Norfolk Autobody is the best shop that I’ve ever been to no complaints great work. I’ve had two vehicles done here within the last six months and I’ve been very happy with the outcome both times.

I ended up paying additional for a rental as the repairs were not completed w/in the 30 days I had to a rental. Poor communication and they took extremely long to complete repairs. When I called for an update they said I had to speak to my insurance. When I spoke to the Insurance they said I would need to speak to the shop, they have the car. I called Norfolk again when I no longer had transportation and was told that the car is almost complete that it needed to be detailed and that someone would call Monday morning as they are closed on the weekend. I reached out to the shop around 2:15 on Monday and explained I was calling to check on my car, someone was supposed to call me in the morning. The person on the other end said they were not open yesterday(Sunday) I was confused because I didn't say anything about yesterday. I explained I was told someone would call me in the morning and no one has yet. again he said something about not being open on Sunday. I asked what was he talking about, no one said anything about Sunday, I said someone was supposed to call me this morning and no one has... He said oh, well the way you said it was like.... Beyond unprofessional, instead of trying to argue with me about when someone was supposed to call, he should have been asking my vehicle information so he could provide the update. Ultimately he said he had to call the insurance to check the status.... More lies and time being wasted because when I spoke to the shop on Friday I confirmed everything was all set and they provided my out of pocket balance. Ended up being another day without my vehicle! When they called back, I was informed that the person detailing my truck has to leave and that I could pick my truck up tomorrow. I explained that on Friday I was told my car had to be detailed and I know it does not take that long to detail a car. Then he said oh he has to pain the driver door... Lies upon lies! I do not live in Boston, so there will be another day of trying to get to and from work. All they had to do was be honest about the status of the vehicle and I could have made arrangements. I only used this repair shop as it is a preferred shop for my insurance company. This is the First and LAST time I will use this shop! Horrible communication and Customer Service!

I brought my car in for bodywork after an accident and got it back in just 11 days. The team went above and beyond—not only did they do excellent repairs, but they also returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely return in the future!

Delayed review, but I was skeptical of the quality of work I received from here. Talked to other shops (and insurance inspectors) and all agreed the work was done cheaply (since I didn’t go through insurance).

So got i to accident insurance company recommended here so I went along with it and thankful I did cause my Beauty look like nothing happened to it… but

Every time I bring my car in it sits for days with no communication. & they always overcharge. Don’t waste your time.

Went here for inspection sticker @ 8am, guy at the front desk said 20 minute wait. 20 minutes went and gone, then he tells me I have to wait for the mechanic to finish auto body work first. No good!

This workshop is rubbish. They lasted almost a month to replace the right fender and paint along with the front bumper. They told me that they changed some parts such as plastics and what they did was that they glued it with plastic steel and apart from that they damaged the paint on my factory of some parts where they did not have to paint I had to return because some plastic parts of the engine could not and now I am going to have to return again because I found a broken front light that was supposedly new, everything is not square

In case of any type of accident, Norfolk Auto Body & Repair is the reference. Professionally, they know what they are doing.

I got rear ended and pushed into the car in front of me I brought my car to Norfolk Autobody because I had seen their work and new it was quality. I am beyond happy with how my truck turned out after the accident. The areas of my truck that had damage look better than they did before the accident.

I have to laugh when I see the negative reviews. Chances are, they are disgruntled former customers that tried to NOT pay for their repairs or who have an ax to grind for some reason. I’ve taken THREE vehicles to them for repairs-one very old SUV ( a 2005) , one not so old SUV at the time (a 2007), and my newest crossover SUV (a 2013) -two Fords and a Lincoln. I never left angry or like I was taken advantage of. When you read negative reviews about them, question the author’s motive. Trust me, as someone who goes to this shop, the people with the bad reviews are on some BS. One chick said she had her car there for a year LOL. A year?!?! Who does that? ROFLMAO. Use this shop-they’re top notch.

I’ve been using this shop for over 10 years. I’m not an easy customer. I have mental health issues that can make it difficult for people to relate to me at times. The owner, Marty, has NEVER treated me less than a valued customer and has ALWAYS treated me with patience and respect. The work done on my vehicles-whether under the hood or body work has always been excellent. I’ve referred countless people to this business and have never regretted it. This shop keeps repairs reasonably priced and won’t try to take advantage of you. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time using Norfolk Auto and surely won't be my last. They are very efficient, Knowledgeable and make sure the job is completed in a timely manner. Very pleased with my service.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Respectful to all people. I’ve seen every age, race, and gender at this place. The owner is very professional and patient with questions. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and would never consider taking my vehicles anywhere else. Fair pricing and honest diagnosis. Very clean waiting area. Polite and professional officer manager and staff. I highly recommend them.

Their prices are pretty fare. They may take forever with your vehicle but that's bc they're doing a thorough job in trying to figure out what the actual problem is. Though after it was figured out nd payed for there was an even bigger expensive problem. But overall they are really good nd professional.... I'd totally recommend.

I used this place and paid in advance for a car accident repair. 1st it took them almost a year but most important many pieces where missing from my car, they were unable to give a list of all work complete and stopped answering the phone eventually. I still have missing buttons!! I would not recommend. They cut too many corners and then will swear the car was brought to them like so!!! Buyer beware

I used to live and die by this place. But after yesterday, i will make sure me or any other family members that go here stop asap!!! Poor service and instead of doing the work they rather lie so they dont have to do it. I go here to get my sticker the same place i got the sticker that on my car now.. But since they was closing and did not want to do the job he comes out and says my tint is to dark. This place is trash and so is the owner!

I sent my 2008 Dodge Caravan here last Friday. I'm waiting to be called to see what the mechanical issue (s) are. If anyone has any past experiences with this place, I'd love to get some feedback!? I'll come back to update you all...

I went to norfolk auto body for repairs when Marty called and gave me an estimate on my car which was pretty high, thinking about it I called and talked to him a bit later , because at that price I could have traded my car and put down a pretty good deposit , so I asked him should I trade the car and get something new, his answer was this is a pretty good car, I drive an older model, and informed me that after he fixes the car i could have it for years instead of trading it because by the time the make an offer and charge you taxes you would end up getting nothing, so I asked him again are you going to be able to fix everything to wich he answer I will fix everything and when iam done the only thing you would have to worry about is regular maintenance , so I agreed to get the car fixed while iam taking uber or lyft wich by the way cost me a lot ,because I go to work one hour away from where I live. I kept checking and they keep telling me, oh yes everything is ready, I was just making sure, and I gave them enough time to do their job ,so I went and pick up the car, once I started driving it I didn't even go one mile I could already noticed the car wasn't fixed , they close at 4pm so the next morning I called and they told me to bring it back so I did one their mechanic ride with me in the car, heard the same noise and told me that they fell to identify the problem because they didn't drive it far enough, then Marty drove the car and heard the noise and asked me to bring it back once I finished working on my way to bring the car to them the car had completely broken down, there was my $2,400 dollars, I had to call my insurance to tow the car to their shop wich caused me a lot of emotional pain, now he has refused to fix it nor give me what I paid to him back. At this point I don't even want to bring it back because iam in fear that they will purposely break something to make me pay for it later. so Iam taking some steps to get BBB involved and take the complaint to massachusetts General Attorney. It shouldn't have happened to me or happen to nobody else.

Good place great people but the one call BORI that one it's the best employee the ever have they should put him like a supervisor he get along with he co-worker and do a awesome job thanks Jovan Sanchez for keeping my car in good shape.

Knowledgeable staff, great management (Marty). He actually knows what he's talking about, You don't feel as though you're getting squeezed like most mechanic shops, and he actually covered the cost for something I had out of pocket, with the good intentions of me paying it back. Which I did. I never see places do that, unless you've known them for 50 years. Which I do not. Will get future work done here.

I have been going to the same mechanic for 20yrs, and now i drive all the way from Rockland because they know what they are doing, and they appreciate your business. Excellent work ethics

Within 6 months I had the front and back bumper done. The paint is now cracking in the back bumper. I took it back and they will not take ownership. Now the front bumper is cracking and splitting in the same exact spot as before. They did not replace as I was told prior to fixing it but supposed to have repaired it, hmph. I gave alot of money for what!!!! the same issues are still there. But im out $1000.00!!!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I Highly Recommend Norfolk Auto Body the staff and owner are very welcoming. They maker sure all your paperwork is situated. I have brought my car there twice and both times they made my car look brand new again I won't go anywhere else their service is GREAT!!!

My car was destroyed and the guys who work on my car did a superb job!!! It looked brand new when they were finished. I was beyond suprised and happy when they were finished!

NEW OWNER.. who is a really great person. Same guys who worked here since the early 70's are still here working hard to make people's car run and look new.. This place has really turned around with the new owner running it and it is now one of the best body shops around. Good QUALITY work!! Just how it should be..
