I brought my car for bumper repair! Every other quote I got was to replace the whole bumper for double the price. Maaco does a plastic weld and though I was skeptical it came back looking like a brand new bumper. Great job I100% recommend.

I had a slight mishap on a Wednesday, three days before leaving for a long journey, I smashed my passenger side mirror while backing out of my driveway. I drove it to Maaco that day and the owner, Zahid, assured me he can get the mirror parts, have it installed in two days in time for my journey. He delivered and big time. The cost was more than reasonable and the parts function and work as new. I appreciated the effort and response of Maaco on this mishap and will happily provide them with more of my business as needed. I could not have been more pleased with the timing, cost and quality of the job completed. Getting this done made my driving much less stressful and safe. My experience with Maaco recently was exceptional. I brought my car in Friday, and a few days later the body work was done at precisely the hour I needed to pick it up for a medical appointment. And the car looks like brand new. Also extremely courteous and friendly staff behind the counter.
I recently had the passenger door of my son's 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired at Maaco Center #12040 in Neptune, NJ, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The door was badly dented and wouldn't close properly, and I was given two clear options: repair the dent or replace the door. I opted for the replacement, and the team at Maaco absolutely nailed it.
They sourced a replacement door from a junkyard and repainted it to match the car's original color perfectly. You'd never know it wasn't the original door! The car looks terrific, and the door functions flawlessly now.
The entire team at Maaco was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented. They were upfront with the estimates and kept me informed throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.

I had a nasty scratch and dent on the hood of my Jeep Wrangler. I brought it in for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at my initial estimate that Ali provided, which was the best price quote I got after visiting a few shops.
The repair was done quickly and at the lower end of the price range that I was provided. The hood looks brand new (and it was not replaced), and I'm VERY happy with the overall service and repair I received from Maaco in Neptune.
I would definitely use them again. Great price, high quality repair and paint job, AND my car was a lot cleaner when I picked it up. Not sure if they vacuumed and washed my car, but it sure looked like they spent some time in making sure it looked clean. :-)
I had an agreement with Ali to repair my car based on an estimate we settled on about a month ago. Two weeks ago, I called him to confirm I’d drop off the car on Saturday and asked if it could be ready by the following Saturday. He assured me it would.
I dropped off the car as planned, took an Uber home, and waited. Midweek, I called to check if everything was on track, and he confirmed it was. But when I returned today (Saturday), nothing had been done to my car. When I asked if it was ready, he confidently said, “Absolutely,” but it was obvious he hadn’t even started.
This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only did he waste my time and money, but he also broke the trust we had when we agreed on the repairs. I took my keys and left, and I’ll never recommend this business to anyone. They don’t honor their commitments, provide poor customer service, and clearly don’t value their customers. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business.
I went to the Neptune Maaco to have my 2011 Buick Regal, which was in otherwise perfect condition, repainted. I was not disappointed. Ali and his staff did a remarkable job on my car, restoring it to its formerly pristine condition.
I would, and have, recommend Maaco to anyone looking to beautify their vehicle.

Maaco auto body is a top tier paint solution for anyone who requires it. I came in with a few scratches across multiple panels. Farhan helped me understand the process that Maaco would undertake , gave me an estimate and even offered a great discount to help me out. I can honestly say Farhan and Maaco over performed. They did a perfect job painting my BMW with the exact specialty color I have, and my car looks better than when I picked it up off the lot. The car was ready a day ahead of schedule and Maaco’s team even painted an additional panel outside of what was agreed and paid for, because they saw a defect and took it upon themselves to correct it. Do not hesitate to consult Maaco or employ their services - you’ll be pleased with the quality of their work, the attentiveness of the staff and the wonderful result !
So Excited! My 19 yr.old, low mileage Honda Civic not only looks brand new inside now outside to. Faded and rusty. Was able to get new front hood that was rusty. Went from Silver to White. Luv it! I brought my car in to be repaired for the left door and left fender. And the paint job they did was good and matched the original paint of the car and they removed the hood. But when they removed the hood and closed it again, the hood has a 3 inch gap and I brought the car back 3 times and they don’t know how to fix it. The hood and door were missing bolts. I do not recommend anyone to go bring their vehicle to Maaco, since they did a lousy job and were unable to fix it.
They were willing to work on a small rust spot that other body shops flatly refused to touch under a blanket, we don’t touch rust policy. The work completed was high quality and completed on time. The office staff were friendly and listened to what I was requesting. They offered a cheaper option to give me choices in the repair. The repaired area looks new on my 95’ BMW M3. I’d recommend the shop and will use them again in the future.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of service here, especially given the fact that it is a part of a national chain.
We had to do a fairly straightforward front bumper cover (utilizing nearly all of the existing grille and other components from the original bumper) and driver wheel well liner replacement.
Our final bill was 10% higher than our original estimate, with no explanation as to why this was the case or what additional work had to be done. In fact, work that was originally quoted and talked about was not completed (such as popping out the dent on the fender - see picture 1). The new bumper doesn't even attach properly and has multiple points where it is disengaged from the body (picture 2). We did choose to go with the unpainted option as the painting would have increased the price of the job by about $500.
Perhaps most importantly, during our first extended drive after the repair, the entire wheel well cover flew off our car while on the highway and landed in front of another car which then smashed into the part. Thankfully, the other car and everyone in it were fine, but it was still a scary and potentially very dangerous situation.
The people at maaco wouldn't acknowledge that something went wrong on their end, but I've certainly never heard of parts flying off of a car while driving as something that's considered normal.
They held onto the original estimate without giving us a copy, and the final bill doesn't itemize anything (picture 3) so it was impossible to tell what was actually done versus what the original estimator said. I've been fortunate enough to not require any body work on any of my vehicles in the past, and I've dealt with honest and consistent mechanics until now, but I've certainly learned my lesson when it comes to trusting people to stick to their word.
I came to Maaco with quarter panel damage and a broken tail light. The repair job is immaculate, they were able to salvage the existing quarter panel and fix it for 1/3 of the price I was quoted at other auto body shops. Ali the sales director was also very friendly, professional, and organized. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will certainly return here if I ever need collision repair again.
I brought my 1979 chevy pickup in there with some dubious body work I did myself.Ali and his team gave me a fast and good estimate to straighten out the mess and to do a good quality paint job on the truck.They not only came in on time and budget, but went above my expectations. They were amazing! They made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. They did an amazing job. My car was brand new(two weeks old)sideswiped, everything is brand new again! The office staff was amazing! Ali is the best! I would send anybody to Macco Collision Repair and Auto Painting.
I came in with a very difficult and unusual repair after I had an accident with my RV.....all the shops I'd gone to before refused to handle it explaining that they didn't have the men with the experience, the time to devote or the willingness to take on the liability of such an unusual repair.

....painted the entire vehicle in an amazingly short period of time .
The owner Mr. Sheikh ...was absolutely fantastic ....the guys in the shop worked their hearts out .....the vehicle came out great.
This repair was super difficult ....there was real metal work, welding , fiberglass and fabrication that required patience and real skill.
