Excellent service for my workhorse Bounder motorhome alignment A couple of problems Used speciations for workhorse p-30 when my motorhome is a W-22. Very different. Should have checked the vin. Adjusted tire psi to 100. Should have used interior tag psi 85 front, 90 rear as prevessly set. Noticed a rougher ride.

Stopped in this morning to have a trailer tire swapped out. A young Man named Alex took care of it quickly and was very polite and customer oriented. He deserves a raise just for being a positive face of the dealership.

Paid over $3,400 to K&R to repair a diesel truck, including $800+ specifically to fix a fuel tank leak. They said it was fixed, but it was still leaking badly when I started driving back to Georgia. Disappointed they didn’t take any responsibility or offer a partial refund for the work that wasn’t done properly. Took over 10 days just to get it diagnosed while they had the truck. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

I’ve knowing Paul for many years and always have great service always willing to help. Definitely knows the truck industry and few of the guys that can guide you through it so you have a better understanding

Steve in parts is constantly friendly, seems extremely knowledgeable, and is always ready and available to assist. 10/10 would recommend.

This a big shout out to Marty in the detail shop!! She did above and beyond my expectations detailing the interior of my truck and I'm quite picky, she cleaned everything including my fridge and microwave. Thank you and I'll definitely come back!!

Brought my truck in the other day and I can’t tell you enough how happy I am for them to diagnose my problems Matt was an amazing help and this was the only shop I’ve gone to in the last year that was able to figure out my problems and then fix all the problems within a very timely manner I cannot express enough how happy I was working with the manager Matt and I will only continue to come to Matt I don’t care who else is working I only want Matt to work on my truck because that’s my livelihood and he understand how to fix such problems! K&R hold onto this guy Matt he single handedly won me over as a customer for my lifetime!

We had issues with a front brake on a truck. We called from a truck stop close by. I checked to see if they could help us. They were great from the phone call thru to the end of the repair. They were very good at communication with both our office and our driver. The price was reasonable. They had a driver's lounge our driver waited in while the repairs were being made. They got him back on the road that day. If I'm ever in the area and need truck service they will be my first call! I have saved their number for sure. I highly recommend them.

Worst place to bring any equipment there, we towed trailer there for repair and was there for 2 weeks, we were waiting for our insurance approve and waited for an estimate from this shop, they provided estimate after 12-13 days, and that was over $18k, which was over the limit and we declined the repair, we understand can have a diagnose amount to make an estimate but they said we will charge storage for 13 days $200/day if you decline the repair, so will release a trailer. when i asked did you add that in actual estimate which i have checked it was there was storage amount added already for $1k something, they were asking 13-14 weeks to get repair which mean if the equipment stays there for these day you have to pay for storage? they said if you gets repair done we were going to wave the storage amount, which was told after releasing our trailer after paying $2600.00 for nothing. I call this RIP OFF.

Don't call after hours on a Saturday. It's been almost 4 hours and not a return call. I'm literally parked next door at Tulip City with a broken airline on my trailer and no response to my voice mail when I called 24 hour service. Went with Reliable Road Sevices. Had a guy here within an hour.

Mike was very helpful when towing my car that had just been in a wreck. I don't have full coverage, so I wasn't ready to take it to a shop. He took the time to look over the car and give me some idea of the extent of the damage, as well as some advice for next steps I could take.

My vehicle maintenance light and battery light came on, but it was still drivable. On the next day, I went to take it in for a pre-scheduled service. Then, the power steering failed as I was pulling out of my driveway. Rather than risking potential damage to my automobile or an accident, I called K & R Towing to transport it to the business where I was going to have the work done. I am SO glad I did. Dave patiently listened to my circumstance, took my information, and sent Mike (the driver) to come to my aid. Both Dave & Mike had shown a genuine concern for my situation. Mike was very courteous to me and contentious in caring for my car as he loaded it onto the truck. Thanks Dave & Mike for a positive customer experience. You have my recommendation! Amy A. Holland

I couldn't have asked for a better company to come and tow my vehicle after it stalled out on the highway (in the midst of construction.) Mike F. arrived pretty quickly and was very nice and helpful. Definitely the place I will call if I ever need assistance again!

Wonderful staff very grateful to know them just all around great people. Unless you are looking to buy a truck. We bought a truck that Rob Lubbers told us had been gone over and was road ready, it was not, we actually purchased that truck 3 times with all the repairs we had to do and they were not little repairs, new engine about 2 or 3 years after purchase. I would say just be very careful if dealing with some of the sales people.

I had an unforeseen mechanical problem on my truck, I went to this place without having an appointment. I received a very warm welcome when I showed up for services very early in the morning. They took my report and passed within hours, people are welcoming and very polite. I received excellent service. I highly recommend this place

Had to use K&R for towing service. This was the second time I used them. Because of the positive experience I had, contacted them again. Happened to have the same driver as before. Mike arrived before his estimated time, very friendly, wasted no time and very helpful. Mike is a credit to his profession. Great job Mike! JL

In the midst of a major pile-up in 10° weather, Mike let my dogs and I warm up in his tow truck as he pulled cars out of the ditch. He towed my car back to K&R, where the entire staff welcomed my dogs and I to hang out for the afternoon. They went so far as to clean the broken glass from the wreck out of my dog's crates and set them up in the lobby. The helpfulness, professionalism, and hospitality was above and beyond. I cannot recommend K&R enough! Thank you to Mike and the rest of the team!

They're good people, and really helpful, they didn't fully repair the trailer but did a good enough job to where I was able to use it.

My International had an issue with the air/hydraulic pumping system while at a customer. The service truck and mechanic showed up quickly, the issue was diagnosed and repaired in the rain. Very professional from the initial contact to completion. Already recommended K & R to my company. Thanks again.

My vehicle was towed and they were the ones called to pick it up. When I called to see if it was there, the guy I talked to was incredibly helpful, as well as understanding of the situation. He gave me all the information I needed to pick it up in the morning, and they were willing to work with me on the price. Also a few years back when my truck was towed, they ended up not only giving it back at no charge, they dropped it off for me because I didn't have a way to haul it out. Very friendly staff.

We had just arrived in Holland when we got a huge nail in the side of our tire and losing tire pressure quickly. After calling around to a few tire places and being told they could not get us in until next day, we passed by K&R and took a chance they could help us. Not only did they take us in right away, they did not have a tire in stock for our car being mainly a semi truck sales and service, they found and went to picked up a tire for us, changed out our tire and had us back on the road again in just under 45 mins. What great service! Matt and Brad were above and beyond in customer service. Thank you K&R!!

I've been a driver for 15 years now and i only leave a review if deserved..i give this place 5 stars! My alternator went out at the pilot across the street and called them up to price a new one..and not only did they have one in stock they installed within 2 hours of walking in..600 bucks isn't bad at all for a new 160 amp alternator and installation plus doing it that fast!! Thanks again K&R for keeping me on schedule and not price gouging me very much appreciated..ill definitely be getting my oil changes and servicing done here

They got my Class A 37' motorhome in right away. The people listened very carefully to the issues and concerns, and asked the right questions. They pinpointed several possible problems and gave me an accurate estimate. There were some parts that they couldn't source, because of the age of the vehicle. I was able to spend time researching, and eventually finding the needed parts. The install was great, and the several people I dealt with were very helpful and genuinely concerned. I believe the pricing was fair. If needed, I will use them again with confidence.

My family and I had just recovered from getting two blown out camper trailer tires fixed on the day before the Fourth of July traveling from WI to Traverse City. We had no idea where we were and who to turn to in order to get a piece of the trailer welded back together. They took us in immediately on the spot, fixed it fast and were awesome to work with!!
