Its 5:36pm on a Sunday and they are closed. This is NOT the 1st time this has happ3ned but the 1st time I truly needed a part and they're the closest auto parts store! This is ridiculous. AND on top of that the brawd i spoke to earlier in the day had no idea what an axle nut/spindle nut was when I called. The ONLY reason I ever come here is b.c its the closest location. The least they could do is hire people that know how to work the computer, and put a sign up if theyre closing early!!! This is ridiculous.

I called to order a battery and alternator, he says he can't help me over the phone and I have to come in. That's a lie, and terrible service.

Understaffed. Needed to swap out parts since they fulfilled my online order wrong. Went back in and store was closed down at 9am in morning .

I know that we deal with stereotypes, but a female employee helped me and damn near knew everything about anything I asked her. But I have always found the people who work here extremely knowledgeable. Nice to know that the trend hasn't stopped.

I got some old fashion customer service from Laura, it's so hard to find an employee of any establishment now a days. She was very helpful and went over and beyond, give that lady a raise. Thank you so much.

I called at 7:30 to make sure they were going to be open until their posted hours. Dude on phone confirmed 9pm. Here I am writing this review at 8:30. This is the 2nd time I’ve come during hours and they’ve been closed! Not happy.

Came here once and it was fine. Today I wanted to come in and purchase something but the store was closed. Google is saying it closes at 9. No signs or anything showing why it’s closed at 7 pm.

From the time I first entered the store I was greeted and welcomed. Courtney helped me with windshield wiper purchase and installation. He was friendly, helpful and a great teacher. Showing me how to do it. Plus I think the protection plan is a good investment. I had a wonderful experience there. Everyone was smiling and helpful. I am not mechanically inclined so I find these places intimidating. I was put at ease by all the staff. I highly recommend this store. You can't go wrong. I plan to be back.

As a single, non-mechanical lady, having to do self-maintenance on my car gives me anxiety. I've been to many O'Reilly's but they have never been as helpful as this Advance Auto Parts. I have been going here for a decade, no matter who is on shift, when you walk in they attend to you, help you find what you need, give advice, and help you get the best deal. They also offer to help you with their free services - these are offered by all locations, but many other locations treat you like it's a huge inconvenience to do it - this place acts happy to help. I've moved a little further away recently, but I drive the extra miles because I know this place treats me right.

They are getting this 4 because the young man was so helpful but the young lady in there was loud, obnoxious, ghetto, rude, and super unfriendly. She much more worried about her phone, some man, and her food. The bonnet/hair tie on her head looked a mess. She was a mess. Completely unprofessional. The young man asked her to help me and she refused. The young man was on a scooter due to an injury or procedure, but was super kind, knowledgeable, and professional despite their computer system giving him many problems. I will not be back in here.

Dropped a battery off for charging at 2pm today to see if it was still a good battery or if it had a dead cell. Dwayne said come back 6pm it should be ready. I arrived 5:33pm and the doors were locked. However, Dwayne did bring the battery to the door and said, "I have no idea if its a good battery, nor if its charged." This was extremely rude and not beneficial for the customer. I will not visit this store again!

This guy Eljan really helped me have one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at this location. I am grateful for the service! He really went out of his way and in this neighborhood it seems hard to find good customer service at times.

I came today for some brakes and rotors.The service so amazing. Sheldon and The Rpp Manager Tamera helped me out. That Women knows her parts and the young gentleman Sheldon was a big help today as well. Those 2 have wonderful customers service. They helped me carry my parts to my car… Too bad the young lady won’t be there no more. I guess I will be going to a different part store to get my parts. The General Manager doesn’t no nothing. He told me when I called he didn’t have them in stock. He lied. When I was walking in the door you should of heard how he was trying to talk to the Rpp women. He was very rude to her and the some of the customers. I live 1 block away from this place every time I’m on blue ridge driving by he is always outside on his phone and talking to the people that be outside that’s non customer. They hangout in the parking lot all the time. Why is the General Manager always outside? That young lady be in there by herself half of the time. This store needs to be reported. I bet there not making 15hr an I know that don’t get no lunch breaks.All of the employees are nice and respectful beside that General Manager he is rude to his employees and customers. I swear he has a drug addicted. Where the drug test at? I hope to see the young lady at her new locations. Advance Auto your letting a true young beautiful and intelligent women go because of your Manager. That’s really sad. I hope the other employees leave this company to. Thanks for the 30year I had with advance auto. But I will not be shopping there no more.

It took me four visits GM to get the thinks I really since their wasn't but one agent helping. I don't know where all your staff is/was, perhaps yah ought to find out. When I came back about an hour later, there's was two ringing up, and I got what I wanted. But I had to return for store visit to pick up an order that was being sent to this Store. I took a picture ? attached I hope. So there's one gal they're, all alone, no back up or anything I felt really sorry for her. I waited. And I waited. And I got to wait some more. Then finally another guy sounded off about this issue. She said they're coming right, taking a 30m drink break, soon after he return and he helped the next customer and he called next, when two others next to me said, why can't you help me standing under the Banner that says Store Pick up. I mean who new, why I was standing, perhaps you ought to ask me, I told him I was in to go the order he placed for pick up, and I was in to do so. I also asked, I've already paid, how long should I have to wait for service, until I'm the last customer in the store. The service was fine, once I was able to get some. I'm posting here also as no employee wore a mask properly all the time I spent in your store today. One final thing, I told this guy I've alway's use the old Troost & v54th Ter for over 20 year's and processed a original membership in your store. But what happens to the things I had been doing, wouldn't it be beneficial to transfer?

I was looking for transmission stop leak there was a Women in there by the Name of Tamera. She was so helpful n very nice. But the New Manager is rude. Walked right passed all of the customers in line n on his phone all the time. Standing outside smoking cigs every 3mins. He left her in the store by herself to help 10 people in line. He is Awful General Manager. He was talking bad about all of his Team Members. He couldn’t stop moving. When did Advance Auto stop taking Drug test for General Manager’s? That General Manager is definitely on Drugs. Who hired him??

Had an encounter with a manager named Jay his people skills where horriable, he asked my worker does he still work with us and he was picking up a part even went to far as calling and inconvencing me while I was with a customer to confirm, I could understand if he was trying to buy a part but the part had already been ordered. We only drive to this store because Chris Always takes care of us, normally we just call 3750 S Noland rd the they well deliver the part, after we went threw all of this with Jay we took back the parts and called up to noland got the part for a better deal and they delivered with no hasel. morral of the story Blue ridge Advance will not get any more business from us.

The associate kindly installed my new wiper blades. I got 2 20" 1 rxla Latitude wiper blades on 4/19 @ 17:15. I forgot to find out what the warranty is.......

Worse auto parts store in town. The store is not organized, dirty, and no customer service. And if you ask them for a basic help they'll point you to a mechanic who's chilling at their store all day and for basic stuff he'll ask you for money. Horrible experience, I'll never step a foot there. O'Reilly is the best.

When I walked into the store, there were 2-3 men arguing loudly and it echoed through the store so that it was effecting all of the customer's inside. I had to go to the counter for something that I thought would be out on the shelves and it was right next to where the men were arguing. Very limited supply of products in certain areas. Maybe it's an older store and they're not as large as others but the loud arguing and high tension of the argument made me a bit uncomfortable and wasn't sure what I stayed in for there. I just stuck to my business and tried unsuccessfully to ignore them as it was SO loud and very tense. I realize that they can't control people arguing but it just made for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

This is my favorite auto parts store to go. As an independent mechanic who has a commercial account with them that comes here on a daily basis, I can honestly say that there's not a single auto parts store in this city that I like more than the advanced on Blue Ridge at 87th street. I'll take the time and well-spent effort to drive right past a different advanced auto parts store that's OPEN, just to go to this one. The guys in here know me by name and always are happy to greet me, and ready to help me. Great service.

I came here to get my battery tested and swapped if needed the person was nice but didn't seem to know how to work the testing machine on the end she said my battery needed to be replaced even though she never got the machine working rt

Placed a online order. Went to pick order up 2 hours later and order still wasn't ready so still had to wait then they still didn't give me everything I ordered and had to ask for rest of order and the sales person told me he did give me the full order .Had to show him my receipt to get the rest of order. I will be going to the Raytown store for now on.
