First off... The most important part. Super fast to answer the phone, and get a truck on site ! Had a truck in route, and on location within an hour. From Fowlerville to Hartland in no time. Reasonable rates, fast and friendly. Super happy with how quick I was taken care of. No issues with these guys ! 5 Stars !
Fenton express towing dispatch caller was rude and dismissive. Me and my boyfriend hit a patch of ice and slide into a ditch when we called the lady was very rude to us. She told us that we would have a tow truck within 30 to 45 mins and we have sat in the ditch for 5 hours without a tow.
Fenton Express Towing was great to work with. They answered the phone right away and were very prompt getting to me. The driver picked up my truck quickly and took it straight to the dealership for repairs. Super easy, stress free process from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for a tow for the following day. Tow truck never showed up at appointment time. I waited half hour and called the company to see the status. I was told they did not have me on their list. No apology. No attempt to reschedule or make right. Frustrating because I arranged my day around the appointment. Unprofessional.
My gal showed compassion for my issue and concern for our safety. She showed up quickly got us and my car safely loaded and delivered to our destination. Also was knowledgable about cars and services in area. Mine needs welding and Delduca on Dort in Burton has been family owned and ran 60 years. Shout out to them as well!

Allison was an amazing! She showed up in like 10 min! Jumped out of her truck and climbed up on the back of it and had all of her pink gear(which I loved btw) and popped open our vehicle within 1 min! I love a woman that can get shit done! Way to go Allison! U saved the day💪😀 💪
This place has bailed us out plenty of times and my kids. Always helpfu. I've never had any problems and the drivers have always been fine to me. Highly recommend.
I had the unfortunate experience where I needed to make a call to get my vehicle off the side of the road, and Fenton Express delivered. My insurance company had a dispatch call out for roadside assistance and the ETA was 210 minutes through them. After an hour, I received a notification that the original ticket was declined by the towing company. I am back a square one at this point. I decided to call around myself which ended me at Fenton Express. Zach showed up 40 minutes later with a clean truck and was very careful loading my truck on the flatbed. We had about an hour drive to my shop and there was zero awkwardness having conversation the whole drive there. Fenton Express, I hope I never need you again, but if I find myself in that situation again, you will be my only call for help. Thank you and keep up the great service.

Fastest tow response ever. They brought an extra truck to help my family get where we needed to go after our van was stranded. Really thankful for the service.
They did a great job towing my 3 cars from my shop in Redford to my home in Fenton. Breandan did an amazing job of placing the cars perfectly off the bed to exactly where I wanted them without any damage. Thank you for your expert work and I’ll use them again should I need anything towed or moved.

AAA sent Fenton Express to me, twice. Both times, Paul was on time, had my full size sedan on the flatbed within minutes - everything was quick, friendly, and easy. Vehicle delivered to designated location efficiently and without incident. I use AAA, but even if I didn't, I'd definitely call Fenton Express back out for future services.
Allyson was amazing and SO fast. Girl knows what she’s doing and does it well. Got there in 10 minutes and got my big car on the truck within 8 minutes!! She needs a raise!!!!!
I called for assistance to unlock my vehicle. Dispatch said 20-minutes, he arrived in less than 10-minutes, and had it unlocked in 2-minutes. He was very courteous.

Very fast arrival. Kris was very professional and when we had a debacle where the shop we were towed to wasn't willing to do the necessary work, he recommended us to a place that could actually take care of our issue, just a couple blocks down from where we were!

Hit a pot hole and popped a tire on my Tesla. Fenton Express saved the day! My driver was friendly and knowledgeable. It’s not easy to tow a Tesla but he did a great job!
I would just like to say a BIG thank you to these guys! They do a fantastic job and so kind and caring! I slid on a patch of ice on the back roads of Oakland county in to a ditch. (there was hardly any cell service) so the dispatcher had asked for my location and made sure I didn't need 911 assistance before asking me the general questions like if the car was drivable and if there were any other cars involved.
They got to me very quickly! They were super nice to me and non judgmental, and also complemented me on the fact that there was no damage to my car. Also before he left he made sure that the care was drivable by having turn my wheels both ways and making sure no fluids were leaking.
P.S. if you need them I would call them first because they are very reasonably priced too.
Blowing 2 red lights = a ticket
5 packs of cigarettes smoked in work truck = sensory overload and riding down the road to the shop freezing with windows all the way down. Wake up this is 2022. If there was ever a time for common sense, it's now. 0/10
Late last night the ball joint came apart leaving my truck stuck in the road with the tire folded under the cab. The driver Chris took his time loading the truck on and off the truck as to not damage it more than it already was. He definitely went above and beyond, backing the truck into my mechanic's shop right on the hoist. I can't thank him enough for that because, it saved me so much time and money! 10 out of 10 world recommend and will use Fenton Express again!
