James was excellent. On one of the coldest days of the year he went out and installed my battery no questions asked. Even though my battery was difficult to work with as my car is very old, he was persistent in making sure I left the store with everything in check.
Gelson was truly amazing!!! He went out of his was to help me out with changing my battery and was so incredibly nice. I couldn’t be more appreciative of him!!
Darren was really efficient and helpful at changing our battery. He went above and beyond cleaning some dirty parts and double checked everything was working before sending us on our way. Would highly recommend
The staff are incredible. The guy behind the counter pointed me to a hardware store in Quincy where I got a $2.49 spring instead of buying a $50-80 assembly on amazon. This is for an item they dont even carry. Helpful dudes, didn't evennneed to help me like that.
There's a guy who works here, hopefully not for long, who's incredibly rude and even aggressive. I'll try coming again but hope not to deal with him again.
I came to Autozone this morning to buy a couple bulbs for my brake lights. I was going to go home and try to figure out the installation myself, but Frezell came right out to the parking lot with me to change them himself. This is impeccable service. 10/10!

I'm Frezell Brown aka TOODIE that customers is talking about these days. Our store is going for the top spot in customer satisfaction, experience in the store along with sales. Without happy customers is bad business. With bad business is no work hours... I just love when customers come to the store and ask for me by name or line up for my services. I went to this AutoZone tonight very flustered because my car was hit and I have been unsuccessful in getting a body shop to take me in any sort of timely manner. I was on the hunt for a dent puller I had seen on Tiktok and right when I walked in, Del was so so helpful. He showed me what they had and when I was concerned the size they had was too large, he walked out to my car with me to look at the dent and helped me figure out if it would work or not. When we realized it was not going to work, I showed him some tiktoks and he suggested I order a smaller size online because he thought it would definitely work. He even looked at the scratch that had been caused by the hit and run and suggested a scratch remover for me as well. He brought me back into the store, walked the aisles with me, and showed me all my options. He then spent time looking at paint pens for me and when he realized they didn't have exactly what I needed, he explained how to go online and find the right one. He was so kind and helpful and I was so appreciative of him helping me even though I was so flustered and had no idea what I was doing. He even asked me my name and shook my hand during our interaction which I feel like is rare these days. If you are having a bad car experience and need a helping hand, go to this AutoZone and find Del! He is kind, knowledgable, and also all around helpful and calm even when you are having a menty b! 5 stars for Del. (Not even mad the store had almost nothing I needed and I didn't even actually realize that fact until right now when I was writing this because I was so grateful for Del's help and ability to direct me where I could go online to find the stuff I needed. I hope Del gets commission off the scratch remover I bought because he put in work for me to then only spend $13 at this store).
All the employees here were super kind and tooo the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my car and battery. Tested extra things like the starter and overall were just a good group of guys. Highly recommend. I’ll be back to this AutoZone.
Today's visit to the location was by far the best experience I've ever had in an Auto Zone Ledell and his fellow team are very knowledgeable and informative. They made my experience a pleasant one so much so I had to let everyone know.This is the location and the team of guys you needs.
Lendell, Andre, Frezell and Darrin were very helpful , welcoming and caring they worked together to make sure I had all the parts I needed to get my car up and running for the summer . If I ever have to purchase anything else for my car I will definitely make this store my go to store .

Called up and asked if they had a 12v battery for a prius. She told me to google it like I was wasting her time. I am super easy going and don't expect a lot. Just wanted to drop 250 or so on a battery. Oh well.
Went to check my engine light, they ran the check, ordered the part and helped with everything. Everyone was very helpful. Ledell was great and the manager, Darnell I think was his name, all very helpful
Frazell Brown was such an amazing help today fixing my sisters window, all other auto shops said they couldn’t or they’d have to take the door apart, frazell fixed the problem in literally 2 minutes!! No exaggeration, he’s a life save lol.
Frezell Brown was extraordinary! He truly went above and beyond. Impeccable costumer service. He really did make sure i was taken care of. He was patient with me and guided me in doing an informed purchase. I appreciated his help so much. Because of the items i purchase were so heavy he literally carried down the street for me. I was so happy with his hospitality, professionalism and kindness. I will now be coming back to this specific Autozone just because i know Mr Brown will be here with the best possible costumer service.

I had a horrible experience (again) with the store on Warren St, and had to place another order for parts and picked this store. Not only was my order handled immediately, but associate F Brown “Toodie” called me to let me know it was ready and his customer service was AMAZING when I got to the store. Absolutely recommend this store, they help their customers and are professional and courteous.

This store has gotten better with the customer service from over the years. Today I stopped by first for a starter relay I met with Dre and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Helped me select the right part. Unfortunately, I had to return hours later to the store because my actual starter was also broken. The manager Darrin?, Toodie, and Dre all assisted me from start to finish. I had warranty on my starter but something was faulty on the cpu. The manager stepped in quickly to help with no questions asked. Toodie assisted me with getting the proper tools for the swap out and Dre was the ultimate superhero because he helped me swap the starter whenever I got stuck due to lack of strength or wrong tool size. He also tested my battery and alternator once completed to ensure my car was working correctly from all starter type electrical components.
The store went above and beyond and it was refreshing to be treated in the store respectfully by all the employees even the ones I didn’t name. Thank you Auto Zone on Dot Ave!

Darrin was a great help today. The battery in my car was dead and he was able to help me replace it. He look up my car and gave me all the information on which battery to purchase. It was also cold as hell outside but he was patient, he was kind and his customer service was excellent. I will most definitely come back here again. I recommend Darrin to everyone who decides to get service here. Thank you so much Darrin! Also can't forget Andre, his customer service was excellent he helped me with the receipt and recycled my battery! You guys have good employees here I will be back again if I have any battery problems!
