I was having issues with a bad car battery, so Robert and one of his coworkers (whose name I didn’t catch) tested and replaced it for me… in the freezing cold! I truly appreciate their willingness to brave the temperatures! Very kind and helpful! Thank you!
I walked in for a return and needed a battery for my car key, but I didn’t know what I needed. They took everything apart for me and helped me find the correct size and did my other return flawlessly. I walked into smiling faces and they were very happy to help :)
This store and the South Haven store are truly awesome. Best customer service and go way farther than any other stores I’ve dealt with. They called me to tell me I was owed a refund I didn’t realize I had, fantastic manger at this store!! This is how you get repeat customers. Great job.
Ive had some vehicle problems in the last few months, and was in there half a dozen times as of recently. Staff is always helpful, and they always seem to have affordable parts, and seem to always have what i need in stock. I only go to O'Reilly's now, over other parts stores if i need something.
Stop in at last minute catching up to do list , and Chris and Kevin went far and beyond helping me with my power steering pump, awesome guys knew what they were talking about.they were on point and there for me,excellent work guys thank you so much for being there in my dire straight , Happy Easter God bless.
My SUV had a headlight out , I called O’Reilly and the Manager his name was Kevin , he told me that if I had time to go to the store so he could look at the part number because he didn’t have the original one , since my car is 2021 , he found a match one and installed for me . I want to Thanks this guy for he’s extraordinary service, he was so helpful, kind and thorough . Great job !
Had to ask 3 different people for help because once I asked someone they would disappear and one guy straight up just left to get food in the middle of helping me. They got good employees usually but for some reason the one time I went there it was the most jarring experience at an auto parts store to date.
Very friendly, helped us find parts and get them ordered for same day delivery. Used this store more than once when needed. Will keep coming back, this store has a staff that cares about their customers.

Well run store, clean and stocked. Fair prices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff to provide great customer service. Maricela was happy and gracious to take 3 minutes and install my new headlamp for me (would have taken me a LOT longer). She was great, I will be a dedicated customer going forward.

Shopped around online found O-riley had the best deal on ceramic pads for my Jeep. Guy behind the counter didn't offer the ones I found because the didn't have hardware?
I’m not sure I will EVER use anybody but O Reilly ever again. I forget the employees names that were working, but the one of the most friendly, helpful service I have received anywhere. Even outside of auto parts stores. Always an pleasure going to this location in Holland. Keep up the great work
The staff here has gone above and beyond to find oddball parts for me on numerous occasions. So far O'Reilly's has knocked it out of the park. Been the right part each time. Now if I could only get lucky every time like that.
Needed my battery tested. Bob helped us and was super friendly. Sure enough...Bob confirmed the battery was no good. Prices were substantially higher than competitors. Showed Bob competitor price & he matched it... Then he insisted on installing it. Great experience! Ask for Bob
I was disappointed yesterday when I visited the store and none of the employees were practicing covid-19 safety procedures. There were no protective shields, masks or hand sanitizer.
I will not be back for the foreseeable future.
Soooooo glad O'Reilly's came too Holland little pricey but good automotive parts...one HUGE Down side they have a Strange entrance you have too almost past it too see the driveway weird...
