I was sold an incorrect headlight. At the time of the sale, the employee looked up the type I needed, went and got it for me, and I paid. When I went to install the headlight, I opened the package and immediately saw it was incorrect. I was denied an exchange because the package had been opened. I understand the need for return policies, but this was a mistake on the sales associate's behalf, not mine. If I need to verify my own parts, why even bother offering to do it for me? Not trustworthy, nor accommodating.
I am the T in the lgbtq. Every time I have been if they even noticed I was translated certainly didn't let it show. Nothing but professional add quite pleasant.
I came in because my car stalled, and after testing the battery and alternator Chris and Johnathan assured me that everything was in good condition. I’ll be sure to return when I need parts, excellent customer service!
The service was super quick and the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful. They ensured they fixed our problem fully and went above and beyond to stop it from happening in the future, leaving us with a better car than before. They communicated their work very effectively and made the overall experience easy and positive.

These guys are some of the most on point sales reps I have ever dealt with. They figure out what you mean and what you need, even if you have no clue what you’re talking about. They find it if they don’t have it and they suggest the things you may have overlooked. Great service!
What a fabulous experience so grateful to Mark I was immediately greeted and helped to find the perfect headlamp for my jeep grand Cherokee where then he assisted me. My father worked here many many years ago and would’ve helped a customer just like he had. I am so grateful.
Shut down the store computers 10 minutes before closing and refused to turn them back on. Now I have to come back another day so they guys can leave at 9pm.
Great experience at this AutoZone. Needed a couple of bulbs for my car and asked the associate on the counter if I'd picked the right ones. I hadn't, and he checked the showroom shelf for the right one. The display rack didn't have any but he went in the back and found the right ones. I'll definitely remember this next time I'm looking for parts!
Avoid this location at all cost. Make the trip to wall or whatever. The associates are all rude, lazy and work slower than slugs. Very disappointed in the management in this location. It shows through their employees. Go to Napa up the street or even advanced auto. Just stay away from the rude people of this store
Michael in Commercial is the man! Provides us with everything we need and more. Great customer service and handles situations with urgency as if they were his own. Definitely 5 stars!
Honestly the best service I've ever gotten at a car place. I was getting a new wiper and the man who helped me was BEYOND helpful. Went out to my car not once but twice to see what was wrong with my wipers. After double checking I was getting the right one ! I will come here for any of my car needs from now on.
Pretty organized, asiles are pretty clearly marked. They didn't have what I was looking for but it was a long shot anyway. The staff was helpful and greeted me as soon as I came through the door. I was asked if they could help me and they actually came with me down a couple of aisles looking for my item. Although we couldn't find what I was looking for I was pretty impressed by how helpful they are.
The sales associate was very helpful & friendly! He even installed my wiper blades & headlight bulb for me & it was really Cold out! I always have a good experience when I come here.
Small store but always able to get what I need. Parts, chemicals, etc. Staff is generally helpful and they have a Rewards Program that gets you money to spend after several purchases. Their tool loan selection is very good for the DIY mechanic but be prepared to pay full price for the "rental" which you get back when the tool is returned.
I have always been kindly helped and guided when purchasing an item for my car. But today one young man went the extra mile and took his time assisting to the best of his knowledge. The store is always stocked and clean!
Veronica and Michael were very kind and provided the utmost service! They went above and beyond in helping me when my battery died. Michael drove me to my car nearby and gave my car a jumpstart. They really went out of their way to make sure I was good especially not knowing the area. Thanks a million Veronica and Michael!
Sorry to say.This Auto zone is a circus. Customers were actually leaving empty-handed with frustration because they weren't ringing up customers at the cash register. The store crew we're not all on the same page. Instead it was a running party. They were so funny they don't even know it. This location needs training in a big way. Customers are just walking out. Waste of time. The crew needs to come up with a plan.They can start with ringing out customers who are ready. And maybe they can all have a better day.

Extremely rude lady working at rt. 35N. Neptune location provided the customer service totally unproffesional way.couldn't get my record of purchase from their system even I had the receipt of purchase in my hands. Had really hard time to return malfunctioning part under life time warranty.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't have to look for anything. I told them what my issue was and they took it from there. I was nervous prior to going because I don't know much about cars. They put me at complete ease.
