After stopping at the Jeep dealership and being told that license plate lights would be $305. I desperately stopped at Advance Auto Parts and JD provided a miracle… He had ordered the parts I needed for $19 saving me $196…
Ended up with a flat, pulled in to get a tire plug, never did one before and the worker with long hair helped do it and was very kind. 10/10 recommend coming here!

On the 22nd of January a very polite and helpful young man (sorry I cannot think of his name)pulled the error codes from our car. We were visiting from Florida and concerned about the engine light being so far from home. His information helped us decide how to proceed.

The guys that this particular star awesome they always go out of their way to take care of my first needs which in today's world is fantastic customer service and usually ends up going this way I can have it here tomorrow then I get a phone call an hour later Your Parts here man come and get it they actually care about their customers Andy is awesome and the rest of the crew is right up there behind them never had a bad experience at the store strongly recommend you do business with him
This is the place to go for awesome customer service. Not only do they know their stuff but they are willing to go the extra mile. Geena was so helpful she even called me back after finding a part that was difficult to find. The best part is, I had not left my phone number so she tracked me down through caller ID! Now that is amazing service
Employees know what they are talking about it's a no B. S type of store, a little small so it seems like they might not have your part but ask and they probably do. ALWAYS!!! Order online for pickup. The prices are a little steeper then auto one but ordering online always has a coupon to make it the cheapest around.
Went into this store looking for information on how to fix my alternator and the manager Dave was super helpful! Not only did he know everything I needed, but he helped show me how to install the Alternator and got me back on the road, and most importantly, back to work in less than half an hour! This kind of stuff is that makes a person who never leaves reviews leave a great one! Thanks for al your help, and for going way above and beyond to get me going again!
Wrong part, wrong information, the receipt could not be used at another store to return the part because they did not print bar code, even rang up the wrong part from what they gave me. Not good at all!
