The guys they hire here have no motivation to help customers, and they never have what I need. I always have to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts, which is becoming my go-to from now on.

OK people. I went inside Advance Auto Parts to get some windshire. Wipers, and not only did I purchase them. But they put them on for me. I mean, like wow. That's what I'm talking about. What a beautiful place.

My visit to Advanced Auto Parts was an excellent experience. The staff were knowledgeable of the parts i needed. It was smooth sailing i was in and out in aboit 10 to15 mins the store was kind of busy. I would recommend AAP to a friend or family member. Thank AAP 🤜🏿🤛🏿

Very slow service!!! they don't have proper knowledge about parts and operate the process! I asked for a parts price they don't even find it in the system but after I went home and searched their website I got it. I left and visited AutoZone, trust me a thousand times better than advanced auto!!! Never gonna visit again.

I went to the store register and asked for the windshield wipers. They asked and I gave model of the Van, year of make… They gave me the wrong one and didn’t know until brought home and I brought back for the return. When I asked for the return products and I mentioned the same guy that showed me, but he didn’t let me return it because and he said because the product was opened he said “there is the policy of the return in front of the store that I should read” and I told him that you gave me the wrong products and is not that I want it to return. He didn’t trust me and took the wipers to the cars and tried it himself, it didn’t work because it was the wrong product. During the conversation I can smell the alcohol from him….

I found out I had a key in my auto starter. Thanks to them the crooked finance company that has my car note was willing to charge me money for a warranty that is supposed to cover my vehicle for 80000 miles. I always pay for my mistakes. But they were helpful on a bad day the only good news came from them.

Battery is dead. "Go to the other store and get it tested and come back here to warranty it" besides that level of derp, they've got great selection of filters and oils.

this sore should be closed . very rude and and unprofessional employees. i went inisde to buy something and before i finish the sentense abou what iw as looking for , he said we don`t have and i was really surprised the way he reacted , he told me , why you look at me like ? do you understand what i said? .Honestly he is a jurke.

on their website, they said "ready in 30 min". my order was placed and for few hours the status is shown as "in process". I finally called and they said it's ready for pickup went their and asked for "curbside pickup". They again said we don't do it, come to the store. I showed them that their website is offering curbside pickup, but it could be that the guys there were lazy (beside being unfriendly) poor service, won't go their again

Advance auto parts is the best place , they have great customer service, the workers are so friendly and helpful I give the five star , if you need anything that involves car that’s the place to go . Rodney is very helpful, he actually help you with your problem not like other places that give you bad customer services. Great love it !!!!! Thank you guys

I searched for the items i needed to purchase on the website so it was easy to go in and just ask for what I was looking for. Its useful that the site gives recommendations based on vehicle, type , model and so on.

Unbelievably unfriendly staff. I came to pickup an online order and the employee said he couldn’t find it, even though the email said it’s available for pickup. Then he cancelled the ordered and didn’t tell me anything, having me waiting there for nothing.

I went to purchase a battery for my car. I entered the store and waited in line. I asked if they install batteries? I was told yes. I purchased the best battery and this is when the disappointment started. Erick the guy who served me walked outside to install the battery, I could already tell he didn’t want to do it? We didn’t even get to the car and he started making excuses. I opened the hood and he says, I can’t remove the battery due to the air filter being in the way. However, if I remove it he can do it. I asked if he had a Phillips screwdriver? He said you will have to purchase it. I told him I work 2 minutes away and will go get it. He said come back and he will install it. I left the store and returned back within 15 minutes. I entered the store and asked for Erick? The manager asked what I needed? I explained what happened and he said sorry we don’t install batteries after 5:00 PM? I explained once again how Erick told me I needed to remove the air filter part but wouldn’t let me use the screwdriver to do it. So per him I went home to get it. The manager offered to let me borrow the tools to do it, but couldn’t do it himself. Once again confused by what I was told he picked up the phone and called Erick, not understanding why he would call Erick when I had the receipt to prove I purchased the battery and needed a screwdriver? He said they don’t install the batteries? I got a refund! They are rude and disrespectful at this location. The manager further stating they have plenty of other customers and don’t need my business! Please don’t go here for your car needs . I went to Auto Zone next door where I received the best service possible and installed my battery within five mins no screwdriver needed! And Saved 30.00 dollars! Auto Zone Rocks!

These people are the worst. NO KNOWLEDGE ON CARS. The customer service is even WORSE. The people told me to drive all the way down there, I get there and the employees acted like they didn't know what a gasket was talking about after I drove 40 minutes through traffic

First of all they follow you around the store as soon as you walk in make you feel super uncomfortable in the store and make you not even want to buy anything. But I guess that's all you can expect in Boston straight ignorance...

First, no one was in uniform except 1 guy... couldn't really tell who worked there. Motor oil shelf was pretty empty, meaning someone isn't ordering the products MOST people need. Also, cashier was using his personal phone while trying to assist me (texting and on the phone helping someone else out...). He was nice and helpful after his phone call, just very unprofessional. Prices are very high for simple things... I recommend going to an autozone.

Unorganized, and miserable people. When are companies gonna learn that you're customer service people need to be paid more when they're the face of your company. It shows the company don't care so the help don't care either.
