CarStar Raytown Repair Shop made a very stressful situation so much easier for me, and I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service. The team was incredibly helpful, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and completed the work right on time. Chris went above and beyond, and another gentleman even stayed late to ensure a smooth handover so I could have my car back before the weekend. That level of care genuinely amazed me and truly made my weekend. The paint job and overall repair work turned out excellent, and they even replaced my headlight bulbs at no extra cost. I’m very thankful for their honesty, dedication, and customer care. Highly recommended!

The best car shop experience I've had in 18 years. You walk in, the place is organized and super clean! The lady who is a receptionist super friendly and kind she does a phenomenal job! Jon the owner is super friendly and has great communication throughout the entire process of getting our car repaired! I took my car in for a deer hit repair and the entire team was kind, attentive and the process was speedy. This repair shop isn’t near my house but I would 100% take it back here, if needed!

I took my Ford Edge in to get a door latch fixed. They got on this project right away and were very accommodating with the schedule. This is the second project. I’ve had them work on, and I will continue to go to them for any future projects. Additionally, I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicles. Great service!

I took my car in to have some body work done after a accident and the work was completed when stated. Jon was very helpful and kept me informed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars because this entire crew is amazing. My 2021 Traverse got side swiped on the passenger side and both doors and the bumper were damaged bad! Contacted my insurance and made arrangements for the payment to this Carstar in Raytown. Chris and John also requested the accident photos and estimates from the insurance company and let them know that additional funds would be needed to do the repairs, they had the parts and everything needed to fix it before I brought my car to the shop. Took about 8 days to fix it and my car looks absolutely brand new and shiny again, they even went the extra mile and fixed a dent and scratch on the driver's side for us! Also made sure the alignment got done because it got knocked out during the accident. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring your car care needs to John and his crew at Carstar off of 350 Hwy in Raytown! They are definitely auto repair experts!! Thank you for the amazing job! ?

Brought in because of a thief tried to steal, messed up steering column and broke window. Had to replace BCM. John kept me informed of progress, very professional. Most certainly would use again if needed and recommend. Car was very grime ridden due to walnut tree & squirrels, picked up clean and shiny. Much appreciated!

I brought my car to Carstar Raytown after it was rear-ended, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My vehicle is quite old, so finding a replacement rear bumper proved challenging. However, they repaired the front bumper beautifully and stayed in great communication with me throughout the entire process. When it came time to pick up my car after about a month, it was running rough from sitting so long. Without hesitation, John and Chris went above and beyond—they took my car to another shop for a tune-up, which they comped! I was super pleased with this repair from Carstar. They also cleaned the exterior AND interior of the car before I picked it up which I was not expecting! The car was all vacuumed out, and as a mom of two little kids who track in a lot of crumbs and leaves, that was greatly appreciated! This repair was for a fender bender and the other party’s insurance paid. We had already had some damage above our driver side front wheel well and I had explained that wasn’t part of the damage from the fender bender. At no extra charge, they popped out the dent a bit and painted over a rust spot to help it stop rusting. Totally above and beyond. I would absolutely return to Carstar for future car repairs.

My front drivers side was damaged in a car accident. I also had a window broken into that had to be replaced at the same time. Because I am a teacher, I really needed the car repairs done during July when I did not have school. CarStar worked with my schedule. They communicated and negotiated with my insurance company. The work was completed in less that 2 weeks. I received a beautiful, clean car. They even cleaned the interior, and cleaned the tape residue from where I had plastic from the busted window. I can’t imagine better service.

They were very accommodating I had major damage to my car and they got it done earlier than expected which I was thrilled with And it looks awesome. Plus they washed it and cleaned inside did not expect that! Cannot even tell where damage was.
