I would give the crew here 10,000/5 stars if I could. The entire team that took care of me at Crash Champions (Neptune City) was first class (especially my girl Megan!). They helped me figure out the full story of all the necessary repairs after two (2!) separate drivers crashed into my parked car, found replacement parts for a very affordable price, and helped me plan for what the next steps should be to solve both my car's problems and my 'car-plan' problems. I would choose my experience here over any of the other car repair shops I've experienced in a medium-length lifetime filled with statistically-improbable numbers of car incidents. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I had a great experience with this in particular body shop, I dealt with Mark the service advisor who assisted me with having my daughters car repaired. He was a well of knowledge, & showed a high level of professionalism & care with dealing with our claim repairing my daughters vehicle. I highly recommend this shop

Megan and the guys that work there have been nothing but kind, informative, and professional. It’s always reassuring when you know your car is in great hands and you feel safe knowing they’re going to get the job done. When they found out the job was going to take longer than expected, she informed me why, and the communication was always there. Because of her customer service and beautiful personality, and I’ll definitely be going back when I need car work done. She even recommended someone to help look at my car for oil changes and other check up routine to-dos. Love working with her 10/10!
Megan was super helpful and personable from the moment I walked in till the day I picked up the vehicle. She handled every detail and made the process seamless as this was my first time in an accident and needing body work done. Very grateful that Crash Champions made the best of an otherwise frustrating situation (my car was backed into while parked and sustained a sizeable dent to the back/side.) What a great experience I had with my car. I received a call telling me the status of my car... parts and paint is in, work will be done next week. Next thing I know I received another phone call... my car is done, I could come in and take it home. A week earlier than expected. Beautiful job, so friendly!!! Highly recommend 🎉
Crash Champions made my collision repair as easy as such an experience could be. The staff informed me of what to expect, kept me advised of the progress of the repair, which was completed ahead of schedule. My vehicle was returned to me as good as new.
Polite , authentic, extremely qualified, expertise work, and my Subaru was ready for pick up the next day , made my head spin , excellent job and so quick it was.scary , in this world I’d call that a miracle, need I say more.
What a fabulous job! I was rear ended at a stoplight. The exhaust system had to be replaced as well as the rear gate. Mazda didn't have the body parts for months and the exhaust was coming in the cabin. Jost fixed the exhaust so I could drive my car as we waited on parts (4 months). Once the bumper and gate came in, Jost did a beautiful job matching the paint. My car looks brand new again. Everyone at the Neptune location was so helpful and friendly. They kept me updated often throughout the project. I highly recommend them!

I started using Jost in Neptune when Frank joined the company from another shop. He was always a great person to deal with. At Jost, his wonderful personality and business sense continues to impress. When I brought in my sports car to have the front repainted, Frank introduced me to Barry Jr. who would be taking care of my service. Barry is very personable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to insure the customer is satisfied. In my case, I was beyond pleased with the outcome of my service.
Got an appointment through their other location in Wall because they were too busy. I had an estimate done also at the Wall location. Damaged the bumper, the driver side wheel liner, and windshield wiper fluid reservoir. They offered to take my car there, but I dropped by off on Monday here. They called Monday morning saying that other parts were needed to fix my car, but that it would be the same price as the original estimate. They also said that all of the parts had been ordered . It was only 11 am!!!! They told me that car would probably be done by Wednesday or Thursday. They called me on Tuesday afternoon saying that my car was done. The car looks amazing!!!! I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work!!! Completely stress free!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!
I've taken my wife's FJ Cruiser there for several different repairs that were needed. The car is very dear to my wife because they don't make them anymore and we wouldn't bring it anywhere else! They've sanded rust out of door jambs, repaired door gaskets and fixed water leaks. The whole staff is knowledgeable, punctual and professional. The owner even met us there on a Saturday to hand over the keys because we couldn't get there before closing on Friday afternoon.

Let me start by saying that I love my car very much (2015 Subaru WRX). Unfortunately, after getting a few tiny scratches in the paint it seemed that my car became a target for people to ding and dent as they pleased... The day came when I discovered that someone had clipped my back bumper and dented the quarter panel and at this point I decided that enough was enough and brought my car to Jost Collision.
Their service was exceptional, the staff was very friendly and when my car was returned to me, it looked like the day I drove it off the lot!! I am so pleased with the body and paint work done and while it may not seem like a lot, it meant a lot to me. I would recommend Jost to anyone looking to have body work done on their car.
