We saw that a tree branch had broken our refrigerator cover. We were already on our way up North, called Camp America and they took us in right away!! What a huge favor and we were very grateful.

We needed an awning arm replaced. They were the only place we called that actually took the time to provide an estimate, then they were able to get us into the shop in short order. We dropped off the trailer at 9 and had a call telling us it was done before noon. Great service.

Very helpful when we bent a pin in our swaybar hitch. Suggested and provided a bolt same size as pin to use until we can get pin from hitch supplier. Had us back on road in 15 minutes. Wonderful service!!

We're from out of state and needed some RV repairs. I was really impressed with their quality work and fair pricing. I strongly recommend this place for repairs. I've been to places that are always looking to gouge me for higher pricing. These guys were honest and skilled at their work. Google maps is very confused about the roads to get to this place and the roads are very convoluted. We got lost, had to turn around two or three times. It was worth it.

I can't give negative stars about route. Google map made me turn on divided highway that went in front of the business with no entrance. At the intersection you need to go straight and take a left into behind the businesses. Business is good had what I needed. Navigation to get here sucks!!!

I have been taking my travel trailer to this location for a few years now, and have been very satisfied with everything from scheduling, service and communication. Several times the actually cost of services charged were less than their initial quotes. Even after a few years, the repairs they performed are holding up quite well! They have been phenomenal with customer service and communication!

Had the unfortunate need to have damage repaired on our 43ft 2018 Heritage Glen 5th in early September 2022 and these folks did an incredible job, both in coordinating with suppliers and my Insurance adjuster. Emily kept us up to date on what was going on, and the work carried out was incredible. Attention to detail was really good. So So happy. These guys/gals also went above and beyond for the customer. (What I mean by this is that they took time out of there day to help me plan the best route to the highway and also made sure our unit was plugged into Shore power prior to hooking up - Didn't get that level of service at General RV!) Thanks again to all at Camp America for the service !!

5 stars plus. Steve does a great job with all the work they do. They also have a good stock of accessories or they will order it for you. I couldn't give them a higher number which they deserve.

This place is phenomenal! I called Saturday morning about getting my awning fabric replaced and the tension adjusted. Emily was very courteous and helpful with the process. They were able to get me in right away and by Monday afternoon my trailer was ready to go. The new fabric looks great and my awning works flawlessly. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

Half way through our camping trip and no water was coming from our hot water faucet. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they would come out to Oak Grove Campground the next day. Around 4pm on day one, I received a call back saying that they would make it out by 5pm. I didn't get that message because we were out on the lake, and by the time I heard it around 6pm, Steve had already come to the trailer, assessed and repaired the hot water heater. I love the idea that they recognized that despite not hearing back from me, they knew that nobody wants to be without water and squeezed me in same day. So refreshing!

Great people and customer service! They have an immediate response with following up with questions that you may have. My husband and I picked up an old 1991 Camper and it needed some work with the lights. They came out and took care of the issue. All around great experience!

Thanks to Camp America We are new RV owners We didn't know what we were getting in too but Steve and his wife help us with every question we had, and picking something my wife would. My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We’ve used them before for minor repairs and found them to be extremely professional, skilled and reasonably priced. This week, we had a mishap while pulling up camp in a thunderstorm, resulting in a fatally damaged tongue Jack. We tried first to get it repaired up north so we could continue on our trip, but the shop we took it to said it was too large of a fix for them to be able to do. So we cancelled the second leg of our camping adventure and headed home to Holland. We dropped the camper off to Camp America around 3 and by 5PM it was back in our possession and completely fixed. We were back on the road the next day. I highly recommend this business for all your urgent and non-urgent camper needs!

As first time camper owners we were referred to Camp America by the previous owner of our camper. We could not be happier. Everyone there is knowledgeable and very helpful. I am a DIY kind of guy and they have coached me through my million questions. I highly recommend them !

I dropped my camper/trailer off for some minor service on 7/22 in the morning. It was serviced and ready for pickup less than 2 hours later. The folks at Camp America were awesome. The price was lower than expected and they only had my camper for a few hours. Can’t ask for anything more. Great experience! I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Emily was so helpful and patient when helping me find some replacement parts for my motorhome. The service guys were so kind and helpful and squeezed in my small repair so I could get back on the road home to AZ. And can’t forget the cute accessories from M’s Creations (I think that was the name of the company)! We love our hats with the adorable camping designs! Thank you so much, Camp America!

Everyone was so nice and helpful!! They are literal lifesavers. We went in needing a weight distribution kit as the RV we had just picked up was riding very bumpy. They had the kit and helped install it too! They help you ride safer with the RVs, and get back on the road quickly.

Unbelievable customer service! While camping our awning finally gave way and ripped away from our camper. We ordered a new awning, but the wrong awning picked by the distributor. No one noticed until we were already back at our campsite. In order to make our vacation as easy as possible, Camp America delivered the correct awning straight to our campsite and took the old one. No one provides customer service like this anymore! Unbelievable! Thanks so much for your help!

I had a camping trip planned and needed service on my camper and called to camp America, they got me in the next day. They serviced my camper by noon and also put a sway control bar and took care of burned fuses in my Tahoe. I'm grateful to the staff at camp America in Holland mi and sold on taking my camper there for service and all my camping needs! Thanks again to the owner and staff!! Rolando C.

I would like to adjust my review since Steve the owner did reach out and take care of the issues. I feel he went above what was required to help with the issue at hand. He came and picked up my camper and will be bringing it back when he didn't have to. He not only fixed the issue he fixed items he seen without being asked I do apricate the extra's done. I would like to thank you for all you did and by standing by your job and your company. I will return for more services when needed. Thank you Betty Landon I had brought my camper to have the roof fixed there was a soft spot in the corner over the shower this was November 2017 at the same time I had asked them to fix one of the outside panels that had come lose. When I picked up the camper the outside panel was not done this took 3 attempts to get this fixed. Now the roof I guess I should have gotten a ladder and checked it.....and I didn't I just took there word it was fixed. In October 2018 I had another company come out and winterize the camper and they did an inspection not knowing who or what was done and told me I need to fix the exact same area that I THOUGHT was fixed already and paid $900.00 to have it fixed. So I called Steve and he was NOT nice at all.....his voice raised said it was because of all the rain ...treated me as if I were stupid........disrespectful really sad Steve to treat your customers like that and then to say well you have only been here 3 times its not like your a frequent flyer.....DO NOT TAKE your camper there and if you do make sure all the work is done....because of this I now have $2,500 worth of damage and am out the $900 for no work done. SMALL Claims here I come.....

Bought a camper this past spring that we found water damage under the dinette in. We agreed to let the dealer fix the damage before we picked it up, and after TWO MONTHS of waiting and being told we weren't a priority, we finally picked it up. Shame on me for trusting the worksmanship of this place and not checking it over. We were up north camping this past weekend and were getting a musty smell coming from the dinette area. Low and behold the damage that was supposed to be fixed was just covered up by another piece of plywood, and the carpet that was cutout during the process seemed to be strategically placed so you couldn't tell. The origin of the leak was never even sealed. I have zero intensions of ever going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Emily was helpful and professional on the phone and at the counter. Had my roof, windows and doors sealed up next day as I originally asked, also did a few other odds and ends I requested after drop off. All looks good so far and done for a seemingly fair price. Been in to the store a few times in the past, they stock a little of everything. Great place. Have always left happy.

This place is a godsend. They were so helpful and conveniencing! They were able to schedule us immediately and even made service calls. Techs really know what they are doing. So many places won't help you out unless you bought your camper from them. This place works on every kind of camper, and will even give you a demo if you bought your camper somewhere else but don't know how to use it. I would recommend this place to everyone, and we just might have to vacation up here more often to fix up our little camper! Bless these workers!

I selected RVAmerica based on positive reviews and found they were entirely deserved. Steve helped me select the products I needed and (as importantly) identified the ones I did not need. Then, he actually drew me a picture of what the installation should look like, I highly recommend this business to anyone.
