AAA sent this company to pick up and tow my wife’s vehicle after it broke down. I was very impressed. Samuel Jr. was professional, respectful and got the job done with ease!
Rob and everyone at Samuel Auto Body are great people to work with. I called Rob on a Tuesday, had my truck there the same night and received it back by Friday. The truck looked brand new and the paint was a perfect match.
I met with the owner, Rob, for an estimate. He was polite, professional, and very kind! He's a young, successful businessman who gives back to the community and was very highly recommended to me by my car dealer. Looking forward to having my daughter's car repaired with him.

I can’t thank Samuel Autobody enough for everything they did for me. From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They handled all of the communication with my insurance company, which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. On top of that, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
What really stood out to me is that both Rob and Samuel—the actual owners—personally worked on my vehicle. You don’t often see shop owners that hands-on and dedicated. It showed me that they truly care about the work they put out and the customers they serve.
The repairs came out amazing, their rates were very competitive, and they treated me with respect the entire time. I left feeling like I wasn’t just another customer, but someone they genuinely wanted to help.
I sincerely appreciate the service Samuel Autobody provided. They went above and beyond for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality auto body work.
What a joke. My car sat here for 2 months while every week I was told “it’ll be ready.” Twice they even called me saying it was done, but when I showed up, surprise,it wasn’t. The front desk couldn’t care less and acted like it was normal. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop.
Samuel and his staff were nothing short of amazing. The entire process was seamless from the time I dropped my vehicle off, to the time I picked it up. The price was fair, the communication was great, and the repairs were even better! Samuel Auto Body will always have a customer in me! These are hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable people that you can TRUST with your vehicle.
We were looking for a place for body repair on a dent and scrape on our car. We had tried several other places but decided on Samuel Auto Body. They were happy to work with our insurance. They felt like family from the start...kind, informative and the work was superb. Can't say enough about how positive an experience this was. All best to these good guys and a special shout out to the young woman on the front desk...what terrific customer service.
Someone on a locals page recommended this shop and after looking at the reviews I decided to take my car there to fix the driver side door and fender. I’m pretty disappointed. There was definitely a lack of communication on when the car would be ready but once I picked it up there was a wiring issue that resulted in the interior door lock not working & a honking noise coming from the door. I called & left a message, no call back, called two more times before I got someone. I brought my car back to fix the issues. They were quick to get it back in & out but when I picked it up the second time the honking was fixed but the interior lock still wasn’t working. They wanted me to bring it back again but I really need my car and was already frustrated at this point that they were aware of the issue and told me it was fixed but clearly didn’t check to make sure… The one positive thing I have to say is Rob was polite and nice, just seems like he’s stretched thin.
I was recommended to this shop by a coworker for some minor scratches on my vehicle and got my car back looking brand new again!!!! You can’t even see where the damage was! Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of auto body work. & Pricing was very reasonable! I would give 10 stars if I could! :)
I didn’t even stop in to get body work. My wife happened to run over a bungee cord and stopped to look at it in the parking lot randomly. The guys quickly asked her if she needed help and had the car jacked up and being worked on in no time. They plugged the tire and it was a great experience. Not only did they not charge us, but they were closed at the time. Can’t say enough about how thankful I am for this place. Will definitely come back if I have work that needs to be done on the car.
I visited this place about six years ago and what was apparently the daughter, who apparently had just started there, insisted on helping me herself, even though I was told to ask for Samuel, and did ask for Samuel. To call that visit a waste of time would be a compliment, it was far worse, it was bordering on painful and abusive. I was subjected to this person hellbent on showing me how tech savvy she was while she produced a multi page detailed computer generated quote that was about 12 times the price I should have been asked to pay.
I went back at the suggestion of another friend last week, to speak to the son, this time, Robert. No better of an experience. This time, he sat down to produce the quote, without telling us where he went, and forced us to go looking for him. When we found him he explained he was typing up the quote, and since we had already been there too long, and had felt abused and once again disregarded and mistreated, we asked him to email it, - which it seems he never even bothered to do. We live in an area where the expectation is a much higher one than the two experiences I had at this establishment. I won't get into trying to speculate about what went wrong in the parenting of these two arrogant, smug, disrespectful offspring of Samuel, who we learned on our second visit now lives in Jamaica.
Do yourself a favor and keep away from this circus show. And I use the word circus to be kind about it.
I had the pleasure of working with Samuel Auto Body in Neptune, NJ after a deer collision left my car in need of significant repairs. I am beyond impressed with the quality of work they did on my vehicle. It looks like new again, and the restoration was done to perfection!

Recently had some damage done to me vehicle by 3rd party. I came to Samuels Auto Body to get a quote. Going around other shops, they had the most competitive quote & return time. At first, I was little skeptical how some damage could be fixed without replacing the part, but upon receiving the vehicle I was shocked and had to ask the process. Samuel walked me through the process and was stunned by the craftsmanship of it. Speaking with Samuel on personal level, I could see he is very passionate and into his business, which leads him to caring about what comes out of the shop. Even thou I came little after closing, I still saw Samuels employees going and fixing vehicles while laughing, which means he takes care of his employees too. Will come back with any needs. Highly recommend.
I haven’t been to an auto body shop in years and Samuel Auto Body came highly recommended. I was impressed by the professionalism from the moment I met Rob and his staff. They were polite and courteous and were very good at what they do. The repair was done for exactly what I was quoted and came out great! I also highly recommend!

This is another breed of auto shop. Where other shops tend to complicate things, they simplify them. Then they give creative yet perfect solutions. Super competent, intelligent, and lovely people who wouldn't even think of being condescending to women. And incredibly fairly priced. I've never had an auto shop experience like this. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
All I can say is AWESOME!!! Excellent service and magnificent work. I couldn’t even tell where the damage was! And get this, in one day! Yep you read it right 1 day

Ive been bringing my cars to this body shop for quite some time now, and they never
disappoint. The quality of their work is consistently exceptional. I've tried other places, but none compare. Wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else. This body shop is simply the best.
This wasn’t my first time coming here they always do a great job which is why I always return. The customer service is great & they do an amazing job on repairs! My car truly looks brand new again I couldn’t be happier! They even made sure my car was clean from the inside and out.
Samuel's Bodyshop repaired my car after a hit and run incident. They did a very good job. Price has always been reasonable. It's just that they don't finish the job at the time that they said they would if not for this Samuel's Bodyshop would have been perfect. Inspite of this I highly recommend Samuel's bodyshop above the rest of the bodyshops in the area except for the time frame that they have to keep . However, this offsets the excellent job that they do.
I would recommend this body shop to anyone I know. I had a fairly large dent on my hood, and I was looking to get it replaced out of pocket. I went to 3 body shops before stopping here: The 1st one gave me a ridicules price and tried forcing me to go through insurance, and the other 2 couldn't give me an estimate because the single person who can do that was not there. I came to Samuel's and only got straight-forward answers. Literally had my new hood delivered the next day and it came out like-new. Very reasonable on cost too. 10/10
This is definitely the place to get your car repaired. First and foremost they do excellent work, which is the most important thing to look for in a body shop. Beyond that, they are great at sourcing parts quickly -- another important thing to look for in the current pandemic "supply chain shortages" world. On top of all of that they are fair and honest and great at communicating with the customer throughout the entire repair process. 5/5 star experience all around!
Great service!! I had a small incident with my pickup lucky after search around they are the only auto shop with decent prices and there attention to detail is on point as well so happy with the job they did!
