I ran over a pothole and both the front and rear tires on the right side were flat. Shawn was very helpful with loading up my car onto the tow truck and taking it to my mechanics. Definitely recommend West Michigan Towing, and more specifically Shawn to save the day!

The truck driver Sean was very helpful and friendly, got my car out of a pretty steep ditch none the worse for wear and pretty quickly for how stuck it was. 10/10 very good helpful service.

Driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He was careful with the vehicle to not cause more damage given the angle of the ditch we were in, that was tough. He had us back on the road quickly. Would recommend using them if you need assistance. Sean was our operator. He was great!

Great experience! The dispatcher and driver were friendly. I appreciated the fact that I could pay remotely via text. Also, I was told that they were busy and could be a hour. They called and were here in less than a 1/2 hour. I will use them again and recommend them for service!

Sean was super helpful and professional and friendly. My car being all wheel drive with low ground clearance is not the easiest to tow and he did a great job. Definitely call them next time I need a tow. Thanks!

I got a flat tire and am no longer able to change it myself. My insurance company sent you guys out like my knights in shining armor. He called me almost immediately and said 15 minutes or so. 15 minutes later my hero was putting my spare on for me. Less than 15 minutes after that and I was on my way. I was on my way to Indiana to see my Birth Mom for the second time and My younger brothers for the FIRST time. My Cars drivers side wheel popped off and I was scared out of my mind. Sean was great by keeping us amused and feeling better when our spirits were down and really helped my Sister and I with getting my car off the road and fixed!!!!

Sean Dontell (apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly) helped me last weekend get out of a ditch! His communication was exceptional, he worked with my best interest in mind. He walked around my car and checked for any damages. He was just so kind and made an annoying situation to be in so much better. Really appreciated our interaction and his towing service!! Big time clutch player! Shawn got to my daughter’s car when the serpentine belt broke down in no time. Great well run company thank you! Also charged me a reason price for the tow and helped me identify a good local auto repair shop. Couldn’t be more impressed with this company and Shawn.

I was told it would take 30-60 minutes max for tow truck arrival, and instead it took 2 hours. I would have called around or went into a business so I wouldn't freeze, if I was provided with an accurate estimate. The dispatcher needs to be more forthright, particularly when customers call back for updates. The tow guy was great though.

We arranged for towing thru our insurance carrier and are so fortunate West Michigan Towing was selected. They were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. To start, I received exceptional customer service from dispatch. She went over and above to arrange a specific time to tow the vehicle (our daughter’s car and we’re not in Holland), but also eased my mind. Thank you! Shawn came out in the middle of a snow storm. Called ahead and arrived on time. Super professional and personable. He made the whole process incredibly smooth. Great job!!

West Michigan Towing and Tim were wonderful! The key fob for my keyless car got lost and I needed a tow to the dealership to get it replaced. Scheduling the tow was quick and easy, Tim called right when they said he would, showed up right when he said he would, and had my car on the truck in no time! It was $121 and change for a 4 mile tow which felt more than reasonable! Tim sent a picture confirming the drop off and went the extra mile making sure the dealership was aware as well. I will definitely be using West Michigan Towing for any future needs!

Tim was my tow driver, he was awesome. Came and lent a helping hand when my car battery stopped mid-drive. He also gave me incredible advice on checking the health, ignition, and other possible issues. World class, would definitely recommend Tim and the rest of West Michigan Towing, if the company holds to his character.

New car battery died while on a week’s vacation. Service dealer provided the number for our roadside service warranty. The response was polite, helpful and thorough. The service driver responded a couple times to provide his ETA. He arrived as quickly as he said in the text and had our car running in minutes. Super good service! Larry

West Michigan towing was great. My call was quickly answered and the operator was kind and quick with giving me information on when they could get to me( sadly I picked a busy day to get stuck) after waiting a little bit which was the time I was told it would be Tim showed up with the truck. He took one look at my car for straps onto the car directed me with nice clear language what he wanted me to do. And with in 10 minutes my car was out and back on the road. Tim was super nice and friendly and although I'm not happy I needed to call them and get my car pulled out the company and driver were amazing to work with. Little on the pricy side at 175 but it was also 7:00Am and on a busy day.

Never fun to get stuck but Sean did a great job getting me out quickly and professionally. I would recommend if you ever needed help! Thanks Sean.

Sean was incredible. He was kind, easy to work with, and rather than leave when I made the mistake with the wrong pick up location, he called me to ensure the location was accurate. It wasnt. And he then drove to the correct spot. Thank you thank you, Sean! Appreciate the amazing service. 5 stars.

I had a great experience. Sean was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, he was able to get to me with very little help as I do not have the greatest sense of direction. He made a huge difference on the rest of my day . He was prompt and had me on my way to work quickly. He definitely made a difficult situation, a pleasant experience. He made sure to communicate with me up until he dropped of my vehicle to a shop.

West Michigan towing was very responsive to my request for assistance and got back with me immediately with a time frame to arrive. The driver called when he was on his way and a link was provided to help anticipate his arrival. The driver was cordial and helpful in getting my car started. It was an exceptional service.

Excellent customer service. Shawn was polite and helpful. He came to jump my dead battery. He also gave me some useful battery maintenance advice. I will definitely be using their service again. I would also recommend for anyone in a pinch.

Shawn was amazing when it came to needing a tow. I was stuck on Chicago drive with a broken axel and he was able to get my car on and off the tow truck without any damage to my car and worked very quickly so we didn’t block traffic for too long. He was so friendly and communicative and helped calm my nerves when it came to all the anxiety that comes along with car problems. He towed my car to the shop and even looked at the axel/wheel and gave me an idea of what he thought might need to be fixed. Very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend them and Shawn!
