Door signs say they're open till seven, as well as the website. I showed up at 6:00 p.m. on December 4th which is a thursday. And they were closed locked up nobody home.
The employees will not acknowledge you when walking in the store i stood around 20 minutes, and still no, hi may I help you. Nothing i had placed an order online to pick up at this location ? ? never ever again
One of the better NAPA stores in the area. The gentlemen behind the counter are knowledgeable and are a pleasure to work with. You'll get a straighter answer here with less upsell than from the other auto parts stores, which is appreciated.
One of the worst NAPA stores that I have ever seen the customer service representative they’re really rude. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. Seems like they don’t like their job specially, someone’s named Dean. I walked in to check in for a battery the way he was talking it, very rude very and pleasant. They show you that they don’t care about their job or the company or the customer. I will not recommend dealing with them unless they are in a good mood that day.
Opening and Closing times are inaccurate. Doors are often locked before closing time. Poor shipping customer service as well. Parts had been delivered to the store days ago, shortly after an online order, and I never received a confirmation that they were delivered until I called and asked.
Best auto parts store in town. Don't waste your time at the other auto parts stores. Napa has the best parts. As far as RockAuto, don't waste your time there, nobody to talk to if you have a question. They do not take phone calls. Good luck with that. Stick with a proven winner, NAPA Auto Parts!
Needed an unusual tool, they were on it. They were able to order it and get it in a timely manner. Felt the folks who waited on me were knowledgeable and courteous.

Went to Napa in raytown and got an oil filter for my f150. When I went to put it on the filter wouldn't spin on and I found the threads where messed up out of the box. Called them and explained my situation. The sent a driver out to my house with the correct filter and waited for me to spin it on to verify it was good! Great group over here that cares about the customer!!
Great auto parts store! I have worked on cars for years and I know that I can depend on the quality of part looked up by a trained counter man. Dennis does a great job of giving the public a quality counter man. I read a post by one person about how they charged for incomplete work and the person gave no explanation of incomplete work but I imagine it was because they didn't install the part. Napa is in the business of supplying you of providing the finest quality of aftermarket parts, their counter men are not mechanics on duty to fix your car after you buy the part. There is a reason so many shops have signs that display they use Napa quality parts. The professionals trust the quality of part.
They have most of what you need in quality and price. O'Riley and AutoZone are way over on price and availability. I haven't checked with carquest at all.
Was a customer there Saturday, Oct 21st. Referred by one of the staff crew. Needed 2 different fluids for my car. The staff there very helpful with information, and also helped put the fluids in my car. Advised me to a local Raytown auto shop for another repair on my vehicle. Friendly & very helpful. Thanks NAPA staff for your great help. A new customer in the future.
