I’m leaving a 2 star review due to the following reasons, they offer 0 price negotiation so you are buying a car at there price you are NOT getting a deal, there was little to no common courtesy examples of this would be the vehicle was dirty, had not been received and oil change from the dealership from what I gathered from the vehicle information saying oil life was at 50%. The tires were low, and so was the fuel tank, this is my fourth vehicle I have purchased I have never purchased a vehicle with a less than 50% gas tank and was not washed before pickup date. More specifically about my vehicle is they wouldn't negotiate price with the problems to the vehicle, 3 chips to the wind shield, missing parts on the vehicle such as missing trims or scratched trims, and was late on spark plugs( more on this later), so before I purchased the vehicle I went through CARFAX and see it had been in 2 minor accidents but vantage motors wanted to claim it had 0 accidents, I told them about this and how it had been listed with 0 accidents on multiple cites, they took accountability for this and said that it had been noted on CARFAX for minor damage, I also seen that it had never received new spark plugs in its life time, so I asked about the condition of them and if they were going to replace them or if they would take money off the price so I could do them myself. They informed me that they were in no need of being replaced and that EVERYTHING had been inspected, so I went through with my purchase to find on my 2nd week of ownership the truck through a check engine light and started shaking the entire vehicle, I did my research that night and found that this was cause by a misfire. So I bought spark plugs and this resolved the issue, I also the day after buying it had have a the tire repaired that was still low after pick up, so my advice for anyone looking to purchase from vantage motors is don’t unless they will do price negotiation do not give them your money there is plenty of other vehicles at other lots that will at least fill up your tank of gas.

Bought a car with them that had numerous issues at the beginning, and within 9 months, the transmission went out. Would never trust this place again, we are out $7500 for virtually a lemon vehicle. Questionable mechanics as well. Reporting to the BBB because it sounds like this has happened to multiple people as well.

One of the best used car dealers around. It’s a family business and they have been around for a long time. Bought many cars from them for family members and never had any issues. Prices are very reasonable and fair for what you get. They have mechanics on site and checks the cars comprehensively before selling them. Highly recommend them.

I’ve bought a vehicle from them before and that experience was decent, financing option was not great. But bought a vehicle from them in January. By July, having issues with the PTU in the vehicle and haven’t been able to get it fixed yet. Once I do, I’ll be out of $2500 or more. Of course their warranty only lasts for 2 months that would have covered it. Even tried to reach out to them to see if they would help and got the run around on that. My advice is if you’re a new buyer, wouldn’t recommend them. Need to be experienced in vetting the vehicles.

I have always been suspicious of car dealers as they are typically unethical. This dealership is totally different. They are the ethical, care about their customers and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone including friends and family.

bought my first car from here in November, completely taken advantage of… i was charged a dent removal fee before even buying the car. drove the car off the lot after test driving it and a check engine light came on.. in March, the transmission went out, 6k fix. I had only drive the car 5k miles since my purchase. In July, my fuel line went out. Sold me a complete junk car. Would not recommend to absolutely anyone..

DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE FOR A PRE-OWNED VEHICLE! We can’t say enough good things about this business and would give them 1000 stars ★ if we could! We purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Connect work van in May 2022. When we got it home, we reversed it into our driveway and noticed the transmission slipping. We were pretty upset and called them immediately. They had us bring it right back to have their mechanic look it over. To make a long story short, it was more than a quick fix and several attempts were made to correct the issue. They even sent it out to a very well-known transmission shop for a rebuild but to our surprise, even THEY couldn’t get it running correctly! Ultimately, the owners (Arash & Ashkon) ordered & installed a factory rebuilt transmission – charging us zero dollars. ZERO! We are sure that Vantage did not make much of a profit on the van (if any) after it was all said and done. They stood by us from day one, never turned on us and were willing to do what it took to take make it right... which speaks VOLUMES about their integrity. The van is finally shifting correctly and we feel so blessed that we bought a vehicle from Vantage. This business deserves the absolute HIGHEST praise for the professional way they handled things - from beginning to end. They have secured us as a customer for life! Let start by saying don't pass this dealership up because it's not one of the big fancy showroom places. Every car on the lot was in very good condition. Our salesman (Vic) was a great guy and gave us all the info on this car. We are very pleased with our buy and feel like we got an amazing car at a fair price. Our daughter was over the top with her new car. Thanks for everything Vic we will definitely tell others about this dealership.

I had the good fortune to come across this dealership on the web and made a point to visit them in person. I am sure you are like me and very skeptical of dealerships in general. So I went it with my armor up and ready to listen to anything they say with a grain of salt! Boy, was I in for a surprise. When visiting the lot, I happened to come across one of the managers/owners of the place and was completely disarmed within the first two minutes of our conversation. To make the long story short, I was in the market for a truck and was looking at all the trucks especially a Ford F150. The gentleman that was helping me took the time to get to know my needs, budget and more importantly showed me everything I wanted to see/test drive. He took me through my options and more to the point, never tried to push the most expensive product/option. I told him I was looking for a truck that can help me with my projects around the house/yard as well as one that I could use to drive to work. I did not want a gas guzzler but something that had enough power. Anyway, at the end of my second visit and after his recommendation (a week later and after I did my homework and research) I was signing the papers for a Nissan Frontier! I don't know about you but I have NEVER bought a car/truck that fast! It usually takes me a month or more to make such purchase. Here is my two cents to anyone out there looking to buy a car/truck…The management and ownership at Vantage Motors have set an example for all of their salespeople to be honest, helpful and do whatever it takes to provide the best service possible for their customers. They truly want the customer be happy and are looking for a long term relationship beyond the one time sale of a truck/car. They want you to come back for more when you need your next car! The courtesy and accommodations as well as their truthfulness was an experience I have rarely seen in a dealership. They are all class acts and I for one will go back to them for my next car/truck.
