I took my key fobs to the Holland store to have the batteries replaced, and they broke them. They then offered no resolution to the problem they created and still took my money.
Went yesterday to get my iphone 14 pro max screen replaced due to water damage. The lady there was sooo sweet and she fixed my phone in under an hour! Fast and good service. 10/10 recommend
Took in an iPad that needed a screen repair. I was told it could be fixed the same day. I went the next day to pick it up only to find out that the home button was no longer working (they had replaced my functional home button with a new one that didn't work). So, I left it to be fixed. After a week of it not being fixed, I finally decided to just pick it up and take it somewhere else. When I went to pick it up, the screen was also cracked. Thankfully, I wasn't charged for anything. I took it to another place who told me that the home button that Batteries Plus put on was not even for my iPad model and who said that replacing the (then functional) home button wasn't even necessary for screen repair, so I'm confused as to why it was removed at all.

Purchased a 12V 27F ULTRA GOLD 36 on 2/17/2023. Started having issues with battery around 8/24/2024. The manager said to come in and they would take care of it. The next day I showed up at the Holland location as requested, but the manager was out. I worked with the store employee instead. He grabbed s load tester, checked the battery, and said everything is fine and there is nothing that cane be done. The excessive amount of leakage was normal and the battery is NOT a maintenance-free battery, even though the website and the store employee who helped me with the purchase stated that it is a maintenance-free battery. Several more back-and-forth exchanges amounted to nothing.
The battery was finally replaced on 2/4/2025 with a Toyota True Start battery. The issues I had dealing with the Duracell battery are no longer present. The charging system was thoroughly checked before replacing the battery with the Batteries Plus Duracell, again when encountering issues with the battery (when the dealership stated that the battery has an issue with too much leakage at the top caps and corrosion), and recently when replacing the Duracell.
Batteries Plus refuses to assist in any way.
I was greatly impressed by the speed of service I received from Renae (sp?). I'll be going back eventually after seeing the products they carry. Would recommend for any battery and bulb needs.

Quick, Reliable, Affordable services. I've had the same Samsung Galaxy A50 (Budget Phone) for 4 years, so long that the battery was noticeably going bad. Called to order the battery, came in 1 week later for the appointment and exactly 1 hour later my phone is as good as new!
I was directed to the Holland Batteries Plus location by the Samsung warranty department for a phone repair. Renae and her team went above and beyond to help me. While I was there every single customer that came into the store left happy. It was refreshing to see and experience such incredible customer service!

Went in to get my phone fixed, was having issues with it for a while. Finally decided to throw in the towel and get it fixed. Despite my phone being a harder model to repair, the clerk, Stephan, I believe his name was, was extremely helpful and got my phone fixed within a half of an hour. Overall great service and I will be coming here again if I have any other issues.
I've been there twice now. Both the managers are great. But a special compliment to Stephen, whom both times, took extra special care on the little things like making sure my screen protecter was perfectly aligned and my phone was wiped clean and sanitized before I got it back. Also, if they offer a package upgrade you should invest in it. I didn't even know I needed a new battery until they talked me into it and the case at half price was worth it. It's a brand new phone.
