These guys were amazing to deal with. It’s definitely a little bit stressful when your truck breaks down even more so at the shipper. Scott and his team looked after us , like we were family… He sent out a mobile repair technician to make a temporary repair, so we could get to their shop and once there, made arrangements for me to have a loaner car so I could get around easily. It’s unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars.

Zack and the Tier 1 team know how to take care of me and my business! When we have any trucks go down for any reason they know that it hits us hard to have them off the road so they get our vehicles in and make sure that they get up and running again ASAP. We really appreciate the hard work and professionalism that the team provide.
After months of our crane being at their facility, it's still not repaired. We've had our crane back for what seems like two months and crane is still not finished. It's actually in worse condition than when we sent it in, except for winch motor seal and bearing. I'm not one to bash them, but I cannot give Tier1 a good review at this point. We have spent thousands of dollars for repairs not completed.
We were very pleased with how quickly they were able to fix our problem. They took the time to explain what they did and go over what would need to be addressed in the future. Very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again.
Top notch service with top notch communication from the Tier1 team. My chief complaint with other repair facilities was getting updates on time, Larry communicated with me daily on the status of my equipment and was very responsive when i had questions.
Larry at Tier1 is always helpful - during and afterhours. We can take a trailer there during normal hours and it will get looked at immediately. We have used them for trailer lights, trailer values, air bags, any trailer issue you have - Recommend them for any service you need and the friendly staff is top notch!!!
Tier 1 is awesome to work with. They communicate very well on repairs that need to be made and they are very timely when doing repairs. If there is a delay, they always communicate what's going on and the reason for the delay. They stick with a issue until it is resolved. The staff is top notch.
Tier one was excellent to work with. Communication was clear and to the point. My estimate was accurate and part’s availability was great. They were able to keep my down to time to a bare minimum. Great people to work with and I highly suggest giving them a try. I will be coming back for future needs.

Ray at Tier 1 was incredibly helpful. I had a hitch problem right before leaving on vacation. Ray took my call as soon as they opened and let me drive right in to fix the problem. Outstanding service; highly recommend!
My car was making a weird noise and I took it to this business. They were able to find the noise source in the suspension system and get the new part installed quickly to get my car back on road. Excellent service all around.
