I highly, highly recommend LaFontaine Collision Center! Chet, Alyssa & Rich were so accommodating from start to finish! Chet worked with my insurance company and all Ford parts were put into my truck. Can’t tell you how grateful I am for they gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get to work. Thank you, absolutely amazing people, which are rare to find. :) Oh, and they cleaned my interior when they didn’t have too. Bonus!

Service on my 2022 F-350 was great. The touchup area matched the rest of the truck perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Originally I did have an issue with actually calling and talking to someone... might want to better keep a check on their phone system.
The salesman was less than up front about a car for sale that needed a "bumper replaced". We went over an hour to the body shop to see the car, and they told me there is $9000 in damages to the car. Nope, not for us, so we wasted time and money. No wonder he didn't want us to see the car until it was repaired! We will not be dealing with them.

Jamie and Kelly were so helpful to me throughout the entire process. My problem was completely covered by insurance and this team worked hard to make sure that my car got back to how it was before everything went wrong. They communicated with me weekly and were super polite to me whenever I would call asking for updates. Our family got sick in the midst of the process and they even brought my vehicle to my house for me when all was said and done. I so appreciate the kindness of these people and cannot say enough good things about them both. They both deserve a raise and a paid vacation off. Thank you so much, Jamie and Kelly.

I was rear ended on my way into work and had major damage to the back end of my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Following the accident my first call was to LaFontaine Collision Center and Body Shop and so glad I made that decision.
The crew at the body shop repaired my entire rear end including a new window install and paint job. When I finally got back behind the wheel of my Jeep it looked like brand new. Amazing work!
Most impressive of all though was the constant line of communication that Kelly Browne, Body Shop Manager, had with me while her team was working on my vehicle. She continuously kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and the repairs that her team was making. Whether text, call or email she was always readily available.
All in all I can’t say enough good things about my experience with LaFontaine Collision Center & Body Shop. Their combination of customer service and attention to detail in repair work made me a LaFontaine customer for life!
I had warranty work done because paint was lifting off my hood and doors of my 2 year old Pacifica and they took care of the problem with no questions and did a great job. Jamie called me with updates as they did the work and even took care of an oil change for me. Wonderful experience.
Kelly and Jamie are exceptional!! After being without my jeep for four LONG weeks, Jamie went out of his way to meet me half way to swap my vehicle back for their loaner. His customer service was Top notch. He is a very genuine and hard working guy!! Kelly was always responsive to my calls and numerous texts. She never once acted like I was a nuisance. Lafontaine is beyond blessed to have these two for employees!!! Thanks guys. Also, my paint job/repair was impeccable!!!!! Excellent quality work and craftsmanship. Great painters you have ! This place was outstanding! The body shop got my vehicle in quicker than I hoped and was able to secure my parts within a day. Jamie was outstanding to deal with, and made the entire process quick and enjoyable as possible. I would definitely recommend for all your car maintenance or repair needs…

I couldn't speak more highly of LaFontaine Collision in Fenton, MI and Jamie St John. I've had to have repairs there after two accidents within one year. They do great work. Jamie goes above and beyond to not only make sure that the vehicle is properly repaired, but to give assistance to the customers in understanding the process and doing whatever it takes to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. Don't get rid of Jamie, LaFontaine...I'll follow wherever he goes!
Lafontaine gave me a good experience it felt like i been knowing Joe sendi for years he was very determined to find me a suv that worked for my budget he was funny, nice, sweet and very knowledable about the vehicles i was interested in i would recommend everybody to go see Joe its worth it
Went in for door hinges on my older Escalade, worked with me to find exactly what I was expecting and had perfect communication and went further than i had expected.
I have been working with their body shop for the last 3 months getting our wrangler fixed. Non stop delays for one reason or another. Needless to say if you have ANYTHING aftermarket take it to unlimited. I am beyond frustrated with Jamie and Kelly the body shop managers. Even to the extent i caught them in lies. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Not recommended
Kelly and her crew at Lafontaine collision in Fenton did an outstanding job repairing my Silverado after an unfortunate collision with a deer on the hwy. Kelly kept me up to date with the progress, walked me through everything necessary with making the insurance claim. The truck looks amazing as if nearly $20k in damages never happened. A few weeks ago I got a flat tire. I pulled into a parking lot and called Ford roadside assistance...... after 2 hours of waiting I realized that I was next to a collision Center ( there were large trees obstructing my view. I went there asked if there was anyone that could help me. Kelly the manager took me to Dan..... Dan was a great help and changed my tire. I just wish I saw it sooner. I will definitely look at LaFontaine for my next vehicle because of the help I received from them. Thank you Kelly & Dan!!
This place was simply horrible from the time we got the car until the LAST and final time we took our truck to them. They was suppose to fix my tire censor light ( that never got fixed)we took it to them 7 times and it was never fixed. Every time we picked up our truck another problem started. A pound cheeping noice and they kept having us bring the truck back and still NOTHING DONE. All we got was “I’m sorry and please bring it back”. We was very Inconvinced and still nothing is fixed. Also no Loaner car, just SIMPLY HORRIBLE. The salesman Megal LIED about the condition of the truck in the first place. I will NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO LAFONTAINE IN FENTON. To make a long story short they wanted us to end up paying 4600 dollars for a used engine. Bottom line , we took it to another mechanic and they fixed the truck for 1500 dollars. It didn’t need a new engine and the censor light is off. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE
