I had a great experience with Susi Auto Body. I went in for a front bumper issue where the mounting tab had torn, and Tony was very honest and upfront about my options. Instead of pushing for an expensive bumper replacement, Tony offered a much more economical and practical solution. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and the bumper is now secure and looks normal again. Highly recommend Susi Auto Body for honest advice and quality work.

After my accident in October, I was honestly overwhelmed. My car was badly damaged, I was under serious time pressure, and both my insurance company and lienholder kept going back and forth. I just got some auto body work done on my pickup truck by Tony, John, and the rest of the crew at SUSI. These guys are phenomenal. It looks like it did when it was on the dealership show floor. I thought that they had replaced the bed with a brand new one from the factory. They told me that it might take a couple of weeks, but they did it in three days. They saved me a bundle on my deductible, and really made my day. I would recommend anyone lookin' for any kind of bodywork to call Tony, and his crew. They really came through in the clutch for me.

Justin and his team did such an amazing job!!! I had to get my front end replaced, and they went above and beyond! Not only did Justin keep me in the loop with daily text messages, he also had the car cleaned up (inside and out) with polished finish as well. I haven’t seen my car look this amazing in so long! Twenty-four hours after landing in Boston from vacation in Cancun, I was rear-ended on I-93 South by a driver who had received his temporary license that very day and had rented a BMW SUV just 90 minutes before crashing into my car. The shop and garage area are spotless, and when I picked up my car, it had been detailed to look even better than when I bought it. What truly sets Susi apart is the follow-through. Just two days after the repair, I began having battery issues and had to jumpstart my car multiple times. Tony welcomed me back without hesitation, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the battery the same day. Susi Auto Body is a tremendous asset to Liberty Mutual. It’s clear why they’re part of Liberty’s SSP (Superior Service Program), as well as Geico’s ARX and Farmers’ PAS networks.
