The windshield tint guy that did my windshield strip on my Explorer did an absolute perfect job it is the best tint strip that I have had in the last three that were put on definitely recommend Auto One customer service and the owners are absolutely amazing all the way down to their employees absolute great people if I could do more than five stars I would

Excellent job by this team with ceramic tint on my Escalade... they did NOT recommend tinting the windshield and im so glad i listened to them because it is difficult to see at night with the ceramic tint, but i love it. I highly recommend them.

There was a defect in my windshield and they fixed it with no questions and were great to work with! Highly recommend.

Got nothing but good things to say about these guys. Had a aftermarket headlight assembly and bulbs installed. They were extremely transparent about everything. Got the work done in a timely fashion and they price was more than reasonable.

Auto one tinted my car and did a great job. Ben was great, very informative, and price was VERY fair. My daughter also had these guys tint her car. Fine job. She also had issues with the sensors in her car and the crew here went ABOVE & BEYOND what they were being paid to do to try and correct the sensor issue that another shop created. I could not have asked for better service and price for what these guys did. If someone needs glass replaced or tinted, they would get professional, top-notch service from this group. I was going to A1 in Howell.If you were 10 min late he wouldn't do your calibration. There is train tracks behind the shop that I got caught at so he knew a train passed but still wouldn't calibrate.I changed to Fenton A1Glass. Could not be happier they were so accommodating I had a 3 hour window not 10 mins.It's out of your control when the tow truck driver gets there. I'm so happy I changed to the Fenton store.I've been to 4 different shops and FENTON A1 IS THE BEST!!!

Unfortunately, I needed a full front windshield replacement on both of my cars - an '07 (several years ago) and a '24 (just today). Fortunately, I went to Auto One both times. I couldn't be happier with their work.

I had a really great experience at Auto One in Fenton today! The customer service was fantastic and the repair of my windshield was fast and efficient. It looks great! The guys working there went out of their way to make the process with my insurance company run smoothly and I was in and out in no time. Unfortunately cracked my windshield driving down the highway, however my experience with AUTO ONE made my insurance claim and repairs seamless and efficient. Very happy with the kind Customer Service as well as the outcome of the work on my Vehicle.

Ben and Cainen were super cool and helpful. I had an IID installed 5 days ago at a different Auto-1 facility. The device ended up being faulty, the install / workmanship is questionable, and the guy had an I don't care attitude. Complete better experience coming to this Auto-1 and working with Ben and Cainen. These guys did the best they could to get me back on the road, and they did, promptly. Thanks guys !!

The guys up there at Auto one Glass are awesome. I had an urgent need to replace my daughter‘s windshield and passenger window of her car and not only did they quote me a fair price but they got it in and got it done in less than 24 hours. No hassle , no bullshit. Great place.

Excellent customer service. Had a new windshield on my truck installed here. My truck has all the advanced safety and camera systems so I wanted a legitimate operation handling the install. New windshield went in, I noticed a defect in the glass on the inside(pinhole chip in the glass) driving into work. Called the shop, had me come back and replaced it without an issue a couple weeks later. I appreciate them correcting this and making it right. If you're reading this, don't hesitate to take your vehicle here for replacement glass. Thanks guys.

Quick, fast service! Tim and his team were so friendly and helpful! I had my windshield replaced at a competitor’s previously. With the competitor, the service took twice as long and I was left with the sound of an air leak after having my windshield replaced! With Auto One Glass, my vehicle is quiet again and I was in and out in an hour as they stated I would be! I will definitely be coming back for future glass needs!

Honestly a great experience. I had scheduled a windshield replacement for 1:00 and called to see if they could move it up to an earlier time which they did to 11:30. When I dropped off my car I inquired about getting my windows tinted and asked if they could squeeze me in. Which they did same day. It all took just over two hours and the results were outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Our back window shattered in the middle of winter and our insurance referred us to Safelite. They couldn't fix our window for almost a week. So we called Auto One and they offered to lower our out of pocket cost and could get us in the next day. We showed up about 15 minute before they opened and they walked out turned their open sign on and signaled us to come in. Took them maybe a hour and we had a back windshield again! Super nice people!
