This store in Plymouth is excellent like an the NAPA store s. They went over and beyond. My generator in my boat died and I needed a belt with no info except the bad belt. The store was 2 1/2 miles from the harbor and we walked there
The manager provided us a replacement belt and drove me and my wife back to the boat.
This is service and knowledge that you can't get at the competing auto part stores.
Everytime I've had an issue they solve it. That is why I only use napa. But this store went way and above their standard great customer service.

I’m my experience going to any auto part store on the south shore folks are sour and jerks… but Everyone here was super helpful. John was the main person that helped me out and was able to walk me through the paint matching and mixing process. Then he mixed up some first thing the next day that was a perfect match. 10/10 shop
One of there drivers hit my car and drove away. I have them on camera, ownership and management are ignoring me. no one has called me back after calling 10+ times to the store and customer service
The people here are always very helpful and will give you their full attention to help you find what you need or order it if they don't have it in stock.
Great place to buy auto parts, good prices, knowledgeable staff. Order online and pick up at the store or ship to another location with a shipping charge. They are always there when you need them.
Very helpful and polite plus they can answer your questions you have on any part they carry I wouldn't go any where else because there's no hassle at all even needing to return something you bought there the easiest I've ever had returning merchandise .
Those guys always have what I need. They even have stuff for free. I wanted to rent a blind hole bearing puller. They don't rent tools. They loan them even if you aren't buying the parts from them. I paid a chunk on the card to ensure I would return the tool. They refund 100% when the tool is returned. (Would have bought the part from them but it was an odd motorcycle item they didn't carry.) What more could one ask for?
I am always fixing my own cars or a friends. I look for good prices when expensive parts can add up quickly. I have bought from other places like Autozone and always regret it for one reason or another. Usually replacing the same part because it broke again due to poor quality. NAPA parts are just better quality. They stock name brands and their house brands are always good quality and produced by respected companies. The employees here are especially helpful and ready to get you what you need. They are actual people who know what their talking about. That's worth it in my book.
These Guys are great. They have a huge inventory and recently when I asked for a rare part that they didn't have, it came the next day from their warehouse.
This week I reserved a part on line for a pickup in the store and saved 10%
