Absolutely horrible. We were traveling had brake warning light come on and was dingging at us. Would not even offer to take off tires and look at it. Told us the soonest would be Monday. Guess he didn't here we're not from around here. But big shout out to Belle tire down the road, got us in and out in an hour and 10 mins.

I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but this experience was so bad that it needs to be documented. I brought my vehicle in due to a grinding noise because I didn’t feel safe having my wife drive it. I understand that loaner vehicles were unavailable due to weather-related demand, so we rented a car for a full week out of pocket. From the start, communication was nonexistent. We were told the person in charge of our vehicle had a family emergency for the entire week. While that can happen, the lack of transparency and follow-through made it very hard to trust anything we were told. Every time I called for an update, I was promised a callback the next day. No one ever called. Each day I had to call back myself, only to be told the same thing again. By Thursday, after days of no progress or information, I demanded my vehicle be ready for pickup—fixed or not. Only then did someone actually speak to the technician and inform me that the brakes needed to be replaced. I was told the vehicle would be ready Friday. Friday came and went with no call. Instead, I received a text requesting authorization for additional services, which I declined because I no longer trusted this shop with my vehicle or timeline. Assuming the car would be ready Saturday, we returned the rental. On Saturday, I called again and was told they could not release my vehicle because they had filed an extended warranty claim—something we were never informed about. They claimed the warranty submission happened Thursday, without our knowledge or consent. At this point, my wife called to get clarity on the total cost and status. The representative she spoke with on 2/7/26 could not provide a final amount and ultimately hung up on her. Under Michigan law, repairs had been authorized, a completion date was promised, yet: No final invoice was provided No stated balance was given No lien amount was disclosed Despite this, they refused to release our vehicle, which constitutes improper vehicle detention. When we attempted to speak with a manager, we were told none were available due to a “skeleton crew” and that answers would come Monday. As of Monday, we will be filing formal complaints with: The Michigan Attorney General (unfair business practices / vehicle detention) Michigan DIFS We have already filed a complaint with Ford Corporate regarding the service department This experience was beyond frustrating—it was unacceptable, unprofessional, and legally questionable. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Kevin Van Horn is your go-to guy when it comes to service & parts here at Lasco Service! He very diligently and thoroughly worked nonstop with my super annoying insurance/warranty company to make sure that ALL of my repairs were done optimally, with nearly zero out of pocket expenses in the end (he got so much covered for me!). Also kept me posted and updated along the whole way. The man's been in this business for years now so he certainly knows his stuff. You couldn't find a better guy to help you with your auto needs!

After leaving a 1 star review about purchasing a Ford certified vehicle with them that ended up missing emergency modules and having an unknown issue they said they couldn't help with during purchase that led to the vehicle stating it would not be able to restart after shutting it off 2 weeks after purchase, I contacted the dealership multiple times, multiple ways only to be ignored and no calls returned, AFTER being told they wanted to make it right. The manager Jacob calls me asking me to take down my 1 star review and let them attempt to make it right as im nearing the end of my warranty on my bogus certified vehicle I purchased, once again they are giving me the run around and refusing to make contact whether I have left messages to be called back and also hung up on. Don't trust the reviews as they call customers asking them to take the truth down with a false hope of making it right with a broke down vehicle they sold to me certified. What a horrible experience, I planned on purchasing a leisure vehicle in the near future and certainly will NOT be back as they sold me a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars to fix, how it even passed a ford certification is beyond me! And knowing im nearing the end of my warranty but choosing to avoid me to allow it to run out and leave me with a big waste of money in my driveway is an insane way of doing business! Thanks for nothing!

I was on my way to work and BAM hit a nail, I was leaking air fast, but had no reason to worry as Dave deckard is my service guy!! He got me in right away, got me patched and back on the road to make it to work on time. Lasco service and Dave both get 5 stars!! Greatly appreciated 🎊

Feel duped. I tried to send this via the Lasco Ford website but that failed so I will do so publicly. Went in for an oil change yesterday. My service advisor David asked if I wanted to change the air filter. My thought is yes I want to change the engine air filter so I said yes. At no time did he say "compartment" air filter. I would have refused that. Added $100 to the bill. On the final bill it stated that I was made aware of the estimate. No, David did not say here is the estimate, please review and sign. I would have questioned why an air filter was $100. Was told after inspection that I needed an alignment, another $200. Now I question whether that was a scam. I have no trust anymore with this dealership. At check out, I tried to apply a coupon that was mailed to me. The cashier said she could not apply it, only a service advisor could, David was busy on the phone, had to wait again. Another cashier came and took care of it. Seriously?? I had high hopes for this dealership after a team came unscheduled to service a recall notice. Huge fail on the part of this service department, was it because I am a woman, are the service advisors on commission? I have options as a GM retiree (husband is a Ford retiree), will not be going back to Lasco when my lease expires next August.

I love my Expedition. I purchased from Lasco almost a year ago. They have been very good with service reminders and all my questions. Great guys always willing to help. Our sales lady was wonderful also. She still helps us when we call.

I have utilized Lasco Ford Service Department on my 2024 Ford Edge twice this year and have never had to leave my home! The first time, their friendly and efficient Mobile Service team came to my home and took care of a recall issue in my driveway in under 20 minutes. Today their valet service came to get my vehicle for an oil change & tire rotation. My work does not give me the flexibility to go to daytime appointments, so having someone come to get my car and return it a few hours later made life so much easier! The communication via text was fantastic. I knew when the valet was on the way and when he arrived. Once my car arrived at Lasco for service, I received a call and more text messages with thorough and detailed communication every step of the way and was then sent a link to pay online once service was complete. My service advisor, Matthew was knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to make this the easiest and most convenient experience. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

I took my car in for a recall. The car was fixed in less than one day. I was notified multiple times about the status of the car. Everything was explained in detail. The car was even delivered back to my residence free of charge. Excellent service!

Lasco Ford consistently goes above and beyond with their service. I had a check engine light on in my F-150 and was initially told that I might have to leave my vehicle at the dealer for a few days to get the issue resolved. In steps Bailey, who was unbelievable in his approach in getting my vehicle back to me in a relatively short period of time. Since I have moved to the Fenton area and have been taking my vehicle to Lasco, they have surpassed ALL Ford service centers I have been to in the last 20 years as being friendly, efficient and making sure they satisfy the needs of the customer. Bravo Lasco!!

Bought a vehicle 2 weeks ago. Motor's already given me trouble. Put three grand down and they're telling me there's nothing cus it was bought out right, id say they can do better lasco is not top tear, I work for Ford and I'm kind of surprised they'd even treat me like this. How would they treat another person? That doesn't even work it ford. I'm not sure how there selling used vehicles tht are lemons .

This is by far the best service I have ever received in a service/parts center from any company. Management has gone above and beyond to resolve any issue I’ve had with my 13’ focus ST. As the car ages I’ve had to replace numerous things as they ware and tear along with recalls and basic maintenance. This parts center has never failed me. They make every single interaction personal and do not hesitate to put each and every customer at the top of their priority. Huge thank you to this particular dealer on Owen rd in Fenton and the manager Rich Macdougall for the research, parts and resources they’ve provided for me. I would never recommend any dealer over this one it is truely the best service you will receive.

There was a recall on our 24 Edge so I called Lasco to get an appointment to have it taken care of. The young lady on the phone immediately offered to have the mobile service team send someone out on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) @ 1. Kevin showed up on time, very polite and amazingly quick and even less painless! Great job and thank you very much Team Lasco!

Lasco Ford performed my recall service immediately, unlike Szott Ford, which dragged its heels for days. Lasco even went the extra mile by dropping my car off for me. I highly recommend its service department.

I thought I would give Lasco another chance but I'm done! I paid almost 80.00 for an oil change. Tires were never filled or rotated. The car was wasn't washed. Now another day to take it back and have them do what they didn't 2 days ago. Cherry on top...they deliver my car to the wrong address!

Update: I ended up having to bring it to another Ford dealer. The rear breaks were at 1 mm, and metal on metal on one. This is now costing an additional $300. I have fords premium maintenance plain that includes break pads and liners the dealer had said on the past 4 oil changes my vehicle needs breaks. Every time I say ok, it's under warranty, their tune changes, and I don't need the brakes. I played this game for about a year and now have some other warranty work that needs to be done. I said I wanted the breaks changed as they have repeatedly said I need them serviced, and they have now begun to not preform as well as they used to. They wanted me to put myself on the hook for $400 for work that is under warranty. This is unacceptable. The package of warranty and services I purchased was nearly $9k and this is not how I should be treated.

I ordered parts and paid for overnight shipping. Nobody has responded to my request for information. However, FedEx did just inform me that, even though I paid for overnight shipping, Lasco sent the parts via FedEx Ground. If I could speak to a person, I would want a refund. Since nobody will respond to my emails or phone calls, I guess my only outlet is to complain here. Don't be tempted by their price structure, they don't deliver as promised. Reading through these reviews, it would seem that I'm not the only one to experience this.

Heard great things about this place. Ordered a part through website on Wednesday, paid for overnight shipping (missed 10am cutoff for next day, delivery supposed to be Friday). Tracking initially stated Friday end of day delivery. Friday comes and goes and delivery now changed to pending. Was it Lasco or was it fedex? Nobody knows. Called in on Monday to get a refund on shipping as the promised date was not met and a cheaper slower shipping options would have gotten me into this week anyway. The only resolution offered was every excuse under the sun on how it was my fault for missing the cutoff for Thursday delivery, the holidays, etc. Your choice of shipping company is not my fault. If fedex screwed up, do right by your customers and take it up with the shipper. Only option I had was to cancel my order. Going to be supporting my local dealer from now on.

I placed an orders for a Ford OEM part and was unable to use the promo code in the order to save on the shipping costs. It’s literally hidden. I immediately sent an email to their contact info explaining the issue. After the order was placed I received an additional promo code for 25% off shipping cost from Lasco. I emailed Lasco within minutes after the order was placed expressing I was unable to use the promo code and would like a credit for the discount. The manager applied the credit! Job well done addressing the issue and resolving this issue. Thank you. I’ll be back.

Buyer beware. This may be a real brick and mortar business but their online store is run like some guy shipping out of his basement. I ordered 2 parts (floor mats) for my vehicle. I entered my VIN as requested. I get an email response to my order saying I had ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and asking if I want them to swap out with the new part. After a review of the new part I realize that it is the same part I ordered. I reply telling them this and I get a generic response thanking me and saying they swapped it out. I then receive an email saying it shipped with a FedEx tracking number but only one of the parts I ordered were shipped. During this process I left two voice-mails asking for a call back to help try to figure out what's going on, I never received a call back. After about two weeks the shipment tracking number still just showed label printed. I email again asking what the status is and finally get a response saying they would look into it. A few days later half my order shipped and I finally received my product. I still have not received my other part, yet the shipping cost was never reduced. At this point rather than try and get them to refund me the shipping difference and or getting my other part with a bunch of unanswered emails and calls I'll just take the loss. Definitely a frustrating experience.

Terrific service! I needed an invoice record to cover the warranty for two separate parts that were placed in separate orders and I no longer had the order details. I spoke with Ryon both times and in no time at all after providing a very brief description of what I needed he already had pulled up the info for the order and described to me how the process would go with the warranty, then proceeded to send me a copy of the paperwork to show what I would expect to see, and then faxed the invoice to my local dealership where the repair is being handled. He also then called the service department to ensure they had everything required to complete the warranty work. I can’t emphasize enough how refreshing it is to experience such a high level of customer service. I’ll be using Lasco again because of Ryon’s exemplary support.

Just got off the phone with Ryon who was just AWESOME in helping me round up some parts for my Ford F-150 truck.He was friendly, cheerful and attentive; his patience was amazing and he knew exactly what I was trying to find. Purchased some parts for my truck from Lasco ebay store, the listings were very specific about the part numbers and I knew the exact parts I needed. Following day, while I was at work Austin at Lasco messaged saying if I didn't provide my VIN they would send the wrong parts, not the parts listed in the item listing. Apparently two hours was too long to wait for a response with my VIN so he sent another message saying they are sending parts and if they aren't the right ones there's a high restocking fee, high return shipping charge, etc. Of course I didn't see either message until 4 hours later when I finished work. Messaged back to Austin why he couldn't wait for my response and received a long-winded response about how people should always have there ebay on and blah blah blah. Order didn't ship for almost a week. Will not order from Lasco again.

Ford dealer wanted $800 for LED tail light for Expedition. Lasko was about $500 plus $80 core charge. After shipping charges of $20 to send to me and $68 to send core back I guess it’s still a good deal. Shipping box was Huge! The light was perfect and fit like new. Maybe keep the core for parts rather than return it.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it. Ryan is an outstanding online parts rep; He always answers the phone with a great attitude and will jump through whatever hoops he needs to in order to get you your stuff when you need it. Just a solid dude, and the reason why I keep coming back instead of going to the other guys. Give the guy a raise. Their prices are always the best as well. I was not provided any compensation for this review, it's just my honest feedback.

Ordered a small part for my truck, the wrong part was sent to me. Contacted customer service and was told I ordered the wrong part. I double checked and verified that the mistake was on their end and requested the correct part be sent. Multiple exchanges with their support telling me in different ways how I was wrong. I started to question my own sanity. Triple checked and confirmed the wrong part was sent. Pleaded with them to just send me the part that I ordered. Finally someone agrees, tells me to keep the wrong part and wait for the correct part. In the end, I got what I needed and I’m grateful for the fairly quick shipping and low price, but the customer service is lacking.
