shield. Most times you have to go to a shop and wait for hours that took them with 20 minutes or less to finish the job and the price was very reasonable. I am a very happy customer and I recommend that you call and let them service you. You WOULD NOT regret it. They are the best. And I would not go to anyone else after using them. Give them a call if you need your car window installed.
I called at 8:30 and had my front windshield completely replaced by 1:30pm that same day! The price was great compared to other quotes I got (one main stream auto windshield replacement company quoted me more than double what Steven's Mobile Auto Glass charged me) and the installation was done timely and with a lot of care. My windshield was cracked, i found them on google today, gave them a call at 9am, at 3pm (because of my job) they were here, removed and replaced the windshield in about 40 mins.
