World VW had the best price for the GTI I was looking for. Robert Bilek and the entire staff were top notch. I was not looking forward to dealing with the hassles of buying a new car, but the entire team made the process great from start to finish. I just bought a 2022 Tiguan from World Volkswagen with the help of Nico Deangelo and it was the best experience! Everyone complains about buying a car but the process at World Volkswagen was so quick and basically effortless. I had serious interest in a Porsche 911 this dealership has had on the market for over 150 days, with multiple price reductions totaling roughly $6,000. I initially worked with Nico, who was professional and easy to deal with. The experience fell apart once finance got involved. After presenting a market-based number—factoring in the car’s option set (no Sport Chrono, no sunroof) and a three-accident history—the finance manager, Dylan, immediately said “Have a nice day” and hung up. No discussion. No counter. Completely unprofessional. Disagreeing on numbers is normal. Hanging up on a serious buyer is not. There were also serious transparency issues. The listing showed approximately 48k miles. The salesperson reused an old video where the car already had around 50k miles. When I saw the car in person, it was closer to 52k miles. For ~ 2,5k miles difference in 79 days (October 16, 2025 - Jan 3, 2026) that is an average of 33 miles per day, far beyond normal test drives. When I raised this, they offered $1,000 for the 2.5k mileage difference. That doesn’t even come close to covering IRS standard mileage costs, let alone real-world depreciation. Mismatched mileage, reused marketing material, and hanging up on buyers when you don’t like the offer is not how a reputable dealership operates. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution, especially once finance is involved.

I bought a car here, and traded my old one in, I drove about 3 hrs and talked mostly over the phone. Eric was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed and plenty of photos and videos for the Car. As soon as I got there he came out and greeted and the whole process went very smooth thanks to Eric! The whole team is very easy to get along with. Great place to purchase a car.

Recently traded in my audi for a mustang gt here. This was not my first experience at a dealership, but was by far the best/easiest experience. They gave me a price for my car, bit of a negotiation and got the price I was looking for with no haggling and no pissy reaction from the salesman. I worked with Nico and he made it quite pleasant. Nico was straight to the point, didn't try to rob me on the price of my trade in and no hidden fees on the car I purchased from them. I leased my 2025 Atlas from World Volkswagen a few weeks ago, and Robert Bilek was a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. The process was pressure free, and I was happy with the transparency that he and Dylan Amos, the finance manager, provided while pricing out the vehicles. I visited the dealership a couple of times before finalizing my decision, as I was between the Atlas and a 3rd row SUV of a different manufacturer, and I brought my husband with me for the second visit/second test drive, and he was impressed with the laid back and pressure-free environment. Once I ultimately decided to move forward with the Atlas, this dealership didn’t have a vehicle in the trim & color combo that I wanted, so they offered to locate one at a different VW dealership that met my preferences and had it delivered to World just a few days later. The experience signing the paperwork was easy and at no point did I feel my time was being wasted during any part of the process. I made an appointment to look at the Taos. I was prepared to be there for most of the day, but I was in and out in less than two hours. It’s smaller and people are laid back. You can tell the staff is happy to be there. I was very happy with my experience at World Volkswagen. Nico and Dylan were wonderful. I can’t thank you guys enough!! Mr Nico is very nice 👍 and helped my friend to get brand new ID4 Pro. Paper work took around 1-2 hours including delivery of the car. They have good collections of new and used cars. They are giving good deals on EV vehicles including free charging for 3 years. Staff is really nice and helpful. They have good guests parking 🅿️ spots as well.
